Stopped there at 8:30 on a Wednesday night April 24 to grab a few things went to the back to the restroom that says ask associate for a key the door was unlocked. My daughter was in the bathroom and the keyholder Teresa she’s a blonde opened her door and yelled there is no public restroom and asked us to get out & was very rude. I put my items down, went to the front to leave and another associate stopped me and apologized and told me, the key holders name.. This store is super dirty but should have known better even try to use the bathroom there overall I’m happy I did NOT purchase anything and I will not be back. This store needs shut down. Nastiest Dollar General in Alliance, Ohio.

This store is filthy dirty and disgusting. The shopping carts and shopping baskets are so dirty you can’t even use them. Can’t walk through the store because it’s so cluttered and messy. Cashiers don’t know how to work the cash registers or how to take a coupon off someone’s order. I will continue to go to the one on State Street.

I just left the dollar store in Alliance. I bought a few hundred dollars worth of merchandise. 1 idem being a lager bottle of BLEACH. I put in in the back hatch of my vehicle. After pulling out of the parking lot not even a block away, I started smelling a strong smell of bleach. I pulled over along side of the road and sure enough the ENTIRE BOTTLE OF BLEACH spoiled all over the items I purchased and HAS DISTROYED the entire back of my car. Seats, rugs, food and even the clothes my daughter and I were wearing. Both of our shirts and coats along with my car are completely DISTROYED and bleach out. The safety cap was off along with the plastic covering under the cap were off. IM ABSOLUTELY LIVID ABOUT THIS.!! I spent $100+ of dollars has now costed me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!! I'm literally sick over this matter!! Not only the overwhelming smell if bleach that's nauseating to be in my car but the fact that this is costing me ALOT OF MONEY to fix (if can be fixed) it's really dishearting to see the mess of a store on a daily basis (which can be somewhat excused being the store is under staff to the point the the quality of very simple items are being over looked. Especially something as dangerous and potentially destructive as a HAZARDOUS CHEMICAL like bleach.!! I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATED SOMEONE OF HIGHER ATHORITY CALL ME ASAP!!! This is NOT Excepible & So Dangerous!! I can provide you with photos if need be.

This dollar general was one of the first I've been in that hasn't had inventory blocking the isles, but it does have a musty smell as soon as you walk in the door

It's close to my house so I'll make a stop. But honestly if I don't have to I won't. Lines are long. Some of the cashiers can be sweet... Others you wished you just didn't come in, in the first place. I like when they have clearance going on but at the same time that's annoying. I have literally stand behind for atleast 30 mins while a customer priced checked everything. And dollar general does have signs about the price. I understand that you want to know the price, I'm curious too but it needs a better system. The clothes rack is near the checkout which is nice if you want to look but once the lines get long it's annoying.

My favorite store! It's not run down! It isn't a "rich" place so the dude that's saying it's run down, perhaps your champagne taste needs to go to a different damn store! 🙄👍 Mr. Snyder needs to go home and use his air conditioner!

The staff are incredibly nice! I'm not sure how they deal with the people that go in there but man, they do a great job handling them! Otherwise, the store is nice.

Just looking for Clorox wipes, Covid thing. DG truck comes in Mondays. Save me some if you beat me there. Girl at checkout does a great job. I think she is the Manager, place has gotten better since she has been there.

This is the store I go to most. They have everything u could need for ur home except furniture. There's food and even automobile stuff. Every cleaner u can think of and all at discounted prices. The only thing I dont buy there is things I can get at the dollar tree and pet food. The bargain pet food breaks my dog out in hives so I buy that elsewhere.

This store is always a mess and filthy. There r 2 ppl that work there that r friendly literally all the rest of the employees r rude as hell and are completely clueless as to what they r doing. I only go to this store when I absolutely have to.

It was great except for when my fiance has to use the bathroom. Someone before him really left it stinking! LMAO.. Just glad it wasn't me that had to go. Haaahaaa

Kinda expensive sometimes. But tons of good stuff there. Although, I do not suggest getting chips here as they're always stale. And if you get food, make sure to check EXP dates.

This place is around the corner so I visit out of convince. It needs new air-conditioning its always muggy in the store. Friendly KIND AND AWESOME STAFF ! I GOVE THEM 5 STARS

Nice store, but, when the cashier is on the phone with whomever, talking about personal business, it makes it for a less professional experience. Isis...dont be on the phone while cashing out customers.

It was alright, a bit run down and the deal on soda was not very clear. Eg, coca cola my few products didn't include dr pepper however, the sign for the deal was all over making you assume it was also part of the deal

It is trashy, the air conditions is underpower. The checkout center always breaks. Lastly I shouldn't have to drive farther just to get strawberry's, berries, etc.

I visit very frequently to pick up quick items and avoid the crowds of larger stores. The line can get long but the wait is still shorter than that of larger chains.

I was here 3 days ago and buy Mac-cheese in a double box and it was moldy and the box was wet so check ur pasta from dollar general

They always stock shelves even when they know customers are waiting in line we make that store to be possible we buy the products the customers make it possible i think they should stop what there doing to ring us up and get everyone through line they have 8-10 people in line before they get help some people leave when they make us wait in long lines or stock shelves
