Took our CCW class here. The instructor was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Personable and gave great advice and insight on how to increase accuracy while keeping the rules and speed in mind as well.The shop was nice. We didn't do much looking around as we were only here for the class. The owners were nice, and the online training that they put together was informative but not difficult. The only thing I found odd was that they locked the doors even though they knew we were having the class. So when the class was over, the instructor had to get ahold of the owners so we could get back inside the building to finish our paperwork. Besides that, everything wet smoothly. Will stop back in to check out the store at a later time.

What a great gun shop, great prices and stocked full of firearms related merchandise. Jo was amazing, very thorough, patient, and professional. Definitely worth the hour drive, sold several firearms and was given a really great deal. Highly recommend.

i’ve only been in there a couple of times, and I have spoken to two or three other employees on the phone on a couple occasions, and I have never had a bad experience talking to any of their employees, and the time that I was in there it was a good experience, and I did not feel judged for my lack of knowledge. I would love to patronize this place more often. Unfortunately I do not like to go to a store to buy things unless I know they have what I want. I wish Burtzland kept an online inventory that I could look at to see if they carry what I am looking for. Even if I could not order it online, at least I would know what they have before I go in there, without having to make any phone calls. Please consider updating your website to include an online inventory of some sort so that I may spend more money at your establishment. Thank you so much.

These guys are the salt of the earth. Owners are great workers are even better I found Brotherhood with an army vet that works there young kid, super knowledgeable at what he does and I mean it's old-school Gunsmithing knowledge. You really won't find a better Gun Shop in the area. Former military myself and I feel at home when I'm there.Update Daughter can still hit center mass at 25 ft. Had fun today had serious today.

Took my CCW class there just yesterday and passed! Rick, the instructor was very knowledgeable and took time to individually show each student what we were doing right and wrong. Would HIGHLY recommend Burtzland Outfitters if you want to get your CCW. Very affordable.

I absolutely love this place. Have had gun transfers done here have bought ammo and targets and used the range. Super friendly and welcoming owners. Buying a gun or needed one transferred you bought online definitely do it here. They offer the most reasonable gun transfer fees.

** Update **Just completed my range time for the CCW, so time for an update. The entire class was FANTASTIC! The online class with Jason was interesting and presented well. The range portion of the class was helpful, safe and friendly. After covering firearm safety issues and range rules, Rick pointed out a couple of things that I could do to improve my accuracy. Knowing that with most things practice and good advice makes you better, it was nice to find out that Rick is available for advanced instruction at a very reasonable rate.Good class experience, full service store (including ordering and shipping), and an available gunsmith. I would not hesitate to give them my business.***** original review *****The good things in the other reviews are all accurate. I was going to give them 4.9 because I didn't get a free T-shirt (I got spoiled by the music industry), but you can't do that and there was no way I could drop down to 4, so 5 it is, and well deserved. Good products, good prices and friendly staff!

My wife and I came here to fulfill our 2 hours of range time for the CCW course. First off, the 6 hour virtual class was very informative. Jason is a true expert and made the video very entertaining (I'm a big fan of dry humor). Jason and Rick were very helpful on the range. Being new shooters, we've come across some real A-holes at other stores and ranges - Though these guys are experts, they were super modest and helpful. We will be back to support the business for range time and firearm needs. Highly recommend!

Fantastic staff. Probably the most fun I've had at a shooting range ever. Best prices on transfers and very accommodating on pickup times. Also, the shop dog is very friendly. Good Atmosphere.

I took my wife we both were skeptical as the woman working the cash register was completely rude giving us unprofessional rude gestures this place had an hour to close she said and said to us “you’ll only have an hour to shoot and I’m still charging you full price” I told we wouldn’t care just wanted to have fun. She then replies “it takes 10-20 minutes to put your information into the computer or whatever and then states “which I’m not going to do” so if I could give zero stars for this place which I wouldn’t even call this place a business considering they lack customer service I definitely recommend looking elsewhere. Like I understand nobody wants to work with the pandemic and all but please if you don’t want to work please, put your two weeks in and move along so someone who HAS customer service can do the job you failed to do! This is not to dog any of you this is my opinion and how my experience went with your establishment which my family will never return to again!

Great place to shop and shoot! Great prices, layaway, and repair services. Old west themed with service you don't find anymore. There's even some chairs to sit and shoot the breeze too! Sit down, relax, play with the pup, and meet others who love the sport too.

What a great place for all your shooting needs. The staff is helpful and quite knowledgeable. Only place in the area with a outdoor range and for only $10 an hour to shoot its a bargain. Wanted a certain gun that they did not have in stock and they ordered it for me and it was here in just couple days and way below the price of anyone else.

Jason & the guys are great people. His FFL fees are the cheapest in the area. Has a fun outdoor range at a great price to rent. And he does CCW classes at a great price & the group size is small to give you personal training.

Had to wait the seven day period when i picked up weapon the price had been marked up. Price tag should remain on firearm customer should remove ended up over paying. Will never come do business with then again.
