Wow! So clean everywhere! Even the top of the vending machines are being cleaned! It’s very relaxing. Multiple fastfood choices! You don’t want to leave😂 I have not seen such an excellently maintained service plaza!

Driver review: we drive a 40’ straight truck and have a shower and RR so the fact that they have a dump station and an rv side comes in very handy. They do close the dump area during the winter which just means we need to find a camping world but otherwise it’s a great convenience and we being that we are truck drivers we can take advantage of the free shower which we used in our old truck that didn’t have a shower. I still like to use them to help conserve my water supply on the truck especially in the winter when it’s harder to refill our water tank. There’s a sitting area for the truckers, of course the food court has plenty as well but it can be full as it is a rest stop for all. This location has two washers and two dryers $2 per load on each. They have 4 free to trucker showers, make sure to bring your own supplies and towel. If you happen to not have any or forget em there is a 7-11 inside with a few toiletries as well as a vending machine in the laundry room. Won’t be Walmart prices but it’s convenience if you need em. Parking is free except on the RV side if you’re going to use the hook ups. Each spot has its own power box only. The water source and dump are a shared area inside the same section. These places are my preferred over a truck stop. They are much cleaner inside and out. Oh there is fuel and def here! Not just a regular rest area.

This is a wonderful, big rest area.. Was amazed with the maintenance of this place. Clean and neat.Good place as in one stop for gas, food and some place to rest…. They have nice tables and chair setup for using power source.Good place with nice staff. Food court has real wonderful options including Panera.Huge parking lot… extra parking is available after the gas ⛽️ service…Truck parking is available..There is a specific area for vehicle maintenance… not really sure on what they offer…

Best so far I have visited in the Indiana, Ohio and PY toll roads. Maintained very neat and ample space with clean restrooms. Burger King open till 12. Multiple vending machine and food courts available. Little busy during breakfast time

Since we live over the road right now, we try to take advantage of "other" places to eat. There was a Panera bread inside. Customer service is not good, but our food was nice. My husband's smoothie was watery.

Driving from NY to Indiana... I needed to use the restroom.. It as clean and very nice.. Although I did not partake.. They had many choices to whet one's need for food and drink... They had many choices for seating.. Along with some gift shop choices... I walked around to stretch my legs.. I felt safe and enjoyed my time there

FANTASTIC.We do not have service plazas like this in FL. Very convenient. Super clean, great spots for food/snacks, etc. Easy in/off from highway. If you don’t have good signal inside you can connect to free public wi-fi. Highly recommend this stop for restrooms break or to stretch and get a snack. Leave a rating to help other people out.

Avoid this one if you need food. This is the Westbound direction. Instead: DO stop at the one previous, called Great Lakes Service plaza, immediately after I-77.This one has many restaurants, but the starbucks was closed and the burger king service is abysmal. They do NOT serve burgers during the morning time.... :-([The BK at the Great Lakes Service Plaza serves burgers during breakfast, which is wonderful. I start my day extraordinarily early; and so by 9am, I need lunch.]The bad attitude at Middle Ridge BK is not good. I have not been to the other restaurants in here.

I tried to order a sandwich at Popeyes. The girl told me “the cooks haven’t had a break all day. I had to give them a break, they are working non stop.” She said I could order what was prepared on the heater rack but that there was nobody to make anything else.Starbucks must have also had only one worker because it took 15 minutes to get a coffee.Bathroom sinks barely functioned and I couldn’t find a soap dispenser that workedIf I could have given zero stars I would.

This game machine took my money!! I won a prize and the machine didn’t give me anything. The family restroom toilet didn’t flush and the sink didn’t turn on. The floor was sticky and wet. Also there’s no service inside the building. Not satisfied with my experience here.>:(

RV overnight parking with power and water, $20. RV dump also available.Pay station is located by the dump. Along the Ohio interstate system, every other rest stop has this kind of RV facilities.

As all the service plazas along the Ohio Turnpike are, it was a convenient place to do a swoop by to use the restroom and pick up a cup of Starbucks coffee to take me further down the road.

We paid over 20 bucks for 1 meal and a sandwich just to get back to our truck and have old stale food it was disgusting all the fountains drinks were empty or tasted funny the showers rooms for truckers were not even clean but why am. I surprised when I walked in the man was sitting there watching tv like he was at home so I’m guessing that’s why the showers ain’t clean and to top it off we tried to get fuel and the man refused to take a hundred dollar bill now mind you the next pilot is 80 miles away and we were out of fuel how can somebody just deny cash we definitely won’t be stopping here ever again

Restrooms are always clean and there is a Starbucks and a Panera bread and a few fast food places available for food along with the vending machines. Parking is good and there is accessible parking. There are places to let your dog go to the restroom as well.
