At this location, we felt very taken care of and happy with the entire experience. I appreciated the number of questions the groomer asked when we dropped off our dog to ensure we got the result we wanted out of our visit both in routine maintenance (teeth brushing, nail trim, etc.), as well as aesthetic (what length and how to cut around paws, ears, eyes and sanitary area).

Lydia done a fantastic job with Marley.. He is a German shepherd/lab mix.. He has such anxiety about going to the vet that they want to sedate him just to trim his nails.. I did not like the idea of that so I decided to try Petco to see how he would do. I'm so glad I did. When I arrived she was finishing up and he was so Calm. He let her complete the whole process. We will definitely be back to. Lydia was great!!!

In the beginning my dog was treated well. Then I was being overcharged, not credited for baths to earn a free one and even when I called corporate no one returned my calls. I spend $100+ on a special breed. So sad

I thought the groomer was very good and handling and she did a great job at grooming. My issue was the add on's that were added on to my overall total without my approval. I was expecting to pay $52 but my total ended up being $69. When I dropped off my pup she mentioned that she would buff the nails and use a conditioner that would limit matting. Not once did she tell me that these would increase my total. I did tell her this was the first time I had ever done the grooming thing so I wished she was more transparent with all services and costs.

Kristen at Pet co was thoughtful and called to confirm our requests before beginning Kingsley's groom (he is a standard poodle but we prefer a modified veraion of a traditional poodle cut). She kept us up to date when the appointment ran a little long, which was appreciated. Plus, my dog looks great! Kristen was kind and sweet and we will definitely book with her again!
