This place is such a joke anymore! I bought a kids bike seat attachment. Realized it was missing a peice for assembly before I left the parking lot. Took it back in to return, exchange, or get store credit with the receipt. They refused! They literally get these items for FREE! I use to love shopping at Goodwill. Such a shame. I feel as if I was stolen from.

Super dissapointing to find out that you don't even do color tag sales anymore? That was always one of the draws for me. Also, the prices here are some of the highest I've seen at a resale/"thrift" store. Again, super dissapointing. The cashier with the blue hair was very kind, so I will give an extra star for her.💫

NOT HAPPY THAT THEY TOOK AWAY THE WEEKLY 1/2 PRICE TICKETS. THAT WAS MY FAVORITE TO SHOP, SEE WHAT BARGAINS YOU COULD FIND & IT WAS MY STRESS FREE TRIPS. PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN BRAND NEW FOR MANY ITEMS. OTHERS ARE MISLABELED OR JUST LAZY.I been to a lot of Goodwill stores. Hands down, the worst.People were friendly at least.

One of the best Goodwill I have been to. The employees chatting with us while shopping and helping with our Halloween decorations plans. We bought a chair and the carried it out to our car. Not as pricey as some of the Goodwill are getting.

Seriously the most expensive Goodwill I've been to. Everything was almost $7.00. Ridiculous, I can go buy brand new across the street at Walmart for LESS!

The one older lady there is rude.I had a 5 dollar off because I had my 100 points I told her before she even rang my stuff up that I wanted to use the 5.00 dollars off she said ok when she was done I said you took the 5.00 off and she said no you can do it next time your in .I said I might not be in for awhile I also got something for over 5.00 that I wouldn't have gotten had I known she forgot to use the 5.00.She just ignored me very very rude. Alliance Goodwill. Younger ladies in there are very nice.

I love shopping at Goodwill and have for many years. My only complaint are the new stickers at the Alliance store. Please don't put them on the books. They do not come off without ripping the book and sometimes cover information on the book. You could just have a price for hardcover, paperback, & children's books with a scan code at the registers. Thank you!

This is the best goodwill I have ever seen! I was looking for a piggy bankBut they didn't have it. Everything in the non clothes area was beautifully arranged by color! The check out guy was super friendly too. I will definitely be back.

Clean, nice selection, friendly staff** Updated**After donating to Goodwill in Boardman on Sat, I will never return to this store to shop or donate!The attendants at the rear donation area are rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. Non-existent customer service.We had donations from 3 families, all organized and in boxes and totes.No offer to help, they only thing even said to us was "put it in the carts" and "we can't take hangers".No thank you, or come again.Just stared at us the whole time we unloaded.I will donate to Salvation Army or the Restore from now on.

Although I was disappointed to see the prices go up I will still shop there. Sunday's and Monday's you can get great deals on color tags and on Tuesday you can get the senior discount. The downside is there is a family that let's their 2 boys run wild through the store. They swing golf clubs, ride bikes and scooters and don't take into considerstion there are people trying to shop. When I see them in the store, I will leave. I believe the staff should say something to them about the safety of others.

Always reasonable prices especially with the color code sales. The cashier even let me inspect a dvd that the case was crushed but the disc was fine prior to purchase. I have no problem walking into any of their locations and finding good jeans just be sure to look at them closely and try them on, they do have fitting rooms.

The things that people give you for free you sell for an outrageous amount of money? The displays are terrible the stores usually gross granite I've met some nice workers their employees always seem really kind and good manners. so why is it that you can't help the public out more in the time of need with the stuff you get given for free and make a huge profit off of it only tells me myself about probably who you are as a person whoever runs the show and banks of everybody's hard-earned money and free gifts but they work for but are generous enough to give it to you well you just rip the mouth out of the American families. You should be ashamed of yourself

Best value for items in Stark county-- bought multiple items that would've been priced double at the Jackson location. I've donated quite a few items over the past month and the donation workers are always kind.

Prices are more expensive than other Goodwills. $7.99 for most sweaters vs $5 at other stores. Also doesn't help when Employees charge you the wrong tag at full price and you don't realize it until you get home. They're the only Goodwill in Alliance and close to other areas without one, so they always have a good amount of inventory. Sometimes the items directly from big chain stores are slightly more expensive at Goodwill than what the big chain was selling for. If Goodwill as a whole used the money to update their computer system it wouldn't be so bad, this location tends to lose register power during certain weather.

This is by far the worst goodwill of all time. I am going to try my hardest to get the manager that was there tonight fired. They refused to honor their sign on price and they should immediately be fired for that. Theres no excuse. You have to follow the sign price no matter who screwed up

Overpriced!! My local goodwill soI’m in quiet often but I rarely buy more than a few dollar items. There is mostly junk and the few good items are x2 as much as I’m willing to pay for them. For a company that profits on donations you’d think they’d know better. But the store is clean and the employees are friendly

I don’t recommend working here because when u have to take off for ur kids because there sick it’s a big deal and u get point I got half a point yesterday for taking my kids to the doctors for throwing up then I have to take my kid to get his lead taken and I get 3 more point because I called off to take care of my kids and they won’t take my doctors notes

Goodwill is No Longer owned by Goodwill you know all the new buildings and outragous prices oh did I mention a big warehouse in North Canton.I feel this should have been presented to public I would love to have a business that 90 percent of my inventory was donated.Nice store just do not like that public was not made aware of this.

I absolutely love goodwill! Not only do the proceeds go to a good cause, but thrifting/buying secondhand clothing is much more eco-friendly than buying fast fashion. I always walk out feeling good about my purchases, and when it's time to switch out my wardrobe, I make a donation back to a local goodwill.

Big lots is cheaper. This stuff is donated to the store and they price it higher then other stores. For example if it comes in a new box they want more then regular price. They want 75.00 for a blender and you can buy the same blender at Walmart cheaper

Prices are outrageous. Just buy new stuff somewhere else. I couldn't believe what they were asking for used, stained stuff that was literally donated to them. Please spare me the canned response "we charge market value etc etc" you leave for the other reviews that said the same thing about the ridiculous pricing.

This store is always neat and clean, everything organized. They have a large variety of clothes, household, etc. And if you have any questions, the staff is always helpful. This is my local store.
