Well, bathrooms need scrubbed goods. The produce does not last long. It's a nice big supermarket. Not much in hot deli.. i like they wash carts and stay on covid. staff greatHandicap accessibleParking around the store. OK, please, next time someone needs help with taking the cart out, please help them. And those self check out suck. People are out of jobs because of themGo back to gas perks it's better than money off once. Nice pharmacy and lotto .Hey, why not play some music in the store it's boring . OK, wow, expensiveBut I have to say the tellers are lovely. The man telling us to have a blessed day is awesome. But your bathrooms need cleaned, and your produce, uh no.

I hate this store.They have a huge selection of beer, wine, and lots more. When you check out, instead of going to the self-checkout, checking out, you get to listen to their stupid self-checkout tell you to insert their stupid "advantage card". After wasting your time, you finally realize it is impossible to check out without their dumb card. So you have to go to a cashier line.HEY GREAT GIANT, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO FRUSTRATE AND PUNISH YOUR CUSTOMERS, PUT UP A SIGN THAT SAYS:"YOU MUSY HAVE OUR ADVANTAHE CARD TO USE SELF-CKECKOUT. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE". Whoever thought it's a good idea to jerk customers around like this should be fired.

Absolutely overjoyed with giant eagles produce and bakery every time! Friendly staff, and there's rarely a time I can't find what I need!!!! Special shout-out to Candice in the bakery, she did a decorating job she wasn't familiar with at all, and researched and did it on her own (August 2023) and it came out amazing! I almost cried because the meaning behind the cake was sentimental (my first borns baby shower was frog themed) and she outdid herself 100%!!!

They put in six new self checkout registers and they don't even run them I have been in several times and they have that whole section closed off so you still have to stand in line forever because the only keep a couple of registers open

Update: if you plan on buying produce here know what to look for. I bought tangerines and they were soft and terrible tasting.Origianal Review(11 months ago: 5 stars)Food is always fresh and they have a variety of choices and brands on their products. Great place to get discounted meat. The prices are higher but you are paying for the fact that they always have their products in stock and they are better quality than down the street.

This has to be the worst giant eagle anywhere! The layout makes zero sense. Beer displays on every isle. Rude employees. I will not go back. The prices here are higher than other giant eagles which makes no sense.

Reasons not to go here: Inconvenience at checkout. Savings is way to hard to comprehend with "membership card". Pharmacy is overwhelmed and can't offer proper services, or product. (Almost ALWAYS out or waiting for medications)

It was my first time going into the Liquor Area with the wine and margarita mix. I went into the room off of the main area with my cart (I didn’t see the No cart sign on the floor) and an employee gave me a dirty look and said “Um. Ma’am, you JUST walked by a sign that said no carts in here.” He proceeded to roll his eyes. No idea what his name was. My husband and I just apologized and left. It was the most appalling customer experience I’ve experienced in a long time. Super disappointed.

I needed a 3 lb pork shoulder and the butcher cut a roast to size.My only complaint is the self-serve checkout line. Unless you have a store card you have to find an employee to use theirs, also too many other problems checking out. The entire process took way too much time. They need to hire more cashiers!

Love this store! Great selection, store is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. They have lots of electric scooters for customers to use and plenty of handicapped parking spots. Such a fun selection of stuff too. You almost have to cruise around the entire store to check out all the cool displays and merchandise.

Normally do not go to this location and yesterday was proof of why! As we were shopping I was being followed by another customer which was really creepy as well as a employee. As we were checking out the cashier was having a very tough day so I tried to offer words of encouragement to calm this person down. All the while the other employee was still following us very closely. After checking out, as we were exiting I mentioned to this employee that was conveniently still following me about how the cashier needed a break and this guy shrugged his shoulders and scoffed. I then said he should be checking on employees instead of following me around at 7.5 months pregnant! All to come home and find that some sticky substance was on the bread bag which smelled horribly like beer and the yogurt we purchased was about to expire in 3 days!!! How terrible to spend extra gas money, pay more for the products because of the name on the building to being creeped out by being stalked by 2 people which one was an employee to come home to ruined food! Never again will we shop here!

Went to buy wine and the sign posted was 11.99 from 14.99 on sale cash markdown, not mail in rebate, went to pay for it and he charged me 14.99 I told him it was on sale and he said sorry I can’t reduce it, it state regulated, he went out and seen the sale price and it was 11.99 told me sorry I can’t help you, tore the sale price down, I can’t believe wine is state regulated you can buy it everywhere at different prices. At store 5-2-23 at 6:11, don’t believe sale signs when you see them ?

Good service here.On a really busy day I forgot to take my gift cards I purchased. The next day I went in I asked about them and was able to get them. As I left the cashier made a point of double checking to see if I was able to retrieve them. Above and beyond expected job duties.Just one experience of helpfulness, they're awesome here:) Thanks!
