I had to tell the cashier to add my 20% discount despite giving her the QRS code on my phone! She looked at me and said it's only $9.95 savings and now you won't be eligible for your kohls cash (which would have been $10). I don't shop there much but was put off by the cashier. Maybe the holidays are getting to her.

Great place. A little smaller than some but still good variety. Convenient location in alliance. Great sales and coupons. Some clearance areas better than others. Parking good. Friendly clerks. Recommend !

I’ve never had such wonderful experiences at a Kohls store until I came to Alliance OH! Thank you Joanne, your helpfulness & kindness I will always remember!! Thank you for helping me find awesome clothes for my 8 yr old grandson & great deals too! Bathrooms exceptionally clean. Store well organized & clean. Several times we were greeted by other associates!

Very courteous on Customer care. Friendly cashiers, large isles to get by each other easily. About 4 of us stood outside taking pictures of the sunset! Beautiful!! The only thing I would think of as a "negative" was that their winter coats were still marked too high, for Christmas/freezing temperatures right around the corner 🤔

Friendly service, plenty to choose from, clean, and lots of clearance. The mens fitting room could use some extra stalls. The wait in line to get into the fitting room was longer than I would have liked, but it is back to school shopping time, so I don't know if this is normally the case.

I wouldn't know of another place to get a sports coat in Alliance, so I am glad it exists here. It is clean, stuff is friendly. Prices may be too high sometimes but I am probably just a bargain shopper. There are deals though to be made occasionally.

Never thought I'd b able to afford anything at Kohl's but I went in to return an Amazon package and received a 5$ gift card. I found their discounted clothing only due to seasonal change and bought a tank top and shorts. I paid $6.80 for both items. It was magical. I now love Kohl's and know exactly where my place in the store is.

Easy drop off for Amazon packages. Nice that they give you a coupon to shop when using their Amazon returns service. Prices here are generally high.

Always love Kohl's. Went to 3 different stores in town and found the hoodies I was looking for here and bought 2 instead of just 1 because of the $$ I was saving! THEN we got an additional 15.00$ off at the register for a friend's and family discount??! It was great! The only disappointing part was that I wanted to pick up some underclothes as well but compared to the prices I had just seen at TJ Maxx, I couldn't justify paying 14.99 for ONE pair of undies lol

I bought my wife a couple of sterling silver rings for Christmas. After a month, her finger turned green from the rings. Looking at the rings, the silver is overlaying a different metal. The price, the product information display that STATES sterling silver, the packaging of the ring that says STERLING SILVER ANNND the 925 that is stamped on the rings implies that they are solid sterling silver. I 100% believe you are misrepresenting your sterling silver rings, as they are NOT!!!! I want a refund and want you to label them as silver plated!!!
