Waited on hold for 22 minutes and nobody would answer the phone. Finally gave up and hung up. Guess I'll order my parts on line. It will be cheaper and have the same lead time since nothing is ever in stock. Sure miss when Deere dealers were local and not big corporations. Never had these problems when this store was owned by Copes.

Have called a total of 10 times over 3 weeks. Have been told by Bob in parts I’d get a call back, by Ryan as well. All I asked for is a break down on my z525e to have a bagger taken off an oil change to be done and to have a mulching kit that I have to be put on. Still have no idea on how much it would cost. Extremely dissatisfied. Waste of time, legitResponse to dealer response…That’s hilarious you said the gm has tried to contact me multiple times. I have 0 missed calls from anyone at ag pro. I have no idea who your gm even is. I have not spoke with him/her.And to even go further with this I just had a call from Steve one of your drivers said he was on his way to my house to come get my lawn mower and would be there in 30 min. You guys truly need to work on your communication skills. I have yet to get a quote on what it would cost me. As the owner you truly need to do some training.

I drove like speed racer from waynesburg to alliance for a $35 part in hopes of getting there before they closed. Well these son of a guns knew I was coming and they stayed open until I got there. Now it wasn't just one employee it was three and I am thankful and they are appreciated.😊

I took my gator in due to only running at half speed. They replaced the spark plugs, fuel filter and seat belt safety switch and it now runs good. However I feel that the labor charge of 597.02 for service was excessive. The bill was $734.36 for parts and labor. Plus $28.00 for SVC Accessories, which was not explained, for a total bill of 762.36. I understand that labor is $99.00 per hr., but I don't understand why it took 6 hrs.

Great experience today at Cope Equipment. Had an issue with my 730 lawn tractor not running. Asked if they had a loaner that I could use until mine is repaired. Ben obliged and I was able to complete my mowing. Everyone was so respectful and cooperative. Felt great to be treated like a valued customer.

Cope farm equipment has been around many years, I’ve only known them for a short time, I’ve made many trips to the alliance location over the past 20 years, have gotten to know most of them on a personal basis and the “handshake” concept. Copes as a business will be missed by many and all the great people that work there and have left through out the change. Best of luck to the corporate conglomerate that’s taking over you got some big shoes to fill

Went there for John Deere parts and got exactly what I needed, after a wrong filter was replaced. The service was very good. I rarely give 5 stars for anything because it implies excellence, and that is very rare. They would be better if they closed at 6 rather than 5. Very hard for many who work to make it there before 5. It's rather clean and tidy for the things they sell and work on.

Called about a used mower $5399 made to look at it the mower was dirty with flat tires I was told they don't service them but the salesman told me he would service it on Friday(this was Tuesday) Friday came and went I called Monday he said he had not had time he would get it done by Wednesday needless to say Wednesday came and went no call back no nothing i called Monday no apology nothing guess they don't want to sell all I ask was to clean the grass off the bottom of the deck so I could see what was there and an oil change
