Wal-Mart! The everything store. Got some hidden prices on clothes every now and then in the clearance section. Went the day after Easter to hopefully find some good deals but everything was gone. I guess you have to be an early bird if you want the savings. The store was clean, good craft section, and everything was stocked!

Oh my where to start. Clean the store up. Everything is on the ground or wrinkledI know some public do this too, but shame on them . The prices are OK and the staff depends on the day. Pharmacy takes a little time. They have a lot of everything. Produce is pretty good.restrooms need to be cleaned better. I really think these self check out suck. I feel likeSomone is watching me. Also, jobs are taken away from people who need them. If you have the time, this is your store. it's very big to walk thru.. It's got everything. Needs music I shop when I hear good music. They have free parking and are crowded, but patience is a virtue. Handicap accessible and scooters. Also, outside pickups. So, 1 stop big store for groceries makeup meat fruit clothes. Have fun... oh, they also have TV s sweepers and computers.

I went to to the store to share an unfortunate customer service experience that happened to my mom. After sharing the details with the Assistant Store Manager Will, I was promised he would look into it and call me back. I never received a call back, even after another attempt to reach the assistant store manager Will and 2 attempts to reach the Store Manager Sarah. Clearly service is not a priority at this location.

This store is always busy. I have been recently using the app and the pick up service is great. Besides it always being busy it's a good store atleast they have cashiers unlike Streetsboro its all self check out

I had just gone to get pictures printed. I walk up to the computers for Walmart photos to find that there are no cords to plug into your phone. I tried looking for an employee but there was only 2 phone company guys in the WHOLE electronics section and so I was told to wait for Richard. I stood at the electronics counter waiting for 10-15 minutes with my 5 months old baby. There was NOT A SINGLE WALMART EMPLOYEE IN THAT SECTION. Finally a skinny brunette female who didn't look that put together went to the electronics section and made eye contact with me, but ignored me. After waiting a little longer Elizabeth (heavier set female) then came up to the counter and helped someone else before I was finally asked BY A WALMART EMPLOYEE, what I needed but even Elizabeth wasn't sure about the cords. FINALLY after all that waiting Richard made his way up to the counter just for me to be told they don't use cords anymore and that it's all done by a QR code......... But when you try to upload your photos to that website, it doesn't upload all the pictures you want but it will give you a message saying 'upload failed'............ Is this really what Walmart has come to, there should always be at least ONE employee at the counter at all times but no, they are fine with you waiting g 10+ minutes. Maybe they should hire the phone company people instead, then the job would actually get done RICHARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This store is absolutely RIDICULOUS. Employees always in your way. If you place a pick up or delivery order they take half an hour to get it out…what’s the point in that? I could shop my order faster than that!!!!!!

This stores shelves always seem to be lacking, but the staff are usually pretty friendly and it's usually pretty clean.Update: 2 years ago- 4 starsI was BEYOND HAPPY to see the fish tanks gone from this store. The fish were never taken care of and the tanks were always dirty. Good call to whoever made that decision.Original review (1 year ago) 4 starsThe employees are generally helpful.... When you can find them.Store is generally clean and organized. Would drive past the 62 walmart to drive to this one.Primo water has been out forever so you can't exchange 5 gallon containers. Exchanging propane grill tanks though comes at a great price though.The subway inside is good and serves soup. The bank atm inside the door though is terrible. Charges $3 to check your balance and then another $3 to pull out money instead of just one transaction.The walmart services themselves are okay. Pics come out clearer in the photo center than getting them done at alliance Walgreens anyways. The paint dept has had a broken color match machine for months which is annoying if you need paint matched. They do sell hunting and sporting goods licenses though which is nice because they're open 24/7 and I think its the only place in town. The grocery shelves are sometimes lacking in name brands but I think that's a problem at most Wal-Mart's these days. If you want garenteed name brands in stock you have to go to giant eagle and pay the price.Overall good prices but I would definitely check prices online for $$$ items.

Then vision center in Walmart, the customer service representatives are very rude.It hurts my heart to see how rude they are. They might be nice when you're getting a vision check but if you want to go in and just buy some frames like I've done a million times before at other Walmarts and at this one then tell you it's against the law to sell frames without lenses but they haven't on shelves with prices on them. So why wouldn't you be able to sell me a frame without an eye exam without their lenses? That's what they do there. That's how they handle customers has been their customers for a very long time.

The worst one to go to for any cellular shopping. Everyone said they don't work that department and couldn't find anyone who could help. They said good luck coming back tomorrow because we will probably have the same service. Then they said go to Verizon next door.

Horrible wait time for grocery pick up and half the time they don't have what you want. They say they cancel your walmart plus but charge your card a year later. And you don't realize it till a day after and they refuse to return the money. So you end up having to cancel bank card.

Horrible customer service in the electronics. I needed a switch controller out of the locked case the guy proceeded to tell me he was busy even though no one was in line...He wouldn't check on any of the chromebooks I was asking about...then when he finally got the switch controller he let a lady cut me in line before ringing it out!! Overall terrible service not wanting to do the job they were hired to do! Everything is locked of course we need help getting to it!!!

The Salem Walmart is in the process of remodeling, their floor area miss tiles is very slippery, so word of caution when walking in Walmart.

I went in to just get some spring water which they always put on the top shelf, and mind you I'm only 5 foot tall. Another customer was in the same place and she was taller than me. She asked if she could get what I needed. She could reach it easier then I could and got it down for me. I always seem to find kind people like that when I can't reach things.

I placed a grocery order for delivery because I was unable to go get it myself. It's been over 3 hours since the scheduled time and I still have not received it. I called alliance Walmart to check on it and I was given a 1-800 number to call and sent on a wild goose chase just so the person I spoke to could get out of answering for the unacceptable behavior and lack of responsibility on their part. I'm sorely disappointed considering that it's almost 10pm and I still have not gotten a resolution.

There’s no reason to have one old woman working in electronics where she cannot lift over half of the things. On top of that there’s only one L cart in the building apparently so I have to wait for the customer that was in front of me to check out and load it into his vehicle before I can even attempt to bring it up to pay for it. You have 3 “cell phone attendants” who aren’t capable of anything other than cell phone related things according to them. But let’s have the 80 year old woman go get and check out everyone.

Check out was ok bar code was tucked into dog bed so tag popped off when i tried to scan it so naturally the camera flagged and sent associate over. Other than that check out is a lot faster and smoother when you can do it yourself. I like bagging my bags the way I want them bagged.

Changing registers around putting in more self serves. 700pm had only 3 open registers lines clear back into clothing would not open anymore. Stood in line hour and 15 minutes.

My 90 year old grandmother came in today, went to the pharmacy and asked for some help finding her health care items. What kind of employee tells a older lady they don't help do that anymore. Are you kidding me? What took me 20 minutes to find these items (10ish) probably would have taken her an hour. Walmart has gone down hill. I personally can not wait for Meijer to open. Shame on you Alliance Ohio Walmart!!!
