This Aldi's like all Aldi's doesn't have the same.Product as other ones. So you see an ad or you hear of a new product, they may have it.They may not have it. Basically, the staff is friendly and courteous as long as you're not bothering them when they're stocking shelves. A lot of the employees are downright rude and nasty if you ask them something when they are stocking shelves. Any other time, they're happy and courteous.

I used to enjoy shipping here, but over the past 3 visits, they have been out of simple things. My last visit, I asked an employee if they had any left in back,, and she seemed bothered and not very helpful. I probably will not be back here for awhile because it is frustrating to not be able to shop for all your needs in one place. They have even been out of grocery bags before!

Great grocery store with the best prices of any stores in the area. They offer fresh produce, canned and dried foods, and a freezer selection. Most offer a beer and wine selection. They have seasonal items available that change every month. They also offer foreign foods like cheeses that change often to always have a fresh selection available. They offer gluten free and vegetarian options. Parking is always available and handicap accessible. Carts are available for use for only a quarter that is returned to you when you bring it back. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. Restrooms are available on site and are clean.

The Amherst Aldi is nice enough. Sometimes the produce is neglected (berries, bell peppers and potatos) and there is a cashier that hates her life here and can't handle stress and pressure of a busy grocery check out. I witnessed her treat multiple customers with disregard and rudeness. On more than just 1 shopping trip. Honestly, she tries to argue with you about the twice as nice return. Like it comes out of her own pocket. But her pettiness aside, the stores fine.

I’m a Instacart shopper (personal shopper for people) this store is always well well stocked very clean polite helpful staff. Easy parking. Produce is always well cycled through meaning no spoiled fruit or vegetables and no Bad expiration date.This is across the board for all ALDI locations8 states⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was donating food to my church and I decided to price check several locations. The prices at Aldi are low but they were not the lowest. The store was clean and well stocked. The cashier was very polite and helpful. I did purchase 60 items here. I'm likely to return if the need arises.

I was very disappointed in how quickly the produce went bad. I just moved here and was a frequent shopper of Aldi. I will try the Sheffield store next time to see if I have better luck.

It is a nice Aldi here in Amherst Ohio. Workers that are helpful friendly and the place is nice and clean produce fresh the best of all worlds wrapped in one store

Good variety of food and quality sometimes exceeds that of higher-priced stores. Store is clean. Don't care for so many self-checkouts... people need human interaction, not just dealing with machines all day. Don't trust single bathroom with a mirror that could be two-way.

It's always clean and if lines get long they call someone asap. Prices are cheaper then save a lot. Cashier's are ALWAYS nice, never feel rushed. There is a good selection of a lot of items. And there is a good wine selection with my favorite o ly being about $4

I bought more than I wanted to but found unique vegan veggies. I went to buy several spices & herbs but a very small selection, however finding new vegan veggies was the best experience of my entire day. I WILL BE BACK.

They could be better if they went back to regular cashiers and got rid of the self check outs. And they used to have good affordable prices, now they are one of the higher priced places to shop.

Be careful when you think you’re getting a deal. It may be a failure of truthful or careful price sign placement. e.g.:- On the left was Stollens and the sign below it seemed correct.- In the middle was boxes of Choceur European Chocolates. Below it was a sign for Moser Roth Chocolates and it seemed like a good deal.- To the right was Choceur Chocolate Pralines and the price below it seem correct.I picked up the box of European Chocolates because it was a great price according to the sign. There was NO other sign indicating the real price of $4.99. I got home and found out that I was charged a dollar more than what the sign was showing for the item in that spot.Went back to the store at 2241 Kresge Drive and saw that it was the wrong sign in that location. It was never corrected even a day later. Everyone picking up that item was paying a dollar more then what they thought (if they relied on the sign).I pointed it out to the manager of the store and I hope he took care of it. I was surprised that he didn’t even thank me or seem concerned of the mistake the store made.

I applied to a position with several Aldis in the area. Always get rejected. Lol they act like working at a grocery store is rocket science with their hiring process 😅 😂 . Joke.

Aldi has come along way from what they were 20 years ago. You can find a lot of hidden gems here that you won't see in other grocery stores. Prices are great and the staff is always friendly! I still think they should ditch the quarter carts though. But still a well deserved 5 stars!
