The staff was always friendly, caring, and willing to let us know how our girl was doing. We received pictures and she looked like she was having the time of her life. Willow Wood helped us feel at ease to leave our fur baby while we were away! We definitely recommend and will go back in the future!! ❤️

We have used Willow Wood Pet Resort since 2009. All 3 of our Vizslas have stayed at the resort over the years. The staff and facilities are excellent. Whenever we can't take Lilah with us, we know she will be well cared for and having a great time.

Willow Wood Pet Resort & Training is absolutely top notch. I have had the pleasure of working with their trainer Cassie as well as boarding my dog, Gus with them. The training has been amazing and Gus, my sometimes obstinate St Bernard, will now actually sit on command and is no longer pulling on walks. Additionally Gus had to stay with them for several nights while I was out of town and they took such amazing care of him. With all the play times and activities I think he was almost sad to come home at the end. If there is an option to give additional stars to this review I would.

We’ve used Willow Woods a couple times to board our pup while we’re away and have been consistently impressed!The staff is excellent with communication and organization.They appear to sincerely care for all the animals.And their pricing is a reflection of the quality service they provide.We’ll be back! 🐶

Two weeks after getting groomed the morning of Friday, March 29 I tried to see how the grooming would play out because as soon as I saw my dog I wasn’t happy.She kept closing one eye as if there was something in it. We put a warm rag on it and tried to flush it gently. Thankfully it got better by Sunday.It wasn’t until this past Friday we noticed a crusted over cut on her ear. She was obviously cut but nobody said a word. Like “she had a bad day today and she got cut.” We would have completely understood. Dogs aren’t always cooperative. But nobody mentioned it.Catalina doesn’t even look like she got groomed. Her face isn’t trimmed and her tail hasn’t been touched. Both are bushy.We won’t be back.

Had our first experience with grooming for our Labradoodle, can’t say enough how pleased we are with the outcome. Followed directions perfectly and he looks amazing. Would recommend to anyone to have their pets groomed here as well as the daycare service .

Love taking my dog here! I had never previously had to board my dog before taking him here. I was super nervous, but quickly felt at ease. My dog gets excited to go now and I know he’s in great hands! They give a full report card after every visit. They are also good about my check in phone calls (yes, I’m the crazy dog mom that calls). They will even send updates via text, along with pictures. Thanks for always taking such good care of Marlo!

I was hesitant to leave our rescue Boston Terrier anywhere since she was raised in a cage. But Willow Wood turned out to be a terrific experience for her. You could tell immediately that she was happy when we picked her up. They sent pictures during our absence which were much appreciated. The only thing that sort of took me aback was an expected gratuity when I paid the invoice. Not that the caregivers didn't do a great job (to my knowledge), but I wasn't expecting it. I'd never heard from anyone that a gratuity would be expected (15%, 20%, 30%). Thank you!!!!!

They are absolutely great our dog . Our dog is 9 months old and had ALOT of energy and I walk in and they love all over him and with a smile! Great place 😃

I was upset that my two dogs did not get to interact with the other dogs while boarded for the weekend. If I knew that they were not going to get to play, I wouldn’t have spent the $400. Very disappointing. I was not told that until I inquired at pick up. I also paid for extra play time. Wasteful and my dogs did not get the exercise that I wanted them to have.

If you leave your pet for boarding, read the fine print. There is no daily fee listed on the website but “package” prices are very deceptive. They let me know they raised their prices after our stay. It was our first time so we weren’t privy to their Facebook/email blast. Then they tack on a premium fee and insurance fee. They claim to have washed my dog but it must have been with plain water because she was not at all clean. Plus they then ask for a tip. We paid 200 for a four day stay with no perks and provided our own food. Just be sure to confirm what you’re being charged.

Wonderful option for lodging, as well as doggy daycare! Our chocolate lab, Hank, is always excited to play with his friends at WillowWood. Hank loves the special attention and love the staff gives every time he’s there!

Love bringing my dog here. Everyone knows her by name and they give her lots of love. I also really love that they post Instagram and Snapchat stories so you can see them play throughput the day for doggy daycare.

Finn enjoyed his 1stay at Willow Wood Pet resort. The staff were excited to meet him, greet him and he had no problems heading back for his stay. Their services and breakdown of available packages were easy to follow and we appreciated the SnapChat photo updates, where we got to see his interaction with other dogs. Highly recommended.

BEWARE !!!!!! Made arrangements for 3 rescues, very poor communication with staff. Did not follow through, vet records provided 3 days in advance and when we showed up they turned our rescue group away. They said the dogs needed flu shots. No other place needed these vaccinations & the dogs had been boarded at a vet before they were to stay here. Wanted payment in full up front. We had made solid arrangements at this place spoke with 2 staff members. They put us in a horrible unsafe position with the dogs, Thank goodness Dorans Canine College took them on an emergency after 4 hours of calling in a hot car to 20 kennels in a busy holiday month, this was a abosolute hot mess. Dorans was 1/2 the price and very compassionate about what these dogs have been through. The dogs came from a vet boarding facility and were UTD on shots. They had the records for 3 full days and then said they wanted a flu shot upon arrival !!!!!. No other kennel we called required this. BEWARE it takes 2 flu shots over 2 weeks to get this done. Go to a compasionate place not a place making $$ off your pet and you may not have a kennel for your dog when you get there!!

