I shopped at this Dollar Tree at Kresge on 3/10/2023 @ 7:30 p.m. I normally enjoy walking through and seeing what kind of deals are available. Like Aldi’s, I always get much more than intended. It’s fun looking for deals and I have found products I like as a result.However, this time during check out, there was only 1 Sales Associate available. When I walked up to the checkout with my items, she was in a heated discussion with two other customers that at the register. Initially, I thought there were problems at the register. The associate was very loud and speaking in another language that I didn’t understand.Eventually, I realized that there wasn’t a problem with the register. The Sales Associate must’ve been angry about something and was spouting off to her acquaintances or friends. I do know they weren’t saying much. She was doing most of the loud talking while they listened.No attempt was made to let me know that she knew I was waiting and would be with me in a moment. No apologies were made for my waiting while she was having an in-depth conversation instead of doing her job. I was annoyed, but tried not to express that. It was similar to having a line of 10 people with only one cashier. I guess because of Covid & the difficulty in finding employees that are good, sub-par customer service is the standard at some places. Not sure if I would go to this Dollar Tree again. The one on Lake Road in Sheffield Lake is much nicer.

Who doesn't like the dollar store? It has "this and that's" everyone wants from time to time. This dollar store could be neater but considering the amount of traffic it gets it may be an impossible feat. The customer service is good. But, beware of the parking lot it is dangerous! Drive slow and be very patient or you could have an accident. Also, you may encounter people who don't practice the six foot rule and the store doesn't enforce it. 😉❤️👍

Everyone in Dollar Tree had their masks on - which makes you feel better to shop at their store. And the staff is also knowledgeable about whether they have an item you are looking for or not.

Someone crashed into entrance so ya...Filthiest carpet i have ever seen in a store.Some wierd smells as well. Very disorganized store too..pass this location if you can.

I shop this dollar tree sometimes 5-6 times a week.It amazes me what you get for a dollar or less.The people that work there are great and are very helpful and friendly.

Dollar tree is an amazing store but when I have to wait in the line for 20 minute because of the staff isn't available is ridiculous. Would rather shop at a higher in store to get what I need and get out

Very difficult to venture through aisles because of the many filled cartons ready to be unpacked. Merchandise selection limited. Only one cashier and long line to check out. Always a problem.

This place is filthy trash on the floor carpet dirty. If this was my first time in a Do.lar tree I would never go back. If it was possible to leave a zero rating I would have.

Great place to pick up cards birthday, graduation, weddings etc. Plenty cleaning supplies are always in demand. Shelves are always stocked.

They are expensive for some items if you do the math. They don't offer regular balloons. Their return policy is awful!!!
