While visiting the area, relatives took me to this Lowe's. I was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. One gentleman helped load our cart and find other items in the store and the cashier was so outgoing/friendly that it made you want to come back!

I’ve never been to a store with such helpful, friendly personnel. Every aisle I went down someone asked me if I needed help and several took me directly to the product I was looking for. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location in Alliance, Ohio.

The managers in the delivery department actually did a great job fixing my issue, but the company that delivers is the worst. We ordered a New Washer and Dryer. They were delivered promptly, but the dryer never tumbled or heated. Called the warehouse people and explained the situation. Had to then re- purchase another Dryer and have that delivered. Now the scary part: The first dryer was wired incorrectly by the delivery team, the neutral wire was loose and in the ground spot. This is why my New Dryer wasn't working. The interesting point was we found lint in the exhaust area and inside the filter, gross! It was packaged as new. I watched them cut open the box. Never again.

I went to Lowe's to get a ceiling fan. When I got to check out no one was at a single register. When I asked about someone checking me out I was told that I HAD TO USE SELF SERVE. I do not get paid to check myself out. I will definitely think twice about going to Lowe's if I'm going to be told that I HAVE TO USE SELF SERVE.

I had some appliances installed from a competitor of Lowe’s and they brought the wrong length sized dishwasher 110v cord so I stopped into Lowe’s since I was already across the street from there at the Walmarts. I was able to find a 6ft cord that should work just dandily with the assistance of a very friendly associate in the appliance section of the store. I’m a veteran so I registered awhile ago online with Lowe’s and I receive a 10% discount on all my purchases so I saved a buck on a ten dollar purchase....cha-ching! And I always enjoy the veteran parking spaces available at every Lowe’s as well. I can highly recommend this Lowe’s. Pretty sure they price match so always research thoroughly. I hope this review helps someone out😇.I’m adding to this review because I just visited this Lowe’s (seems like I’m always here) and I needed to do 3 electrical projects to my home. I’m not that experienced in electrical but I’m always willing to learn. Fortunately I asked one of the most knowledgeable employees for some assistance. Sarah in lighting and electrical is so knowledgeable that she taught me how to do my projects and knew everything I needed. I don’t know how much they pay her but it ain’t enough whatever it is. I needed to fix and outlet, also add a breaker and a double outlet, and wire in a booster exhaust fan for my dryer. Went back the next day to get an in line lint trap (they didn’t have one) and she seen me and asked how it all went...She’s awesome. I highly recommend this Lowe’s and I highly recommend asking for Sarah if you have electrical or light needs

Do not purchase windows and have them "professionally" installed by lowes. The installer told us the sashes were the wrong size and he would order the correct ones and return. That never happened and he would not return our calls. The store was no help either, they just told us to contact the installer. The top window falls as soon as you open the window...junk. Kids rooms get full of bugs. Spend a little more money and get a real professional to install a quality window with a guarantee.

This is definatly one of my go to places. I buy a great deal of my garden supplies here as well as all my landscaping equipment. I recently came in and got a water cooler and Beth did an awesome job helping us out with that. I would also add that all the the staff here is very helpful and positive when I come in and I appreciate that. Keep doing what you are doing and thank you for serving our community!

We stood and waited over 20 minutes for someone to come to the carpet cutting area, after we had pushed the button 3 times and nobody showed up. I went to look for an employee and they said sorry we don't have anyone here for that department. Someone easily could have come to tell us that instead of allowing us to stand there when they could clearly hear the page being made to the entire store that someone needed assistance. Very poor customer service.

Unfortunately, they didn't have what I was looking for ''they were sold out" but they helped me look for an alternative. The employees were very happy to help me and I left able to complete my project. I am very pleased with their helpful and knowledgeable employees. I love the Veterans only parking and Veterans discount.

Beyond furious, used Rock Solid out of Cleveland to install these countertops.. cost me over 4K. Rock solid decided to cut these end pieces from different parts of the slab and NEVER communicated with us to make sure we were ok with them not lining up at all.Was even told by the manager at Rock Solid they ‘picked the best of the worst’ as to where to cut. Have been back and forth for over 5 weeks with Lowe’s and Rock Solid to fix them and was even told by several people it would be fixed. Now Lowe’s is telling me this was a successful install and offered me $100 for my trouble. Beware of working with Lowes on these type of projects, apparently this looks successful to them.

Went to Lowe's and purchased a piece of acrylic cut (15 7/8 x 21 5/8) it was cut to 14 7/8 x 20 5/8). Called to see if I could get it corrected and the manager said no. I can't express how messed up that is.UPDATE* After calling the North Canton store they explained that an exchange should be done. I went to the alliance Lowe's customer service in person. The manager interacted with an associate Infront of me and didn't care at all to hear the situation ultimately I got my money back and I'm headed straight to home Depot. The irony is huge when they boast veteran appreciation and treated me that way. Ultimately nobody should be treated that way.

Extremely annoyed... we went in for piping and in the back in the corner where they must receive shipments. I started to hear music from the home appliances and kept getting louder. The employees were blaring music to the point we could barely hear each other... extremely frustrating when we were trying to figure out measurements and how much product we need. I understand maybe some music.. but to the point we can't hear each other is a little to much. I don't even have my music that loud when I'm at work I'm a factory. PLUSSSS. They isle way completely blocked off. And this is not the first time that that has happened. Like get it to freaking gather lowes.

The last 2 times ive been in the las8 day. The only register that are open .is one in proservices and in self check out with lines. I know management needs to watch budget. But there bonus is based on these numbers. What kind of bonus will they get when we can shop at a different store. That values customers not money

The associate in grills was very helpful, as was Linda in blinds and carpet. The cashier beth was extremely rude and unhelpful. I am too angry to explain but if you can avoid her you should! And by the way, if you get something on sale, you can not use your military discount! She didn't bother telling us this while at checkout.

we recently had all the windows in the house replaced by Lowes. they did a great job doing the install. But our family window is still missing the screens. they have ordered the wrong size of screen 3 times, here its going on 7monthes since the install and we still dont have screens. I would think twice about having Lowes do your window replacements.Also to add to the disappointment, they installed a fence around our back yard. Looks very good but again there service sucks!!!!!!!!! they let big concrete slabs in the corner of the yard that i have to remove also on every fence slat they left the bar code tags at the bottom. so they have to beremoved before we can paint the fence. that is time i have to put into it. If i wanted all that clean up work i would have done the job myself. I would not recommend having a fence installed by Lowes, there service sucks!!!!!!!!!