If I could give Willow Wood more than 5 stars, I would! They came through for me during an emergency and I cannot tell you how much of a relief it was to be able to get updates and pictures of Ollie and to see how happy he was. Chloe was very informative and helpful during check in, she explained everything clearly. We will definitely be back.

My pups go to Willow Wood for doggie daycare. They absolutely love the playtime and the staff. Everyone truly cares about your fur baby and they are exhausted when I pick them up. I cannot say enough nice things about Willow Wood - I would not go anywhere else.

I boarded my dog here for a long weekend. The staff was so friendly and i could tell tight away that everyone who worked here really had a big heart for animals and really enjoyed their job. They gave me daily updates everytime i called. My dog was clean and happy when i picked him up & i will never take him anywhere else. If i could give this rating 10s starts, i would!! Highly recommend!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been dealing with trying to get my training complaint handled since the summer, due to having covid and pregnancy related issues.Issue #1 - Training QualityOur family paid over $1,200 for our dog to do the 2 week board and train program. When we went to drop off our dog the trainer was not there like I was told she would be. I was then told that she would call me the next morning to review focus skills during our puppies stay - I never received the phone call. I then had to call her and was told to leave a message but still again, never heard from her. During the 2 weeks I was told I would get updates - nothing happened unless I reached out and asked how it was going. I was charged a high price for a take home bath, cut and nail trim. Our puppy smelled bad when I picked him up, his nails were not cut and neither was his fur. I had to go back another day to get a complimentary bath and nail file.Once we did the check out to see his skills, we noticed that NOTHING we discussed had been taught to him. He came home with the exact skills that we had been working on with him from YOUTUBE and the beginner class at PETSMART. The only difference was the training collar, which kept falling apart, and I am pretty sure I saw at PETSMART for $19.99.Issue #2I called to speak with the manager or owner, not sure which, about our concerns. I was then told that just a few weeks after our dog attended training with them, their current trainer had quit. Note, that she had just started there, not too soon before apparently. Because she was no longer there, and the manager did note there were other concerns with the old trainer, she would have the new trainer work with us complimentary to help make up for our frustration. We accepted and appreciated this. We met with the new trainer once at our home and had a great session. We then reached out a week or so later to schedule or next session to find out that this new trainer has now resigned as well.Issue #3I called to speak to a manager or owner on several occasions regarding my concern over our puppies training AND them no longer having a trainer AND the failure to return my phone calls. I called as recently as last week and was told I would hear back from someone by end of the day – still NOTHING. At this point I am livid with this business and would file a complaint with the BBB, however I do see they are not accredited.At this point our family just feels completely scammed and have never experienced anything like this. We have now out of the $1,200, and our baby is due in in May. This has contributed to a high amount of stress throughout my pregnancy, and I urge others to think again before using them for training.

One of the best parts about Willow Wood Pet Resort and Training Center is it's staff. It's clear that they all love animals, which offers me tremendous peace of mind when I drop off my dog to board her. My dog is high energy (read - a bit of a challenge), and the staff is fantastic with her. Based on her excitement at drop off, It's also clear to me that my dog knows and likes her care takers. I would give Willow Wood 10 stars if I could!

We have taken our two yorkies to Willow Wood 3 times and each time they have come home with great reports of the pups being comfortable and happy. They give them 1 on 1 attention and let them play in groups of similar size dogs. My favorite thing is that Willow Wood will post pictures of the dogs to their snap chat stories so I get to see my babies while they are there. 10/10 recommend and would go back!

Our cattle dog Boone has been going to daycare at Willow Wood since he was 7 months old. He absolutely adores the staff and comes home exhausted. It is hard to find a place you can trust to leave your dog for overnight and daycare stays. Willow Wood quickly became a staple for us. We leave for vacation confident that our dog will be cared for and we take him for day care twice a week. We’ve been so grateful for Willow Wood. I highly recommend!

Not a bad place to board! Dog was happy to be home but no issues after. Exit bath was great. They are lacking in the outdoor play area space and should use their social media accounts more for updates (so you don’t have to pay extra for photos of your pup).

Our first time ever leaving any of our dogs in any kind of facility. It’s clean, the staff is so friendly and enthusiastic about the dogs! I had many questions and they were always patient and answered all my questions. Our pup came home happy and extra sweet! We would definitely use Willow Wood again!!

Super friendly staff, nice facility, and fantastic groomers that do their job well! Lacey was our groomer for our dog and when we picked him up, he looked and felt fantastic. She took care to be gentle because of his age and leg weakness. Will definitely return next time he needs a spa day!
