I wish a knew her name. Was in drive thru, blonde girl, on 3/14 before 8pm. Thank you for recommendation!! I went to get my dog a pup cup for her bday and myself a drink. I wanted to try that lavender drink but they were out of matacha. So when I drcided for Chai latte instead, person of speaker asked if i wanted to add the lavender. I would of never thought to do that but glad I said yes. Very good!

I asked for a venti and they gave me a grande. Didn’t have the time to wait and requested a refund. They refused to give me a refund because he said it was almost done. I waited 6 more minutes (not almost done) and had to rush now because it took way longer than it should have. I understand that things happen, but refusing to give me a refund is very frustrating and unprofessional

Today I ordered a trenta pink drink, light ice, no inclusions and extra coconut milk through a drive thru in alliance ohio. The person in the window went to hand me a drink that looked awful. It had clearly not been shaken or was old and had sat long enough to completely separate. When I asked if they’d remake the drink the person in the window said “why, what’s wrong with it” in an incredibly rude way. After I explained she slammed the window closed. She comes back out and asks if the second one is better and I say sure purely to get out of there, and she says “next time ask for it extra shaken. It’s usually separated” in a rude way. I get the same drink every time and wouldn’t have been bothered if she had just politely remade the drink upon asking. I’ve not had an experience remotely this horrendous at any other Starbucks.

She started my husband's hot chocolate in a smaller cup then realized her mistake. Instead of starting all over she poured the chocolate from the one cup into the other. Was not the amount of chocolate that was supposed to be in it. My husband said it was the worst hot chocolate he had ever gotten from a Starbucks. Will never go to the one in Alliance again.

Lacking good customer service. I asked politely to have my table wiped off so that I could eat, drink and work without crumbs on the table from a past customer. Dirty tables happen, no big deal BUT politely asking to have it wiped off should not be a big ask. Staff came out, wiped every open table and cleaned up markers left on another table while I stood waiting…purposefully wiping my table off last and in poor fashion. I visit Starbucks frequently. This one was very disappointing

I always have a great experience at the Alliance Starbucks, but this morning Ashley G was the barista running the window and she is AWESOME! So genuinely kind, not overly enthusiastic or forcing fake conversation. Im sure she’s the type of employee others get excited they get to open with! I kind of hate the way Starbucks is forcing their employees to have a conversation in the window, but Ashley was just sweet and perfect. Of course my coffee was great, per usual, but good customer service is what keeps me purchasing from an establishment! Shoutout to the morning crew today!

We are always traveling and getting a quick coffee at Starbucks and for the past YEARS our drinks are never perfect. For the first time we were so happy with what we wanted. The manager I believe was so helpful and knowledgeable with what we wanted and needed. They were patient with us and very nice while we were explaining what and how we want our drinks. There was a new girl who was so sweet and broke down our order perfectly. She even asked the manager to make sure everything was right. So pleased!!!

We all know Starbuck's and know their menus since for the most part they all serve the same things. What sets each location apart are the people inside the building, keeping that in mind here is my take on this location.First time I've visited this newer location and on Christmas Eve to boot! They were closing early for the holiday and came out to put up the cones to indicate the drive-thru was closed. Fortunately I was the last car they allowed through but the line was very long and people had to be turned away. The manager came out to wish them Happy Holidays but also apologizing and hoping they'd understand her staff wanted to get home to their families as well (they were already well past closing time and I was car #10 in line). While most people were understanding, there were a few cranky folks. The manager kept her cool, acted very professional and gracious while getting bullied all with a smile on her face. That was what first impressed me, a strong leader equals a strong team.I ordered a venti iced toasted white mocha quad, a package of cranberry bliss bars (they even got me a frozen box!!) and one on the side for the ride home. Not only was my drink made perfect but service was amazing.So hats off to my Barista and all the counter staff who made my order to perfection. A special kudos to the manager as it's nice to see a strong female in a leadership position taking charge while still being gracious and kind.

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. I waited in the drive through line 25 minutes to have my coffee not ready when I got to the register and had to wait even longer. Will not be coming back to this one! Horrible service! The window employee was very rude!

I had a great experience when I went through their drive thru today (12/6/16). A big thank you to the man who took my order this morning around 9:40am. He was super friendly and made my morning, so thank you! Plus my Peppermint Mocha was wonderful!

As a mom of a toddler I find it very difficult to work from home most days. So I often visit this location to focus and get some work done. Today while I was there the nicest employee checked on me several times, offering water and pastry samples. I felt like I was at a small local coffee shop. It was an amazing experience. :)

It was awesome. There was some lady's that was in line towards the staple side. I went around the building and got in line from the other side. The ladies was there before me. But had to move do to traffic coming thru. They lost there spot in line. They came around the building as I did. As they went around the building I backed up. I waved them around so they could re gain there spot. As they drove by me one of them held a heart symbol in her window with a big smile. Very appreciated. For me letting them in front of me. I was just happy doing the right thing and it made them happy. They got there coffee and left. I pull up to hand the lady in the window my card to pay. Lol she said the ladies in front paid for ur drink. That made my day. Didn't expect that. That's what it's all about. Be kind to each other.

This is a GREAT Starbucks location. It has the best customer service I have seen from any store. Lindsey was very helpful and all the crew-members here are super welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this location. They will always double check the correctness of your order and will always make it right with no problems!

If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would this is the worst Starbucks if they’re not spilling your drink all down the side of your cup and into your vehicle then they’re rolling their eyes at you how hard is it to make a cup of coffee , I have spent so much money here and have been a big supporter of Starbucks but I am completely done I will never spend another dollar here , Today I ordered a cold brew black with nothing in it so they put no ice in it and then she tells me we don’t put ice in cold brew I’ve been going to Starbucks in longer than she’s been alive they put ice in cold brew!!! It’s pretty bad that I know the menu better than the workers nitro cold brew has no ice however I did not order a nitro cold brew!!!!!!!!!
