I understand problems can happen, but my experience with this Walgreens has always been stellar. I just came back from Gun Barrel Texas where I had to use a CVS. OH! Lord Jesus! Those folks need to come to this store for some training. These people always seem to be on their toes, and bend over backwards to work with the insurance company to get it ran through. When I got back from Texas I came here for some medicine right away. After the way I was treated at that CVS, I will say it made me want to thank each and every person that works here. When my prescription at the TX CVS wouldn’t go thru they just shrugged their shoulders and said you have to pay. This store says, let me get you to someone who can see why. I have two insurance companies and had to pay for my medication at that Texas CVS. If you are reading this from Walgreens Alliance store Thank you for working so hard to help Alliance feel better! You are appreciated!!!

This is a nice drugstore variety of grocery films andMake-up perfumes very nice staff. Staff is very nice a lot of everything. Handicap restroom handicap doors. Parking available. Also, they text you when your script is done. Thank you for your patience in the pharmacy. Drive thru. Biiiggg store. See you there, lovely pharmacists. Thank you, Jesse, for the call. Iike walgreens. And to these 1 star reviews, really? I talked to 5 pharmacist, and they were kind and fixed the problem. Oh, they have 2 drive thrus. So much inside and very neat and tidy. My girlfriend was just discharged from Cleveland Clinic and we came home and stopped by the pharmacy to pick up her prescriptions at 5pm June 6th 2023 at the Walgreens in Alliance and they gave us a bottle that said 90 when we got home there were only 23 pills in it. We had to call and have them check cameras and it was proven that they withheld 67 pills from someone that is going to have to have back surgery. This is not a game, very dangerous!!!! I hope this kind illegal activity doesn’t happen to one of your loved ones.

Called to ask if they had a basic baby formula in stock. Spent 20 minutes on hold and was transferred a total of 5 times. I'm not sure how many people work there but I'm pretty sure I spoke to each and every one of them. The person who finally answered my question had an attitude when he answered as if he was the one who was transferred 5 times. Side note: they also did not carry the very basic form of enfamil I needed.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I ordered a picture wood hanger and they said it would be done by 10:00 am. Showed up at 12:30 still not done. The lady said the picture associate wouldn’t be in until 1 so it’ll be done by 1:30. Showed up at 3…. STILL NOT DONE!!! Very poor management and service. I never recommend getting anything done with pictures at the Walgreens in Alliance.

Pam in the photo department is wonderful, she went above and beyond for me when getting my business posters, cards, and banners printed! I hope Walgreens takes notice of her customer service skills, employees like her are hard to find.

Self administered PCR Covid test was easy enough… it’s been over 48 hours and my test results are not even in the lab yet. Called to find out that the lab my test went through (Aegis) can take up to FIVE DAYS to get results. I was not told this by the pharmacist and assumed it would be the standard 24-48 hours. Literally ridiculous. She said “a few days”— not five. This needed to be communicated to me at the time of taking the test. It’s not like I have a job or anything that I need to return to…

Took a package to their photo center that handles the FedEx deliveries.3 different employees offered to help.1 was completely rude to me. When talking about the size of the package I was cut off and told “you already told us this” by her before she walked away uninterested in helping me.However, I was treated with respect by the other 2 ladies that helped me and took my package.I shop here a lot and all of the employees have always been helpful, except for her. I didn’t get her name, so steer clear of the photo center. I hope she is fired.

Avoid this Walgreens if you can!! My mother gets her prescription of Oxycodone filled here and she always seemed to run short of her medication so I decided to count the pills right after being filled and sure enough she was shorted 10 pills. I called the pharmacist and he tried to confuse us by blaming her doctor and not addressing the shorted pills. Someone there has been stealing her medication which, on the street can cost a lot, but this Walgreens has decided to cover its butt. If you are buying anymore than aspirin, find a more honest pharmacy to fill you prescriptions.

The people here make all the difference. I'm there at least once a week for this or that, check out the sales and clearance items, pick the needs, look around for new things and special deals, hoping they haven't re-arranged the isles other than seasonal, which is usually worth a look. It's always clean, very rarely cluttered unless it's time to redo an isle, and I always find deals on some things I need.

😟 I had the WORST experience at the WALGREENS PHARMACY in Alliance Ohio. I paid almost $24.00 for a $3.40 prescription and $22.00 for an $11.00 prescription. 🤔 If I could give 0 stars I would because the tech I talked to was clueless and doesn't understand her customer base. That was even more frustrating. 👍 Transferred all my meds to GIANT EAGLE and now the prices are correct. Saved $27.00 by switching to GIANT EAGLE. 👏

Having a lunch break in the middle of the night is fine, but atleast don't hang up the phone in the drive thru and leaving people wondering why the hell you hung up. Takes two seconds to let someone know you're on lunch.

I was passing through from out of town and my car broke down in the Walgreens parking lot , & the nice lady working the front counter & her manager where so nice to us & even helped us out with it being 10:30pm I’m so thankful for you all & it’s people like you that really change the community .
