Young black girl at register is unfortunately not bright enough for this job. And the pharmacy closes at random times throughout the day so be prepared to come back several times in a week to get your meds.

I’m not sure why the reviews are so bad. Everyone here is very kind and helpful every time I’ve called, which I’ve had to do a lot these last few weeks. I recommend using this pharmacy.

I like to understand that there are some “bad days” for some people. However, it’s been numerous times that the tech or girl that runs the counter has been incredibly rude. To the point that she talks over me. I hate going to this CVS.

This location keeps getting worse. They don't receive faxes from the Dr. Office supposedly and all they do is laugh. They don't realize we poor people sometimes have to wait another 2-3 days to speak to our physicians again. Glad they think we have all the time in the world to wait around on them!

The Pharmacist at the Amherst, Ohio CVS (in Target) went above and beyond to ensure that my health needs were met! I truly felt that he cared about helping me find a solution to the medical issue that I was having!

I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue or something else, but the last few times that I went here during a weekday the pharmacy was closed. Their hours say 9am - 8pm but they're hardly open during those hours...

I have been getting my prescriptions filled at this CVS pharmacy for around 7+ years now and have never had a problem.The staff has always been very friendly and helpful when it came to any of our health needs and medications.

So when you tell someone that you'll have there insulin ready in 20 minutes and you'll call them as soon as it's ready so when I go and check if it's ready your closed. You better understand that people's lives are in danger and depend on this. Don't trust this pharmacy for customer service or resolving any problems when the pharmacist has no regard for ethics and doesn't attempt to reconcile an issue of this magnitude! Don't expect them to care if your life is on the line

I’ve got to say this is by the worst pharmacy in Lorain county, wait in Ohio. The pharmacist is extremely unhelpful and just plain rude.
