Great Place and great staff. A legitimate true coral aquaculture farm! They state about 90% is grown on site! Todd (owner) really knows his stuff and will work with you to be successful without up selling you on things you don't need. His success is your success. I've purchased everything from Reef Systems and have been extremely successful and pleased.

Thinking about starting a salt water tank, come here first! We started a salt water tank a couple months ago and learned so much from Todd this morning. A bit overwhelming but all good stuff to sink in and start doing to be sure we have a healthy tank. Excellent coral and fish selection, along with equipment, food, and other tank needs. Really appreciated the time spent with us and talking to our son in a way he could understand. We’ll be back!!!

The store was bustling with a wide array of fish and coral, displaying an impressive collection. However, it seemed that many items were either not available for purchase or were priced prohibitively high. While the selection is undoubtedly top-notch, it gives the impression that the store prefers to retain their stock for display purposes rather than for sale.

Likely the best kept coral and saltwater fish store in Ohio. Owner and staff quarantines everything and are very knowledgeable. I’ve never left that place disappointed. Maybe empty pocketed, but never disappointed.

Very knowledgeable staff; store has a homey small town feel to it but has tons of coral, fish, and they’re an approved vendor for Ecotech products. Staff will easily talk for hours if you let them, they care a lot about the animals and their new homes. I support small businesses, this place is so exception!

Super cool. I especially like the greenhouse. Very knowledgeable staff. Which is so very hard to find in stores like Petland. The staff also leaves you alone until they can tell you need some help. I would say they are the best store in central Ohio.

I recently went here to look for koi fish and found a great variety and more. The staff was supper nice and knowledgeable. I had a great time looking at all the fish and so did my kids. They were extremely patient with me and all my questions. Love it !

The tanks are clean and the staff is knowledgeable about their animals. The owner is very honest. My wife had her eye on a coral beauty and he warned us the fish had just arrived and had had a rough shipment.. They will quarantine any fish you buy from them for a small fee which is outstanding. They have tanks specifically dedicated to captive bred fish which. Many stores its difficult to even find tank bred fish. There was a healthy selection of invertebrates and the coral was all very healthy and grown on site.

Todd immediately engaged with me when I walked through the front door. He asked what I was looking for but then went on to ask more questions about my tank setup so he could provide the best advice, not just sell product. He carries only the products he believes in. He genuinely cares about the hobby and wants people to succeed. Take a look at his website in the about section. He has bios of his employees and goes into great detail about his mission, plus Todd’s resume is stellar, which is the reason his farm is so fantastic. I will be supporting Reef Systems from now on, no more online conglomerates making questionable YouTube videos for me.

Happened upon this business when in the area to pick up a used aquarium. Todd took an hour on my first visit there to discuss my future plans and his reccomendations on how to have a successful reef tank even though I was just stopping in and not buying anything that day. After this encounter I have been driving there from the Dayton area for all of my livestock needs. Between the aquacultured corals and the fish being held for 2 months before they will sell them everything has been very healthy. Todd and Danny have been very helpful as I venture back into this hobby again after a 16 year break.

Went in today after seeing a random ad. My experience here was amazing!Todd the owner took about 45 minutes of his own time to ask me about my tank, my parameters, equipment, and goals for my reef. He shared his 30 years of reefing experience to me, in addition to the logic, chemistry, and biology behind his methods. He gave me spread sheets and drew diagrams to help me. And all of this was without him trying to sell me anything. He truly just has a passion for this hobby and wants everyone he meets to be successful. This is the only store where I have seen the owner present at the front of the store and trying to spread their experience for the benefit of others. A great guy with a massive amount of knowledge for this hobby!The store is not like a typical reef store with ten kinds of testing kits, a dozen varieties of fish food, or multiple types of lights. The shop sells only what they truly believe to be the best out there, and what they personally use. Even if they could make way more money off providing expensive tests kits and such, they do not; purely because they want whatever they sell to be what they believe is best for the customer. Overall it is obvious that they value their customers more than the profits.All of the other employees were kind, intelligent, helpful, and honest.One great thing about this aquarium store is that they quarantine everything. And they don't quarantine things the minimum amount, they go above and beyond to ensure the fish, invertebrates, and corals are the best quality possible. For instance some of the corals are quarantined 1-2 years before being put in the customer tanks. And all of the corals are absolutely stunning and thriving. And the prices are extremely affordable considering their size and the time-consuming quarantining process they go through.This is the most impressive, customer-oriented, and experienced reef store I have ever been in. If you live anywhere near Columbus/Ohio, this should be the place you go to. After today, this is the only place I want to go to.

Just got my Cyber Monday corals and wouldn't you know it I got lucky enough to win one of the frag packs offered for online shoppers. What a deal along with the extra frag just for shopping online. Great prices and a huge selection. I dont live close to any good salt water stores so online is my only sensible choice or its a three hour roadtrip. Todd and the folks at reef systems coral farm did a great job picking ,packaging and fedexing my purchases.

Great place for all your saltwater tank needs. They have rodi water 50 cents a gallon and premix salt for 75 cents a gallon. I bought some gsp, pulsing xenia, and a ocellaris. All are doing fantastic weeks later. Store is well stocked, and staff are super friendly!

Absolutely amazing! I've never seen so many different kinds of corals! I could spend all day there just watching the corals sway in the current. The staff is super knowledgeable and will answer any question you have. My mother and I had the privilege to speak with the owners which live next door and they are incredibly nice people. I will be a lifetime customer for ad long as I live. LOVE! THIS! PLACE!

The ownership and staff at reef systems are great people. I have been back in the reef keeping hobby for about a year now after closing down my last tank about 10 years ago. During my 10 year absence in the hobby it seems to me that there has been an influx of reef keeping information some good and some bad. I had started my newest tank with the help of another local fish store closer to where I live. Things started to go south and my tank was not looking good. After speaking with Todd and his staff at reef systems I felt that many of the instructions that were given to me by the local fish store were just not accurate or is just a recipe for disaster. After being at Reef systems just one time I looked around awe and new instantly that they were on a whole different level than my local fish store. I could only hope to be a fraction as successful at reef keeping as reef systems. If you are thinking of getting into the reef keeping hobby or are wanting to start another tank check these guys out. I wish I hadthe knowledge that they have given me before I chased problems with my tank for months.

The staff at reef systems coral farm are the nicest most knowledgeable people I have met in this hobby. I first met them when my tank was crashing. The owner took way more time then he should have to make sure not only that my tank survived but that I understood how to fix it and maintain it on my own. The corals they sell are clean and always thrive in my tank. They take extra time to make sure any fish bought from them are clean and will not harm your system. I will never go anywhere else!

They are a great shop with an amazing concept, but The costumer service could have a slight improvement. The staff is also friendly, and the prices are good! Over all, this is an amazing store, and the corals are great. Definitely stop here if you are in town!

This is now my only store that I go to because of the amazing staff and helpful service. Todd may be a bit fast pace but, he is the most knowledgeable person you could talk to about fish and corals. Right now I have a 60 gallon cube and, because of Todd's help he has made it my favorite hobby and my tank a prized possession to me.
