Not a big fan at all. First of we had to sit and wait for 15 minutes before we got a waitress to get our drinks. Then I ordered a burger well done and it was rare, medium rare, at best. I sent it back to be cooked longer and it still came back pink. The staff was very rude and seemed not to care. Me and my girlfriend were very upset with it visit. The prices are too high as well.

The venison burger was awesome.Wings are pricey, but hey it's crazy everywhere. The wing sauce is amazing.We got the vindaloo and it was good spice and flavor not too much curry like almost done for me in the level I like it.The pizza burger was a little bit of a miss, didn't quite measure up.Service was pretty good and friendly.

Solid food all around, but usually not worth the pricing. Burger Hut burgers honestly taste better and are way, way, way cheaper. Really love their wings and appetizers, but again, pricing is high even relative to everything else and they don’t run many deals. Definitely a place worth trying, just not worth going regularly in my opinion.

They were set up today at an event with several other food trucks. I ordered about a half hour or so before they shut down. They were out of burger so I ordered 3 sandwiches made with chicken and fries (two were loaded fries) I paid just under $50 before tip. One person that I bought a sandwich for couldn't eat yet due to being in a meeting so I set it aside. The second person took theirs to eat in another area. As I was eating, the person with the 2nd sandwich came over and told me theirs wasn't fully cooked. I cut open the one I'd set aside and it was also uncooked in the middle. I walked back outside to the food truck to see if they would fully cook another, but it was closed up. I didn't really look at mine as I was chatting while eating so I'm hoping mine was cooked through, but I'm afraid I'm going to spend the night sick.

Used to have fish, now they don't. So I ordered a burger $14.49 (or so) but ordered it with a beyond/impossible patty (+$2.00). Now that burger comes with fries. I thought seasoned would be nice - another $2.99. $2.99 for a little dried rosemary, ridiculous, i could justify it if i had wanted sweet potato, but not rosemary. So my $14.49 burger turned into a $19.48 burger that SOOOOO wasn't worth it. We've been there a couple of times but this was the last.

We have become frequent diners. Their kids meals are fantastic and come with a cookie or a sundae! The kids eat free one day a week! The salads and boneless wings are my go toos! Fantastic service every time from the girls. Love the ranch! Haha!Parking: Lots of room to park!Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly options and high chairs available. I’d heard great things from people in the Alliance area so I thought I’d give it a try.I mean this was a Great experience! Cute place. Very clean. Socially distant with barriers and plenty of separation.Happy and friendly staff, great with recommendations and specifics so that we were a low to find the perfect meal for each of us.I highly recommend the tomato burger. They make a homemade tomato jelly that I would eat on about anything, but that specifically made this Steak burger sing in my mouth. It was delicious.I’m gonna quote myself for emphasis; “It was delicious” 👍🏻👍🏻The A-Town sides were fantastic as well. I had the sweet potato fries with their special dipping sauce on the side and I know I’m gonna crave these this combination sometime in the near future. They were crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside and with a dab of the cinnamon butter sauce, they melted in your mouth.They serve some alcohol but I was there at lunch and didn’t look at exactly what’s available.They also have a “Milkshake of the month”. This month is Mint/Chocolate Chip. Didn’t try it. May have to stop back soon to have one.DEFINITELY suggest this place as a good foodie joint. Give it a try. In fact if you’re anywhere within an hour drive away, take in some nice weather and drive over.

This has got to be one of the best burger joints around, I had literally everything on the menu, including their new jumbo bone in wings, and boneless wings, and everything they have is fantastic. And also in the summer they have a separate menu for hotdogs and they are awesome. The beer selection is top notch and local. Frank is one hell of an owner being there every day with his workers making sure quality is upheld. I absolutely love this place. #1 for me in Alliance, ohio and since they got the wings, I will not be going back to b-dubs.

I order takeout from here n it is by far the best burger in alliance. I get a medium rare burger extra pepper jack, jalapenos, ketchup mustard n mayo and the loaded fries. Absolutely delicious. The fries are to die for, the burger is always cooked perfectly and the flavor of the burger itself is heavenly. Something that really stands out to me about them is that even if the food gets cold it's still amazing. I personally don't like fast food so when I want a quick dinner this is my go to place. It's a little pricey but it is WELL worth it.

I got the Warrior burger (1/2 pound patty with white cheddar mac+cheese with bacon- i added the pickles) with tater tots.One of the best burgers i have had in a long time. Came out super hot right off the grill.

Parking is excellent. I got a small salad instead of french fries for $1 more, and it was simply outstanding. They have lots of special burgers and beers. My burger was fine. Not very cheap, $19 for lunch, but it was good. (They do have specials).

So disappointed, I have not been this dissatisfied in a long time. I kept hearing how good these burgers were so I decided to give it a try. I had the lunch burger the meat is not fresh it look like the burgers we use to get in school, there was barely any cheese on the burger and it was hard, the home cut fries were no better. Also, ordered the butter burger, meat was a little better but again it’s not fresh hamburger meat like I was expecting especially for a burger that is over $15.

Don’t know what’s happened to this place but the past couple of times here doesn’t leave us wanting to come back. We ate here the other night, they were not busy at all. Food arrived before any silverware did. I had to get up from the table and ask for silverware. No waters to the table. No refills on the drinks. Wife’s food tasted “old.” She had two bites. Bottom of buns were rock hard. Couldn’t find server to return it until everyone else had nearly finished eating. So we ended up just telling the server when we got back he bill. They deducted a whole $2 on a dish she couldn’t eat and due to horrible service, couldn’t replace it in time to eat with family. Neat! Don’t know if you’ll see us back within the 2023 year. The food USED to be excellent. Service was always pretty good, too. Not anymore.
