The customer service is terrible. Not a single smile or welcoming greetings. Our experience at the firearms counter started with asking front register to call for help twice before someone showed up. The associate that showed up was not authorized to sell firearms so we waited another 20mins before an authorized sales rep showed up. This female associate was rude and dismissive. My sons first firearm purchase was met with attitude and snappy remarks. The while process was uncomfortable and stressful. Since they moved to the new location, the service has been terrible. This is unfortunate to see our favorite sporting goods store be run by rude nasty people with absolutely zero social skills. I will never spend my hard earned money on a company that us represented like this one. I will contact their corporate office and express my complaints also.

This store is ok but they don’t have very friendly staff working here. You can tell that the employees don’t like their jobs and there’s never an employee around when you need one. I had to go hiking through the store just to find one employee and they were all the way up at checkout. It seems like there’s a lot of turnover here. The prices are high. I’ll only shop here if I have a coupon or if there are good sales going on, otherwise, no thanks.

Terrible store especially firearms department. Zach with firearms made it impossible to buy a firearm in store. Make sure and take your business else where especially to one of the local firearms store. They won’t give you the run around like this chain company. Won’t be shopping here in general again, shame cause it use to be a good store.

The female sales clerk was very rude to me. I went to buy a handgun and stood for over 20 minutes waiting while she helped somebody buy a camera. Not enough help in that store. I was very disappointed. I will never go back. And if I can help it none of my family or friends will either

Very upset I have to give this one star, because I used to recommend this place to everyone! The older blonde female manager was very disrespectful to me and my brother trying to process a return. Blaming us for a damaged unit right out of the box in front of other customers, and blaming everyone else and making excuses for not wanting to process an exchange. Other people also made comments to us as we were standing there for OVER AN HOUR waiting for answers, about how the store has gone down hill, couldn't believe how we were being treated and watching what we went through, put down their items they had planned to purchase and left the store. I will never return to this location until that manager is gone. Very unhappy customer...

Don't go there to purchase a gun. Went there on Jan 7 2024 for a flash sale on a taurus g3c. Was put on delay which is no big deal as I'm always delayed at gunshops but always able to pickup after a week of waiting.. not here at dunhams called today 1-28-2024 was told I was still on delay after more than two weeks waiting. The whole excuse of we can't control how long the check takes is b.s ...even if they are a sporting good store whos sells guns supposedly if what they say is true they should inform people that the nics could take up to 30 days.which the nics check is only valid for 30 days per nics website. .

The new dunhams in alliance is awesome! Soon as walked in was greeted by an employee asking how day was, if needed help finding a section. The prices are reasonable and amazing selection. Love the new store and staff is very nice and friendly all around.

New store is great. People are friendly. Bought a pair of shoes . The young lady was helpfully in picking them out. Had a problem with them a week later. Manager not only helped me with my return but also went above and beyond to try and find me something else.

I called to see if they wrapped golf clubs and the girl said yes they do. So I go there asked the girl at the register where I go to have my clubs wrapped and she pointed to the right side of the store so I go back there and seen golf supplies, but no center, go to walk back to the register and a manager asked If she could help me, I asked where i go for what I needed and she said they don't do that there. And I told her I called and the girl on the phone said they do, so she asked the girl at the register, and she said she hasn't received any calls like that. How about when u answer the phone be honest and say I don't know let me check to see if we do this service instead of lying. And the manager didn't even know the phone number to the store to verify that I called. Nice waste of my time right there.

Went in to spend $500 on a trampoline! No one seemed to be working there. Pallets were all over the showroom floor. The aisles are super tight and packed with merchandise.Online said they were in stock, but after tracking down an employee turns out they do not and have not had them in stock.I get that they're one of the last stores open in the mall but the way the store is being run indicates to me that they'll be joining the rest of the stores: closed.

They always have everything in stock. I buy most of my shoes,boots here. They have plenty of Guns and sufficient amount of ammo. Decent selection of every sport from hunting to golfing to camping. If you need it they probably have it

The manager is not nice at all. The 2 stars are for the gentleman that helped us with the show's and boots we bought he was nice. They never take the security tags off so when you go back in after going home the manager will give you attitude then walk around behind you while your shopping making you feel like you did something wrong. She has no customer service skills at all.

The wife and I stopped to look at kayacks ,we did not know much about them. The store manager Creig spent at least 2 hours explaining every thing about them and all the things that goes along with them. He was very helpful to us and we ended up buying 2 kayaks and all the accessories, the prices are great and we will shop here again.

The people here are great. I can not overstate how helpful they are. Unfortunately, when I went they were understaffed and much of what I was looking for was unavailable. I'm sure that Corona virus has a hand in this which is why the 4-star rating.

Over priced items and nothing special in inventory. With staff that is just not very knowledgeable about the items they are trying to sell. Also it is always empty whenever I have been their. Also if your not local the staff is not very interested in helping you. Sorry but if you are not interested in helping a customer their are other companies that are happy to take their buisness and gain a customer.Not to mention that you can save a bunch of money by shopping here and buy online with a company that wants your buisness instead of a store that is only in a few states with employees who are not interested in helping a potential customer. I just do not see them staying in buisness too much longer when they are usually void of customers and overpriced with corporate policies that are counter productive for business that are politically motivated and would disgust their founders and drive customers to other companies who want the business and have better pricing, knowledgeable employees and are interested in providing excellent customer service and don't blow off customers that are from out of town and just waste their time. Go figure why they don't carry the good brands that know that customers are not going to tell their friends to buy their products or go to this store . But to go to there competitors and purchase quality gear from quality dealers who want your buisness .
