I did instacart today for the first time, I have bad legs and couldn't go on my own. I have to say it was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The lady that delivered my groceries (which was 6 bags) was the rudest person I have seen in my many years. I have to say that if this is the way aldis treats paying , military veterans, or any civilian in alliance, then I would recommend walmart, giant eagle or Meijer. Absolutely disappointing and disrespectful

Great store and most products and prices too. Recently purchased the gluten free spinach wraps by LiveGFree. I do not recommend these! As soon as you open them up they smell like old fish! Not sure why, but absolutely disappointed. Attaching a picture so everyone knows which ones I’m talking about. This store is a little ruff on tossing and smashing your groceries in your cart at checkout. Just beware. Employees are kind and always helpful. Thanks

Great store, easy to find items and sale items are there so glad. Been waiting for a baby gate and 2 days after sale started we were able to find two of them!! Great price also, got one a different color and it has been great and useful. Associates are very nice!

I don't really shop at Aldi's very much but I went in Tuesday afternoon 9/19/2023 obviously I got to check the expiration dates clearly they don't I bought oatmeal cream pies not thinking that I should check the expiration dates as I got home and opened one noticed a foul taste and its stale as I looked at the Box said it was supposed to bethrown out March 23rd 2023 almost 6 months old Lord knows how much other things are old in that store I tried calling the store directly they can't even afford to have phone service in that place to get ahold of somebody will no longer be returning

Just don’t expect them to have everything you need every time there’s shortages everywhere anyway but be flexible. It’s definitely worth bagging your own groceries you save so much money especially with a family of six. You should check the produce every once in a while you make it something that’s off but it’s well worth it because they have a great return policy for stuff like that. I would stay away from bananas for some reason they go bad fast.

I lost my keys in the store I thought I left them in my car, the manager Autumn stopped everything she was doing at came to my car to help me unlock it she did it with a wire wow!!!!! So just to find that my keys weren't locked in my car!!!!!!! Autumn radioed the workers in the store to keep a look out for my keys she did this twice still nothing. Turns out they were left in the first cart I had before I checked out and a customer ended up turning them in to me. I was in tears of joy because of the amount of customer care that autumn showed I've never gotten that at any store I shopped at. She is an amazing soul she really really is she deserves the entire world. It wasn't until today when I found out her name but she's always there to help like an guardian angel. There is another guy there sort of short with dark hair and glasses he goes above and beyond as well they are fantastic. I will not shop at any other aldis solely because I'd rather shop here with them. Thanks so so much...

They have spiral sliced ham 60 percent off.i got 1 reg. 21.94 and I got it for $8.and some change. They only had 1 cashier working the register. The rest were self checkouts. I don't like using selfcheckout.

Within the last 2 years this store was completely remodeled. I always find helpful staff, great prices and good quality food and supplies. Their bonus buys are always good quality as well, but you have to grab them when you see them. Especially fun to shop the bonus buys during the holidays or special occasions.

I love all these I love the people that work there especially the cashier Julie she's the best I've never been in there that that lady was ever in a bad mood never willing to help you whatever you need help with she even offered to run back and get something if you forgotten it she is a blessing to that company. She is a blessing to anybody that ever goes in that store and meets that lady with a smile on her face and the love in her heart that she has for that job.

They have some very good food at a decent price, but it seems like you find something you really like and they discontinue it, their checkouts are fast but SOMETIMES a little rough, like hey sure that was cheep but I'm still paying for it. Not all are that way I've had some fast cashiers with very soft landings. Its like an art.

I wish I could call the store. There should be a phone number for grocery store pick up. This happens all the time. Half my stuff is refunded. Why even bother? The guy that just did my groceries Josh…cleared out my entire order at once without checking my replacements. I watched it happen. I find it hard to believe the whole store is missing all brands of macaroni and cheese.

This is a great place to save money on groceries. I especially like to buy canned goods & non perishable foods here. There is a refundable quarter car rental & a small cost for grocery bags, you bag yourself. If you find empty boxes in the store, you are welcome to use them to pack up your groceries in. You are also welcome to bring your own bags.

Fairly priced!! Most of the fresh food is fresh. Sometimes you have to be selective. They do have much to choose from. Bring a quarter of you need a shopping cart and your own bags or boxes. I'm not a super fan of this place but I come here now and then. They are comparable to most shopping stores. Plenty of parking and the employees are mostly polite. I reccomend trying this place if you have not.

Amazing prices. I was having some sticker shock when I went in here. I'm from AZ and wow this place has some amazing deals. Eggs for .78 cents! The meat selection is pretty good too. The staff is nice too.

I love this store, there are savings everywhere. When you check out just make sure all of your delicate items(eggs, bread, fruits, ect.) are the last things you put up. They just throw the stuff in the cart. With that said all the employees are nice and helpful.

It's alright. The whole bag your own groceries and put a quarter in to get a cart thing is not my cup of tea.. so 4 stars. If you want to save some money and don't mind being your own bagger and cart wrangler you will probably love this place.

Cashier was so rude! She literally was pushing me with the next customer's cart to try and get me out of the way as I was getting change out of my wallet so she wouldn't have to break a dollar. Didn't even hand me my dollar back, but laid it down by her scanner as she was ringing up next customer's order!

I love aldi. Its hot or miss some days as to what they have, but they always have reasonable prices on fruit. Also the much of the Live G Free line is also egg, nut, and dairy free so my allergy kiddo can snack to the max. The the staff is always friendly (and they get a living wage). I also love the new organization of the store.

We love Aldi! We shop here at least once a week. There prices are fantastic and the quality of their food is top notch. Don't look for all name brand items, but their food items taste the same, but often less additives. Love their tuna steaks, wine selection, milk, eggs, frozen pizza... Everything! You'll be a shopper here too, if you're willing to put a quarter into the cart and put it back. I feel we save at least $30 per week total.
