Needed a pretty standard replacement power cord for the Epson printer I had purchased less than a few months ago from Staples. Waited in a long line to be greeted by the least hospitable person I’ve met in quite awhile and that’s saying something as I deal with lots of vendors daily. I asked for her to point me towards the printer cable I needed and was smugly given a “yeah we don’t carry that”. I looked it up while still the in store and found it online, but it was unfortunately sold out in store.Was going to just order online but after the complete lack of decent customer service I drove to Office max and picked up what I needed instead.As someone who has a Staples account and orders hundreds of dollars of paper and ink monthly I’ll be moving forward with Office max going forward as they were much more helpful.

Huge shoutout to this Staples location! Most directly to Angela! They are very helpful and kind! Angela went above and beyond! I went in with a HUGE project and they were able to not only help me get it completed but offered more services to get it done faster! I couldn't be more grateful! I work for a huge company and will definitely be returning for all my project needs!

The website says open at 8 but the doors say open at 9. Not very helpful if you’re in a rush for work in the morning.

I was looking for a two page monthly planner reasonably priced. The ones I found had too many extras and were way more than I wanted to spend.I was also looking for a paper shredder and was shocked at the prices. Very disappointed. Bought some manilla folders and pleased with them.

My experience with this staples is it's a joke a little to helpful lil to much time on the employees hands to be taking customer's numbers down so they can I guess chat it up its your place of employment not creepy take a customer's number hook up hot line if that's wht your into your in the wrong line if work gonget in the corner !!!

This review is a long time coming. I quit using Staples in Alliance, OH because the service is horrible, more people are pretending to work, they have a register light on and tell you that register is not open, go to the next one with the light off. Air-Head City, not a office supply store.Over the years I've been talked down to, spoken to rudely, they can't find an online order I had shipped to the store multiple times. I can't make this next one up - I went in the store with a UPS drop-off and was told I just missed the truck by about 10 minutes. OK - then the "Air-Head" proceeds to tell me maybe I can catch up to the truck. Say What!!! In which direction should I start out? Has the driver worked his way East to West and is now on Rt. 62? Any clue as if I'm going to try that.I only use Staples in a pinch, usually for a special size box. Too Bad - I do several hundred dollars a month in office supplies. I have purchased a Kindle, a laptop and two desktops with flat screen monitors, three printers over the years but have since upgraded through Amazon. In fact, I purchased 99.9 percent of my office supplies through Amazon. I get free "Prime" shipping to my office door.Many of these workers would qualify for a job at the US Postal "Service." That wasn't a compliment.

I ordered buisness cards and was told they would be ready in 2 to 4 hours. When they finally finished them and sent me.a proof, most of the words were misspelled and then I was told the person working on them went home sick and had taken the file with her. I ended getting my cards 8 days later. I was supposed to get car magnets made, the Rep..Told me she could just blow it up and advocates it to a magnet. When I called back to check in was told to come up and order them that they do that.I went into the store yesterday and they told me they could blow up the buisness card and they would be done today.. so we will see and the Manager's OMG.. they are horrible and they talk down on you and need to be trained in copy center etiquette. ... I have much more but it's too much.. it's a sad place there!

Everyone very helpful .handicap parking and entrance .aisleways are spaced for adequateViewing of merchandise .the merchandise was very well signed and prices easily identified .This store offers a complete officesupply .Breakroom and cleaning supplies and great assortment of electronics .Computers and software with professional help for installation and operating equipment .pleasently offering facsimile transmissions (self serve ) and copying .Very good help in developing advertising .clean store inside and outside.GREAT JOB KEEP IT UP .

They sold us the wrong printer (no USB port)then would not exchange it because we had already thrown the box away.I talked to two managers who said there is nothing they could do and assured me that no matter how many people I talked to their hands were tied.👎👎
