I'd give 10 stars if I could...I've been going there since they opened. I have used the self service bath area and grooming services.I can't say enough about how kind & patient the entire team has been over the years.Dayana has always been attentive when my Max had special needs as he got older. Now she takes great care of our new puppy, Macie.They do a lot for the community too, with various fundraising events.

Excellent staff, spotless, lots of choices for those tricky digestive problems and picky eaters at New Albany location. The grooming deals are phenomenal and let's not forget the real reason I'm posting: the bathing area! It's amazing 🤩. Steps, shampoo shower, velocity dryers ... It's a dream space for fur babies between full grooms or even for regular bathing.5 paws way way up! 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

All I can say is, "Wow." The store manager is an ultimate professional, the clerks are even and steady and the bathers really like dogs. I was there during a very aggressive customer's visit and they tried everything to take care of him. He just stayed mad. I was bathing my own dog and other customers were hiding in the bathing area to get away from him. I saw the whole thing from the back, where it started. Mutts & Co. staff were polite, professional and positive while this person lost their ice cream and threw a tantrum. I hope his dog is safe.

They are wonderful with my Pomeranian. Thorough and gentle, from bath to nail clipping. I always know LittleMan is in great hands at Mutts & Co.

We cannot praise Kate enough for the above and beyond care of our Old English Sheepdog Max!! We rescued Max out of an abusive situation and he was never ready to go to a groomer. Due to surgery, we were forced to find someone that would be able to groom Max and provide the additional attention that he requires. We decided to contact Mutts & Co. because our last OES had been groomed there for years. An angel by the name of Kate answered the phone and immediately eased concerns. She suggested we bring him in a for a short visit to see the spa and meet Kate. We brought him back the next day for his “spa day.” Kate took all the time Max needed to get him bathed, dried and cut. I’ve never known ANYONE to go above and beyond in meeting the unique needs of our beloved puppy like Kate did!! We cannot sing her praises loud enough!! She is compassionate and kind and truly loves animals and wants the best for them! She gave Max the best haircut and he looks soooo very handsome! He is strutting his stuff on his walks showing off his new do!!! She called Max the MVP when we picked him up….but in all honesty…Kate is the true MVP!!!

Super disappointed with the staff today. I bring my dogs in here all the time to bathe them, and today I show up at 5:22, which staff has always told me if I’m gone by 5:40 I’m good.Well today is a super special day as I am forced to put my dog to sleep tomorrow. He has his good days and bad days and today happened to be an ok day, so o thought I would give him one last bath. Told the two ladies in there, one was outside on her phone when I told her, but they both said yeah the bath is shut down for the night.Unreal! I don’t think I’ll ever be able to come back because of these two ladies.

Great place to shop for a variety of treats for your 4 legged family member(s). Some things are more expensive, and some things are not. My dog loves the pig ears and some of the other snacks.

The staff here is great and my dog Chico loves to come get bathed or have his nails trimmed, which he never lets me do at home. I also love the variety of treats and natural bones. Chico personally likes the rabbit chews, that I’ve never seen at any other store. My dog is very reactive to other dogs, and the staff is always so accommodating. Today, his groomer Arianne, even let us use a side door to get to his appt. since there were other dogs at the front of the store. For me, it’s just a relief to not feel judged for having a loud or reactive dog, which unfortunately I have felt at other dog stores, but never at Mutts & Co. They play with Chico and can see past his loud bark to see he really is just a sweet boy!

These folks are the best! We try out new foods and toys, get super fresh dog chews, and use the bathing area in the back all the time. They are also our #1 place for frozen bones-- couldn't get through the holidays without them!

We love the staff and groomers at M&C! They care for our pets as if they were their own. We recently got 2 new pups, Lexi and Leo, to fill the tremendous void left after the passing of our beloved Shitzu Chloe. Everyone at M&C showed us heartfelt sympathy in our loss and equal joy in the addition of our 2 new sweethearts. Keep up the great work.

Greer is AWESOME!!! I wouldn’t trust my dog with anyone else! I love the bathing stations! they’re roomy we don’t have to bend over to wash our dog. They have plenty of supplies. I love it here!

We are so happy with our cocker spaniel's haircut!! Abby did an excellent job. We didn't do much shopping when it came to a groomer because we heard great things about Mutts & Co in New Albany. The price may be a little higher than what we expected but very much worth it. They treat Peyton like a prince and gave us a full report when we came to pick him up.

It's clean & in a very nice area, but VERY busy much of the time. It shares a parking lot with MANY other stores (Kroger, being one of the largest). *requested edit 7-18-22* I like this location more & more each time I go. The staff is always kind & upbeat. The dog washing stations are clean & have great amenities. They even have some clever dog specialty-gadgets & supplies that I didn't realize that I needed! *requested edit 4-15-23* went for a quick dog wash today. We only had to wait about 10 minutes for a wash station to open up. We bought a tennis ball & some treats and had a great time!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. We take two dogs, One 16 and one 17 years old to the self-service bathing area. Always clean and rarely have to wait for a cubicle. The employees are always sweet to our 2 oldsters :)

The staff are very friendly! My cat wasn’t interested in any treats I got him and they helped me pick out some diverse treats to try and even gave me a free sample of freeze dried treats. They said if he didn’t like them, I could return them for a refund and they’d donate to a shelter which was so nice!

I recently got a new puppy & was looking for a place to have her groomed, and was recommended to Mutts & Co in New Albany! I was scheduled with Dayana and she is the BEST!! Sophie always looks great when she's done, plus she loves Dayana too!. Won't take her anywhere else. The manager at this location is wonderful as well.

Dog self-wash review. Inexpensive and had all the essentials - 3 different shampoos, conditioner, sprays, towels, brushes, easy to use nozzle and dryer. Would have been nice to have steps for bigger dogs that don't like to jump or can't jump (I'm sure they have one if you ask though).It's a little further out from where we live but half the price and has more things (no nail trimming but that's fine with us since our dog does not tolerate that). This was a much more convenient self wash station for us humans and dogs - don't have to move the dog to a different area for bath and drying.Staff was also very nice and even gave him a treat at the cashier. This will now be our go-to! Apparently, being a member gives you perks for shopping and washing!

Our little guy is so anxious so simple tasks like toe nail trims are hard for him. Greer was so sweet and so quick! The whole staff at this location was super friendly, we will be returning for sure. Onyx would like to say thanks for the treatos Greer!
