This is the first Big Lots I have visited in Ohio. Very clean. Affordable prices. Employees are helpful. We found everything we were looking for and more. Will definitely go back.

The prices especially in food drinks grocery items seem to be higher than years ago when I went here regularly. Doesn't seem to be discounted at all anymore. Good thing is they have everything you need for the home. Pots Pans bedding pillows etc. overall if you need something and do t want to go to Walmart, Big Lots give you a great option

It has been a long time since we visited this store. It had become dirty, smelly, and poor quality in merchandise and service. Wow, what a difference! We went in to get a children's recliner. Within minutes of some confusion of where to go, an associate approached us and was so helpful. We got the recliner and a shelf and were so satisfied with product selections and service that we are going back for a TV stand and some other things. The recliner is the perfect size and our granddaughter loves it. This store is convenient and has made a big change to what they were and what staff they had working were amazing. Definitely worth shopping here

Made a purchase online got notification later that night it was ready for pickup. Went next morning to pick up order and 1 item was canceled. Wanted to add a different item in stock and was told I could. Girl canceled my entire order to add the other item and then I got no discounts and tells me since I am purchasing in store I don't get the discounts. I didn't want her to cancel my order I wanted her to add a recliner they had in stock in place of the one they canceled. By the way I wasn't notified of the cancelation until I was there to pickup my order. She was very rude, rolling her eyes, smart remarks, and huffing. Canceled the entire order and went somewhere else and made my purchase. Spent more but will not give them another dime.

I forgot just how much I liked this store.I used to live right by one and went all the time. Haven't been for a few years now and just happened to go in to one to look for some things for work and I fell in love with it again. Found some really killer deals for what I needed for work, as well as a few household items for myself.Currently moving into a new place and so I will definitely be going back there to get my new home looking it's best inside and out!😁😁😁😁👍

Ordered a couch online. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!!! They use a third party to deliver. I still have not gotten my couch and no one has any answers. Not even the actual store would help me. I absolutely hate this company and regret ever buying anything from them.

It has changed so much since I was there last,my brother-in-law swears that this is the best store ever. And I see why! The lady that helped me in the pet isle was so great! Then she was at the registers when I was checking out so I gladly went to her. She made my shopping experience very enjoyable I felt like I was shopping with a friend. So nice.

It was horrible. There was a long line only 1 cashier, the manger came up to do a void seem there was a long line and just walked away instead of getting on another register to help get the line down. Then manger came up just as I was checking out to finally help with the line. They need better management.

Big Lots is pretty decent and this one in Alliance has a lot of unique items and what's nice about it is is it you can afford them without being overpriced at some stores do when they have specialty items I would recommend Big Lots to just about anybody especially if you're looking for better things like food or drinks or anything else like that they have furniture and they have a clothing bedding I mean they've got all kinds of things so I definitely recommend Big Lots for savings and interesting items

I love our local Big Lots! They always have some of the latest products at awesome prices and the staff are pleasant, very helpful - approaching me to ask if they can help me find what I'm looking for. It's also clean and pretty well organized. The selection changes due to the nature of their niche in sellers so it's wise to stop by there before you go to the other places, they just might save you a ton of money on things you need to buy anyway.

Not too worried about their customers satisfaction. A long line of people with one cashier. You asked the other lady just walking around do you think you might get some more cashiers up here she just ignores you and walks away. Lots of people walking around stocking shelves but nobody wants to call anyone up front to help move the customers out of the store. Probably won't shop there again

Their prices are way too high you can buy them in reputable places a heck of a lot less than you can there. You people buy clothes outs and then sell them higher than the retail prices. :(
