I went there specifically for one item, & one of the guys led me right to it, saying he has the very one I bought for my guy for Valentine's Day! I appreciate the time they take out to help a "struggling" customer like me.😎 With it being within the hour they close, the cashier was very courteous as well. I have always enjoyed shopping @ Lowe's!! BTW, the item I purchased was a Lazer Tape Measure,📏 a few construction pencils, & a handy, dandy sharpener made specifically for those pencils ✏️!

For the first time in months, an associate (Joe) was helpful and took time answering our questions about different brands of tools and applications. Joe helped us decide by his suggestion to what would be our best option . We purchased a DeWalt drill and impact set. We checked pricing on Amazon and we got the better price and great service.

This is a great Lowe's. I actually enjoy shopping when I need to go here. The customer service is truly top-notch. The employees are always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I used to be a Home Depot only kind of gal, but now I only shop at my Alliance Lowe's.

I bought a washer and dryerI wanted black..I was told they didn't have any in the Alliance, Ohio store..so I picked out another set. After I paid over $1,600 dollars my total wait time was over 2 1/2 hours.With the money Lowe's makes you should invest in faster more up to date computers. The computers kept crashing..So I will go to Home Depot next time..

This morning I was waiting in line to checkout. The customers in front of me were applying for credit. While waiting the gentleman in next lane made comment, "Wasn't someone just there?". I looked for what he talked about and the lady cashier had turned her light out while I was in line! I then asked her is she closed and she said, "Yes." Are you kidding me? Closing while I was in line! How rude. I left my items on the floor, and left immediately.

Terrible delivery no call night before for a time. Drivers refused to take boxes and stryofoam. Boxes were full of stryofoam marked samsung and my appliances were both GE. Also fast food wrapers candy bar wrappers and pop cans. Washer was not leveled in install

Mislabeled products caused a severe confusion in price and dimensions resulting in a waste of time. On top of it, the lady in appliances just brushed me off and went on to another customer instead of getting management involved. The whole situation was handled very poorly by this store. Will take my business elsewhere.

Talked to a lumber associate on the phone. Gave him specifics on what product I was looking for. He assured me he was going to pull it off the shelves and have it ready to cut down to size when I got there. Upon arrival, waited over and hour for help and no one showed up. Lumber was paged for help multiple times and still no one in sight.

Always have what I need. But they really need to update the app. Went to look for something and app said it was in aisle 9 bay 17. It wasn’t even nowhere near there. Ugh. But finally found it.
