I had an incredibly positive experience at the Amherst Target, all thanks to an employee named Shane. His attentiveness and genuine care went above and beyond what I could’ve expected. In a moment that could easily have been overwhelming, Shane stepped in with a level of empathy and assistance that was truly heartwarming. He ensured that everything was handled smoothly and that I felt completely supported throughout the situation. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated to customer safety and well-being. Shane's service was exemplary, Target is lucky to have such a great employee. I am immensely grateful for his help and cannot commend him enough for his kindness and professionalism.

The service provided was superb, fast and efficient. The target associate was very nice and friendly. I only waited for about two minutes before my order was brought out to me. Thanks Target for the great service you provide

I have shopped at this store for years, and I have never been as disappointed in their service and embarrassed as I was tonight. I clipped my Circle coupon before going to the store, but when I checked out it did not give me the advertised gift card for spending a certain amount. The cashier who was quite helpful directed me to customer service. The CSR said that they were having issues with the Circle coupons and she would have to call a lead. I didn’t have a problem waiting. When the lead (Roxie) arrived, the CSR explained the issue. The lead then proceeded to have me unpack all the items that qualified for the promo. I was still ok with that… She then said she had to check the prices of everything, even though she had the receipt in front of her. As she was checking the prices and totaling them up, it very quickly exceeded the qualifying amount. I brought that her attention, but she still continued adding them up. Then she asked if I used the app, to which I said “yes”, she then said I couldn’t have… I explained that the cashier had scanned my barcode from the app. Then she said I must have clipped the coupon after paying.I certainly don’t need to lie to a CSR to get a $10 gift card. Target needs to train their staff on how to interact with customers, or make sure their promos work so we don’t have to deal with these situations.

Good store. Plenty of friendly employees . I seen them wiping and cleaning counters and floors while we were there. They were running short on paper products. But had plenty of food and produce. Good place to shop for your Christmas toys.

I wanted to purchase some items. There were no checkouts open. They only had the self checkouts available. If the store wants to give me a discount for checking myself out then I will use it, otherwise, I want a live person to check me out and pack my items.

This store has seen better days! A lot of empty shelves and pegs, very disorganized, merchandise thrown all over the floor in multiple departments, and the bathroom area smelt awful! I'm not sure if the store is short staffed, but improvements need to be made!

Do NOT order anything for drive up here. I repeat DO NOT order drive up. I will NEVER shop at Amherst Target again. I am completely disgusted by their customer service and quality of products. I waited 55 minutes for a drive up order…. 55 minutes for 5 things!!!! This is outrageous and unacceptable. Then when you get home the items are expired or damaged. Terrible store. Understaffed and overworked employees. They need at least 4-5 people working drive up. Not 1 or 2. Terrible. Awful.

A young man whom I think was named David just assisted me by the bread section. He walked to the back of the store to get 2 breads for me that were not in stock up front. He didn't have to help me like that, but he did. I appreciate it.

The Starbucks here is poor and unfriendly. Waited over 20 minutes in line and wasn't even acknowledged when I did make it to the front. The two employees that were there seemed slow, disorganized, and kept leaving the service area. I had to leave with nothing as the wait completely wasted my break. Strongly would not recommend this as a place for refreshments. (8/14/2023 - 19:00)The Target store itself is perfectly fine.

Love this location!! The staff is ALWAYS friendly. I go there several times a week because I live .5 miles from location. I never have to struggle to find an employee as there is always someone in an aisle stocking or helping.If an item isn’t on hand they will scan and check the back and then give me the closest location with the item. They never act like it’s an inconvenience, which is so hard to find in retail places today.There is a young man that works costumer service, I wish I remembered his name, but he is soooo kind and always makes conversation with every costumer. He’s always willing to help and give a story too :)

Nothing but Walmart with higher prices now. The scanners all don't work. You try to use the app and literally nothing is in their damn system. This place has gone down hill the last couple years.

Need more staff to assist you when you need it, but they don't. You would think they would have more staff on the floor seeing that you have to check your merchandise out yourself. I hate this new thing.

This Starbucks is located in the Target. I absolutely love grabbing a drink & shopping about. Today, I ordered the pink drink with chocolate cold foam on top- the best drink I’ve had in a long time!They also usually have super cute merch at this location too.

So the Starbucks in the Target is horrible they are extremely rude and not customer friendly at all. The staff there really either needs retrained or fired I will never give them my money again if this was there goal then they have SUCCEEDED!

My wife and I were here getting some Christmas presents and we’re told to move forward to an open checkout. We waited at that checkout for 5 minutes or so before asking the cashier next to us if we would be checkout out. The cashier said “I don’t know what to tell you I have to move these people forward”, meanwhile the people all behind us in line had already been checkout out.

This particular Target has a great variety of Target Quality items and the employees there are a great help all the time. One of my most enjoyable places to shop. 5 ⭐️👍⭐️👍⭐️

I really like the layout of Target on line During the Covid they really came thru. Easy to shop had all I needed and Merchandise is colorfulwell blended patterns So change of scenery with bathroom and living room was nice. I needed a POP in the rooms. 👍♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️😘

I have never been there and walked away happy. Partly my fault to keep trying but they never have staff anywhere to help and only open the self checkouts. I have a giant cart full of items. I don't work there. I'm not looking to check out myself while the customer next to me keeps bumping into me and knocking my cart into my kids bc the self checkouts are right on top of each other. Nothing ever scans right and I'm constantly waiting to have the register fixed. I miss Target but not enough to go back inside.

Target the store was fine clean and well lit as always,The Starbucks inside was another story.One staff member working and she sits there and reviews how to use an online application to a customer instead of making the drinks, and there was a line of customers waiting. Not a professional use of her time or skils.
