I had a talk with a lovely pharmacist, Leanne. I am changing drug stores. I know it's handicap accessible they deliver, have a drive-thru, and text when your script is done.Also, it has bread groceries, makeup, and perfume. We will see how it goes, but I'm hoping this is mine. Let you know. Also has restrooms. Very lovely staff.

Truly bummed to have to leave a bad review of such a clean, organized, well stocked, convenient store, but when I was there tonight buying OTC medicine near the pharmacy, I heard two or more pharmacy employees making fun of a customer who had just called on the phone. One said, "That was Mrs. Smith" (I changed the name for yhis review). Another said "oh my God she is so annoying" and they proceeded to mock her, making fake voices asking eachother pharmacy related questions and laughing and calling her stupid. They didn't see me or know I was listening, but if this is truly the way staff thinks of customers, I'd recommend taking your pharmacy business elsewhere. So scary. Major HIPAA violation.

I loved this place ever since I was a kid, I lived close, easy walk, and everyone is so nice. As long as you treat them the way you want to be treated. It is simple to understand that the people at the register are just doing their part and working like everyone else. Over the +15 years I’ve went there I have not once been treated by immaturity of rude cashiers. People write reviews when they are mad and they also should be recognized of the good work they are doing. They are great people. They have been great. They may have bad days but everyone does. This place is an amazing store and has always been. They ask about my day, how’s college going, and many other stores aren’t that welcoming. Keep it up!!!

The ladies in the pharmacy are phenomenal. My daughter was ill and we could not find her medication anywhere. These women went out of their way to assist in every way possible. She is currently two days into her prescription and feeling better already! Not all heroes wear capes. Thank you guys so much.

The absolute worst pharmacy. Our insurance is forcing us to use Rite Aid. Prescriptions are never ready DAYS after being called in! The workers are rude. I was happy to see the hired a few new employees with better dispositions. But that was short lived.I'd love to go back to using Walgreens. Pharmacy open 24/7, friendly staff, never waited 45 mins in line, scripts were always ready.

Quite possibly the slowest and worst place to get your prescriptions filled. I refuse to use this pharmacy because they are slow and rude, but my friend has to use it and it is terrible to go there. You will wait in the drive-through forever, the people that work behind the desk could care less, and I have never once heard them say "Thank you" or "Have a good day". Today we had to go there and a gentlemen named Darrian wandered around aimlessly while we sat in the drive-thru forever, and then he put my friends prescriptions in the tray without saying a word. When I asked him if that was all he just gave a nod and moved on.I'm absolutely convinced the only people who use this pharmacy are the ones who are forced to, and if Rite Aid ever goes out of business it will be a merciful release for their customers.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to! Staff is so rude! Not only are they rude, they are slow. Your prescriptions are never ready, even if they were called in days before. You have to wait forever, only to then deal with very rude staff. I have been to plenty of other rite aid pharmacies, but this location is terrible. We have been dealing with them for a long time bc it’s close to our drs office, however, we will not be returning after the latest fiasco.

My RX keep getting sent here and I no longer use this pharmacy but to say I'm red flag is just dumb cause I moved my files to another one and now put a RX on hold there but won't fill cause it's definitely not my fault I get back to back kidney stones and have female problems SO 🖕🏾🖕🏾 RITE AID AND DR. BLACK FOR EVEING SENDING ANYTHING OF MINES HERE

Absolutely horrible. They'll tell you that they're putting in a prescription order for you so that it's there the next day and it never is. The automated system they have will call and tell you that you have a prescription ready but when you go to pick it up 9 out of 10 times it isnt filled and they say its a glitch in their system. Years and it's still a glitch? Also good luck getting through on the phone to talk to anyone in the pharmacy, I've called them over 15 times in the last 2 days and no one will answer. I've had it happen countless times at this point with my extremely needed epilepsy meds. Changing pharmacies for sure, please don't use this pharmacy if you actually need your meds when you need them filled and can't play they're back n forth game.

Really need to get things together. Called in so my script would be ready. I was told, ok they'll be ready at two ( at about 12:15). So, ok ya know. I figures they where busy, so I went to pick them up at 3:15. They said they need 2 hours too count again or come back tomorrow. Working out of town, I waited to find out that I can't get my prescription yet. How easy would a call or a heads up about any of that because now I have to drive 2 hours to this store during this week.

They tell you your prescriptions are ready when they are not, they put them back when they say they are not. One employee in the pharmacy to the next doesn't know what they other tells anyone so they obviously don't make any notations on your account. They don't keep track of anything. They lose your prescriptions. They don't check to see if you have more than one ready.... They are an accident waiting to happen

After almost 3 weeks of waiting(4 of those days was waiting on authorization from insurance company) I blew up on the girl at the window and told her to just transfer my prescription to Marc's and picked it up today. I have stage 3 hypertension and that long with NO meds is absolutely uncalled for, ridiculous..... i will NEVER use this store again.

I only go to Rite Aid to get my prescriptions filled since my health insurance changed and Walgreens no longer accepts it. Rite aid pharmacy has the SLOWEST service. Im literally in line writing this review. Ive been waiting for 25+ minutes. I would go back to Walgreens if I could.

Well I left them rude nasty pharmacy. That manager is to. My friends needed heart meds and they all but said she got it. Guess what no she didnt. I am usually mellow but why treat customers like that. You should be ashamed. It was heart med hmmm that's a lawsuit if something happened. You wanted my friend to pay 400 dollars 4 your mistake wow. You had her on speaker so everyone heard herThat's against her rights and then turned your back on her. Just who do you think you are? Your no better then me. I hope district manage does something.You should be ashamed especially after hanging up on her. If you cant take the heat get out of the kitchenI will never shop there ever I'm hurt for her. This review had to be written hoping none else gets this treatmentOh 1 more thing answer your phone. Go Benzer love them. You are lucky you got a star.

Everytime I go to pick up a prescription, very very slow service. Only 1 person taking care of inside and drive thru customers, and 4 others bullshiting and hiding between the medicine racks. Would not recommend this location to anyone. If you want great fast service, go to the one at sawburg/state.

Worst pharmacy EVER. I’m going to switch to literally any other pharmacy just to get away from them. Every single time I go there is always an issue. Not to mention they take FOREVER to even get to you, they are soooo slow. It’s so frustrating.

I waited for the second time today over a hour in the drive thru with my 2 year old in the car and he was sick and needed medication! I tried calling and it took 4 times of hearing the recording for someone to answer and all they had to say was they are busy well there are only two people in front of me

Takes almost three days to get a prescription filled... If they remember to do it. I normally have to call and remind them then come in and stand in line while they fill it even though they say it should be ready in two hours it NEVER is.
