Ap order didn't show up on screen even though I ordered an hour ahead of time.They had a lot of workers and were very busy since lots of people were heading back on the Sunday after Thanksgiving.The wait time for counter sandwiches orders was 35 minutes.They had to go in the back and find it and print it out on 8 1/2 by 11 inch paper. They were very helpful and nice and made my order as soon as they found it.All considered, the ap never sent any notice that there was progress or a problem.

Horrible chicken sandwich with avocado. Hardly any sauce and basically no red pepper. The garbages were overflowing and disgusting. Tables were dirty and they no longer give you a free bakery item if you have a problem with your order. Awful Panera

One of, if not THE dirtiest paneras I’ve ever been inside. The floor was filthy, the booths had not been wiped down, napkins all over the floor. The icing on the cake is I even saw someone go from making a sandwich to picking something from the trash, and not change their gloves , to right back to making sandwiches. Full refund. No no no.

Stopped for a leg stretching break and lunch around noon on a Saturday, busy is an understatement, but that's to be expected!Everyone was friendly and our food was great.They were working hard and are appreciated! We would definitely stop at this location again on another trip. Can't say that for all the turnpike rest stops!

This Panera is located in a Ohio Turnpike Service Station. Service was slow and the order was incorrect. However, food was fresh. With that said, I would not recommend due to slow service and questionable sanitary practices.Tip: If you decide to stop, go to the restaurant and have them take your order. Then go use the bathroom, etc.Pros:*We ordered 2 half salads and the produce was fresh.*Seating was plentiful*Bottled water was expensive but icy cold*the staff was upfront about the wait time being 30 minutes for food when taking ordersCons:*30 minute wait from order to fooddelivery*salad was missing the chicken, staff made it right but seemed annoyed*staff also acted annoyed at my daughter when she asked for a fork that was forgotten - not friendly or polite*you can do the kiosk orders, but you still need to wait in line to get the drink cups - they aren’t available like usual*the grilled cheese was wrapped weird so all the cheese stuck to the paper*baguettes just shoved in the top of the bag - didn’t seem very sanitary*tables and restaurant looked dirty and hadn’t been wiped down for a while

Don't work here if you're neurodivergent. They'll only hire you to keep their 7% disability quota to gain good boy points so that they look good in the public eye. They'll only schedule you one day a week to work. That one day will only be 3 or 4 hours so that you're not entitled to a break. Management is terrible but on the upside, coworkers are relatively nice. Not sure if it's just a facade they put on, or if that's the way other coworkers generally are. Forgot to mention the couple of times I've seen employees use bread that they've dropped on the floor

Worse service ever. Stood at bakery register as that's all I wanted. After 5 minutes was informed I had to go to food line. Stood in line for 20 minutes. Cashier did everything but take orders. Made coffee, cleaned counters, filled kiosk orders. Total waste of time. Left without getting any service.

Terrible experience. Arrived for dinner. All but one sandwich was sold out, bread bowls sold out, all but cinnamon crunch bagels sold out. No bread available with soup. We ordered anyway hoping for a healthy meal. Ordered to dine in, was hoping for actual plates and silverware. Instead everything was plastic. The whole thing was such a let down.

Awful place to eat. Garbage over flowing, tables aren’t clean and floor lots of garbage. The cashier looks like the whole world fell on his face and not happy to be at work. Overall, he dislike to work there. Not a good service at all. I’d been so many Panera but this place not required me giving a 1 star. NO star for this place.

I was there today and I say 2 stars because the sandwich was great. However, the person taking orders was carrying on (for an extended time) about a previous upset customer. This should be discussed in the back of house. It was pajama day and these people were wearing house clothes. Pajama day needs some structure from management. The tea was old or the container is unclean. The regular tea had a sour taste. Seriously though who ever made my lunch needs to be promoted to sandwich prep trainer!

Unorganized. Unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would. Apparently truck drivers do belong here. Never coming back. Manager changes gloves but never washes her hands. Touched her face twice in between gloves. Good luck. Lots of health codes going on I did not mention. Restaurant business 25+ years.

21 Sept 2021 The young women working the shift at 1830 were incredibly rude. They were rolling their eyes at customers and not taking orders from people who approached the cash register leaving some to wait and wander while others ordered ahead of them. The workers didn’t even give them the courtesy of asking them to use the computers to place their order.I even pointed out, as if it wasn’t obvious, that a customer had been waiting at the register.They told me thank you and did nothing to help them. The customers waited for 10 minutes and no one came. They ended up going to the computer after several others placed orders ahead of them.Then workers would see customers waiting at the end of the counters to pick up their food and then place part of their order on one end and the rest of the order at the other end, so people are walking back and forth from one side to the next picking up parts on both ends. The biggest issue is these workers inability to interact and communicate. Very disorganized leaving customers concerned and frustrated.

Rude and unprofessional. I went in to to order a quick breakfast to go and after not being acknowledged at the counter after standing there for 6 minutes I noticed the sign taped to the cash register saying orders had to be made from a kiosk and another sign saying because of the coin shortage either exact change or a card would have to be used. Well no problem because I would have exact change. Go to the kiosk figure it out but can't place my order because it only takes cards so go back to the counter and finally get someone's attention but they wouldn't let me place my order even with exact change. Makes me wonder if the company really knows what their employees are doing. If the computers are down they are sure quick to turn you away if you have a card but if their up they turn you away if you have cash. Wonder how they treat our older ones??

Wouldn’t go here, won’t be going here again myself. I was missing half my order after paying $104 worth of food.Then was told to go park & they came out 3 separate times bringing food out.Order was completely messed up.Do better please.

1 kiosk working. I ordered only a cinnamon roll. I waited 20 mins. Watched many people get served before me and I could see the cinnamon rolls behind the worker. I finally approached her asking if I could receive my cinnamon roll, she apologized, made 2 other orders that came in and ordered behind me, then handed me my roll. All she had to do was turn around and grab it.

These are busy people (those who work there), but not too busy to make sure your order is to your liking. Check out the almost exotic ice tea flavors. On the flip side, I think the sandwiches have gotten a little smaller. Regardless, good fresh food served fast.

More like fast food. Not like a free standing Panera Bread. The cashier is more focused on running you through the line than serving the customer. It was fast and sloppy. Be prepared to ask for a beeper and know what you want as choices ahead of time because you are not going to be given a choice when you get to the counter. Other than that the food was still good and better for your health compared to any other fast food slop joint.

I can honestly say that the gas station food (Sheetz) we had early in our trip was a better experience.1. We received the wrong salad.2. For some reason they were packaging everything to go even if you were dining in.3. Over eleven dollars for a pick two, little cup of soup and salad.
