We have been using A-Team for years and they are great! Every time we call they are very responsive (usually within the hour), and, most importantly, they do quality work. We live in an old house, so they have been very transparent and honest about our plumbing that needs attention, as well as future problems we may encounter down the road.Recently, we had a major pipe break under part of our house and the driveway, which left us without water. A-Team was out there immediately assessing the situation, and finding a feasible solution by rerouting the pipe to keep the intensive labor and costs down. With the Thanksgiving holiday looming, they fit us into their busy schedule and got the job done in a day and a half! We are so grateful they made our job a priority.I highly recommend A-Team plumbing. They are friendly, affordable, and they do QUALITY work. We have used them again, and again for good reason!

Had a clogged mainline in the basement. Called in the morning, resolved in the afternoon. Worked out great. You can tell they are actually a licensed and bonded buisness. Professional, knowledgeable, work was troubleshot, performed, and cleaned up in a timely manner.They worked great for me, give them a try! I know I will again.

Rob, the owner is great. I left a voicemail on a Sunday regarding my mother's hot water tank emergency. She lives two hours away from me, and I was attempting to help her. Rob called back right away, and continued to communicate with me through the process of getting the information that he needed so that he could replace the tank. He and his daughter guided us through the process, asking for the necessary information and providing us with the information that we needed to know, and he installed a tank for her the very next morning. Rob worked with us long distance through phone interaction and texts, also calling my mother to keep her in the know regarding installation, cost, location, his estimated arrival time, etc. Rob also called me the next morning after he finished putting in my mother's hot water tank. He told us to call whenever she needed help because he performs various tasks, and enjoys working with his clients. It is so reassuring to know that we can call A-Team Plumbing and More, and that we don't have to call several people in hopes to get reliable, safe, and friendly help for my mom. Having a familiar maintenance person at the door (which was the entrance that I indicated in my instructions/suggestions that Hayley and Rob noted and remembered) who treats my mother with respect and communicates with both of us is such a great feeling. Rob's kind and quick service made my life and my mom's situation so much easier, and now I know my mother and I have someone to call who answers back and continues to communicate with us through the process. Not only are the team incredibly professional and knowledgeable, they were able to work miracles with incredibly quick service and dedication to solving the problem. Had our hot water tank replaced. A-Team got here quick. Todd was our serviceman. He did a great job and left us in better shape than we had with the original tank installation. Todd explained everything in detail, was very knowledgeable, and the price was the same as other quotes we had received. We will use A-Team Plumbing again and refer them to others.

From start to finish, an excellent experience! They replaced all water lines and drain lines in a 50-year-old house......quality work at a reasonable price! 5 stars are not enough for A-Team, I think they’re my favorite business in Athens even! (But I’ve got a lot of plumbing 😁). I had a sudden severe sewage flood on a Friday at 9pm. They kindly texted me through the steps to stop it, and came out at 8am the next morning to fix it. They’ve been efficient, happy to share tips and advice, and very easy to work with in all my interactions with them. Highly recommend!

Hot water heater gave up the ghost on a Monday morning. I called A-Team and didn’t get an answer but they got back to me promptly through text and explained that they were on the other line and asked how they could help. I explained my predicament to them over text and they said they could be here Wednesday. Not ideal but no surprises there. Soon after we got things scheduled they texted back that a spot had opened up for that day and that they could have someone to my place soon. I took them up on that, he arrived within 30 minutes and had the old tank out and new one installed and in working order in under three hours (not bad for a one person crew). He was swift, clean, respectful, and tidy. I appreciate A-Team reaching back out after I called and I’m thankful it worked out the way it did to be able to have it done the same day. I know that’s a rare thing. Extremely satisfied!

Late Friday night my Kitchen faucet blew apart shooting water to the ceiling. After shutting off the Water main because there are no shut off‘s I called A team. Of course they were closed but they called me right away on Monday and sent a guy out to put in shut off’s so I could have the water on. They couldn’t fix it that day because they were already booked at another job s later that week they came back.The guy was prompt, respectful, competent, worked quickly, and cleaned up after himself and the products used to do the repair. Also he was not at all scary in case you’re afraid of people being in your house.I also found out that they do other repairs to and I plan to have them do those in the future.The cost was within the range that I thought it would be and I was absolutely happy to pay for it especially since they made two trips to fix my repair which gave me running water.Definitely recommend!

I called on a Sunday, and had a response not long after! They let me know a time they would show, and he was right on time. We were unsure of the problem, but let him know it was drainage issues. Todd was able to find the problem, fix it and test it today and we’re up and running again!!! Oh, I am so thankful for these guys! I had a plumbing issue that involved me having to turn off the water to the house. I had a different plumber come out and they charged me a bunch of money for doing absolutely nothing. These guys came out the next day and fixed my problem and didn’t overcharge me.
