Good thing Meijer is opening up soon because shopping trips like today leave me never wanting to shop at Marc's again. This isn't the first time we've encountered rude employees at this location. I feel that our cashier today(Sandy) was rude enough to name though. She did not want to do her job correctly and yelled at my wife when she tried to put our pop on the counter to make it easier for her and then threw her scanning gun over the counter at my wife annoyedly while gesturing to her like she was stupid for not understanding quick enough what she was wanting her to do. Very unprofessional and not at all how any good cashier should be trained to treat customers. If you hate your job that much, find a new profession instead of taking your misery out on other people who are just trying to enjoy a nice family shopping trip.

This place is my go to store since I know where most of the things are because I go there very often but they should open up more checkout counters because when it's busy I have to wait a line with sometimes but over all I love this store

We love going to Marc’s. The cashier was super nice and very helpful. The only reason it’s not 4⭐️ is because the front bargain section needs to be bigger. Love the deals there.

Today I had to check myself out. Alliance Ohio . I didn't even have a choice. I will no longer shop for groceries here. The one store I thought would never be self checkout.

They have good items there, but sometimes the deli can be a bit slow. It can also be a bit dirty inside. On the upside nice and helpful employees. And a big plus no self check out! They also don't restock as much as they do during the day as Walmart.

Although we usually shop here,after this evening we will go elsewhere. The cashier who checked us out was angry she was called up to run register and evidently took it out on our groceries. Everything is crushed and bruised. When I unpacked at home I could actually see this cashiers handprints in the soft items from crushing the products as she packed them. My family did nothing to this girl and we spent a lot of money to buy our groceries...poor training on Marc's for sure.

I worked at this place and the manager I had at the start of my job was so nice and then he resigned and the new manager who was a woman was horrible to all her employees and one time when I went in to check my schedule I seen the super visor pick up spilled blueberries off the ground and put them in the container and put them back in the produce where the other blueberries are and the girls bathroom is disgusting Everytime I have to work in general I have to try my best not to Gag because the smell is nasty in the back and the girls bathroom is always disgusting and smells so bad all the toilets are usually clogged and there's paper towels everywhere if you want fresh food I suggest you go somewhere else 🤢😷

I can usually find what I want, they have a decent variety of brands. With that being said they need to train all the workers properly. It shouldn't take 25+ minutes to scan and pay to leave. They may need to hire more people or something, but they need to have more than 2 check outs open.

I just love Marc's. They have a lot of cool things in aisle 1, can't beat the prices. And now, they take ALL cards to pay with. Also, I'm happy they got the large carrying bags back. They are the best!

Manager is awful.And just an fyi you can shop walmart with NO MASK here if it slips below your nose wile your talking the manager will drastically over react and be just as rude as possible. I have always loved this store but her attitude and the awful long lines are not worth it

Just bought a large package of blueberries, the large one. Paid 3.79 came home to enjoy them and except for a very few were totally molded. This is not the first time this has happened. Complained last time. No one did anything. Always open and check

Love this place, always well stocked, deli is very well priced it always looks fresh, clerk is very nice and helpful, keep up the good work!!!! Good bye Walmart, our family is a marc's shopper now

Not enough lines open no matter what time you're there. And the women's bathroom is disgusting. Other than that, reasonable prices compared to Walmart right down the street.

Great place to shop for groceries and they have a deli, pharmacy and one side of store is devoted to sundries. Nice and friendly staff.

I try to like Marc’s in Alliance. But it’s difficult when the store is filthy and the isles are narrow and cumbersome 😩

My favorite store for groceries and household is Alliance Marc's. Saving $ and time, well stocked. Increases continue in healthier food choices throughout (except in frozen foods.)

Worst store ever. Only having 1 cashier open and their service desk. The cashier had a line and a customer went to the desk to check out, we put everything back and left then he decided to call for a cashier to open.
