I was having a bad day and left my toilet paper in the parking lot. Of course no good citizen returned it. I called and talked to Nova who helped me out by giving me more toilet paper. She was kind to me on the phone and very patient. She deserves a raise for her customer service skills. Thank you Nova!!

I love this Family Dollar located in the College Plaza. In comparison to Family Dollar at Main St., and Union Ave., there is no comparison. College Plaza Family Dollar is well stocked, has no empty shelves, more selections of products. The store is clean and neat no items lying on the floors, staff friendly and helpful. THIS IS THE FAMILY DOLLAR I'LL BE SHOPPING FROM NOW ON.

This store has been going down hill for a year or so. Computer system at checkout is often "down", shelves not restocked often enough, dirty floors and store is uncomfortably hot during summer months. Lately, employees seem to care more about smoke breaks than customer service. My business and money is appreciated across the street.

The store always smell good and clean. The ladies and gentlemen is knowledgeable about what they carry in the store and where it is located. They are polite and sweet. It is refreshing and amazing how the company got all those sweet people in one store. I would like extend an invitation to everyone to visit this store ( if not to puchase something) at least go and meet the people there. I will Almost guarantee you will find something to buy or you will be back again to get something. They treat everyone with respect. I have been from Florida to Ohio to Las Vegas in many stores in this store is in my top 5. I have been here for 3 years and I go there at least 3 times a month if not more I cannot say enough about this store. You can read all the reviews you want but until you go there and talk to the ladies and gentleman you will never truly be amazed. I give Family Dollar at 1420 East State Street 5 stars and two thumbs up I'll go in there sad and by the time I leave I'm laughing and joking just like a person should be not to mention their prices are very reasonable also

Like the store. Had difficulty using our mobile app coupon. Didn't know we had to login everytime. Should be able to bring the coupon up and scan it.
