I took my shitzu there for the first time, because his grooming place closed “Celebrity Pets”.My baby looked worse when I picked him up than he did when I dropped him off. They cut his hair before bathing him, as I could see them through the curtain before I left out because they took him right back. The way he looked I am wondering did they even bath him after they cut his fur, as he did not look or smell like he normally would, after being groomed. His fur is completely choppy his fur is all kinds of lengths. He looks a total mess. I have an appointment some where else for them to fix the way he look.

The place is not wheelchair accessible so the groomer came to my car and got my dog and brought him out after. He went with her willingly. Grooming was good and both women I met were polite and nice and my dog liked them. He was not afraid to go in.

I wouldn't even give them a one star if there was a lower option! Took both my dogs here one came back with no whiskers and looking the same as he did going and the other one came back with her nails cut too short and bleed all over my leather and carpet in my Escalade. They had them from 9am to 4:30pm and when I tried to call them about the problem no answer left message no return call. Went in the next day because still no return call and they said the manager "just left" I explained to them why I was there and the groomer took my info down and said manager would call soon as she got back and still no call. I wouldn't recommend a dogs skeleton to them.

Great place to take your dog for a haircut. People are very caring, prices are reasonable, and they do a great job. We have been bringing our dog Max here for 9 years and highly recommend them!
