Just left the Dollar Tree ! The young man working the registers, was one of the nices cashers I have encountered.! He went out of his way to make sure I found a item I was looking for! Dollar Tree should fell very blessed to have such a loyal employee!

That Manger Teresa is rude and nasty you need to fire her used to be my favorite store my daughter went in for balloons for her grandmother's 82 birthday she treated her very ugly you can only get 4 unless you pre-order many customers offered to buy 4 a piece the cashier was so sweet and obviously scared and embarrassed it's a dollar tree not a balloon company I am spreading the word to everyone not to go there not calling her a lady that person has not got the right to treat customers that way will not be coming back as long as she is there she needs customer service as well as Co worker classes no wonder no one works there long get rid of that person and maybe people will stay plain out nasty I work with people you don't talk to them that way I am so angry about this whole situation how dare she treat people that way my daughter had to go to a second store to get what she needed I am beyond upset

The fact that my VERY FIRST write up was a FINAL for not taking the bank deposit even after the store manager Brittany Chesnut KNEW I had car problems should let you know how the store is ran and what kind of person she is. I worked there 7 months and never missed a day nor have I had a write up before then but that was the outcome. And NO I didn’t steal the money. She claims her boss Rachel told her to do it. But neither followed protocol as of a verbal warning, written and final. Mine was strictly a final

Horrible, workers are rude, has one lane open and a whole line of people and she takes her cell phone out and was texting. She didn't pay attention to scanning and she scanned some if my items twice . I will not go back there.

Update: I just left the store. The cashier was sitting down and struggling to reach the items. The customer ended up moving some things closer for her, which is nice, but ridiculous. She didn't attempt to stand up and get it. It took her several minutes to scan just a few things and didn't offer a receipt. When it was my turn she didnt offer my receipt either. When I asked her for it she said she can't get it unless she gets the manager. My boyfriend was in line behind me and she did the same thing. She just assumed no one wanted their receipt. I am a regular but won't be if that is a regular thing.I love going to this dollar tree! Not only is it close by, but they usually have what I'm looking for. The store is always clean and stocked for the most part. Also the employees are very friendly.

The store was wonderful the layout was great it was clean I found everything that I wanted. When I went to check out I found the clerk very unfriendly very rude when the lady in the aisle next to me left she hit my cart did not say excuse me didn't say anything at all when I made mention of it the clerk corrected me and said I was out of line. I found that very rude. Overall my shopping experience in the Dollar Tree was pleasant until I went to check out I actually wish you had better help there or train your cashier's to be more friendly because they definitely need a dose of friendliness. I don't think I'll ever shop there again. I have worked with the public most of my adult life and I do know that it is difficult dealing with a lot of people but there is no excuse for being rude.

This Dollar Tree is the largest one I've ever been in. I'm quite willing to drive the extra miles to shop there. And it's the best maintained in the area.

Great staff. Very helpful. Professional. Always very pleasant to deal with. Always answers to help. if needed. Mgr went to back to get me the Nestle water that had come in. They were trying to stock the shelves. Also answered my oyher questions about out of stock items. Always great staff. Only 4 stars bef they are often out of popular items for weeks. And also the front entrance is so filthy from years of use even before Dollar tree bought it. The carpet does not come clean. Sometimes trash outside but not recently. Doors at entrance so.etimes filthy. But not as much recently

Nice place to get cheap stuff, but was appalled by some of the kids going into the store. One of the young girls with a group of her girlfriends had shorts that couldn't even cover her hoo hoo, my children should not have to be exposed to this kind expose while shopping.

usually when i go here i just want the mountain. i love how big the bottle is. i chug that mf as soon as i get to the car. sometimes the empty bottle sits on my bed for months!!! it’s soo good!! thank you dollar tree for always serving your country right!!! i love to eat here!! the only downfall is the sticker machine never works. overall love the mountain and the atmosphere. i love coming here and getting bread because sometimes i marinate my bread in mountain. also , very affordable because we only eat mountain and mountain bread. sometimes my dog gets a special sweet treat from here!!! and guess what it is!!!!???? mountain dog food!!!!! i put the mountain over the 1 dollar dog treats and put it in the empty mountain bottle. he eats that ish right yp!! my dog is 19 and is still goin, thanks to dollar tree!!!!! the staff is nice! i love going right before they close so i get alllll the deals!!! the best deal is the mountain !!! i love it! also they lunchable be good.

Due to the fact that this place was just open in the past few months, the layout was entirely brand new. As such the newer focus of Dollar Trees having things like Bread, multiple items of the same type, Frozen and Refrigerated food were a main focus. This allows the place to have slightly better items to select and you might be able to find that one drink that tends to go missing every other week here.Mind you it's still a Dollar Tree store, so it's overall quality depends on what item you're really looking for. In my book if said item looks breakable, it likely is. Thin saw blades for example. But knifes will cut and solar power candels do tend to work.3/5 is not because the store is meh, it's because, its a Dollar Tree. New, so all the new features that the OTHER ones have, were built entirely with this in mind. If you buy items for looks that have features keep in mind the features might slowly break down, but the look will still be there.Overall just go to the nearest one but remember, this one is here. Use it.

I love this one!!! Its on main and union in alliance big clean well lit....lots of products and snacks....highly recommend only issue is sometimes hard exiting since its a busy corner

I love the Dollar Tree but the one on Union Ave. In Alliance has an issue keeping the items I use the most in stock.
