I absolutely LOVE this place. Every time we’ve come here our dogs look amazing. We have doodles so they tend to matte and they always do a great job at handling it. If you’re looking for a groomer I promise they’re the best! A lot of neighbors go here as well and I haven’t heard any complaints. Bonus that they give a cute little bandana after every cut and I think they’re reasonably priced!

Great groomers! Staff are all friendly and work well with the clients. Our dog hates going there, but she looks so good when she's done. They take great care with your friend/s. Highly recommended! 5 star

I love taking my husky here—as they do a phenomenal job and handle her well as I have to give her a ton of meds for anxiety and anti seizure. She sheds a lot so the defurminator treatment they do works well and not a lot of other places do that. She’s a very white husky but every time I pick her up after her appointment I’m always shocked at how white she is—not so yellow anymore lol. The employees are very nice and even nice when I have missed the notifications on my phone that my dog is ready to be picked up. Thanks Wash Wag! I appreciate you all.

My dog was a first time client here. I was taking my dog to big box stores for grooming however the haircuts were never really what I asked for, so I decided to try wash wag. I’m glad I did; they were very patient with me and helped me decide on a good cut for my dog and the cut came out beautifully!!! I’m beyond pleased with the skill, patience and kindness of the people who work here. Highly recommend!!! They also texted my dog happy birthday on his special day come check them out the price was great and so was the service!

Very happy with our walk in experience today! We brought 2 medium sized doggos. We washed and dried them both, they had soap options, high pressure water, brushes, and an electric dryer. For $36, it beats the hell out of buying allergenic products, washing at home, battling with towels and hair dryers, and dealing with wet dogs on the furniture. We used the dryers, we toweled, we drove home, and the pups are fresh and the house doesn't smell like wet dogs! We'll definitely be back! Go check them out! They also have full service with an appointment! 😎

I took the dogs, Bubba and Layla, to Wash Wag Dog Wash and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Although, I can’t say the dogs did. They aren’t a fan of baths. 😂Finding the location presented a small challenge for me. The GPS didn’t take me to the correct address, but it was still relatively easy for me to find. At the intersection of Portage Trail Extension W and N Portage Path, turn left and you’ll see the location on the left-hand side.I had a lot of fun with the dogs. I bathed the dogs myself, but they do offer other services. Staff was friendly and helpful! Different products to choose from and I found it to be affordable. I definitely will be coming back in the future!

Stopped in for a no-appointment-needed nail trim and sanitary trim; first time visiting. Bright and clean facility, well-staffed, and I was in and out within 20 minutes. We'll be back to try the self-serve bath next time :)

My experience was not good from start to finish. The young lady that first started to help me got a collar an watched as I got my dog into the tub then she walked away. The second young lady came over and tried to help but the soap dispenser was not working properly. I was unable to use the soap that I wanted. Proceeded to wash my dog. Then realized they do not offer conditioner in the dispenser. Once I was able to get the attention of the second young lady to ask for conditioner she didn't know so she walks over to the first young lady to ask her. She was checking someone out and the second young won't interrupt her to ask about the conditioner. Meanwhile my dog is shivering. After a few minutes I start to dry my dog once she does get her attention they inform me that it is additional $3.00. Fine. Takes forever for her to bring it to me. Ready to blow dry. Dryer does not work. So she comes over to try and make it work. The one tiny microfiber towel they provided is not enough for a large dog. Dog is still shivering. Sk she goes and gets another blower. More powerful but no warmth. I can not get my dog dry. So I quit get ready to check out and the first young lady is again checking someone out. So I wait. Dog is still shivering. Finally I get to check out. It was more than I expected because it took longer due to nothing working. Said something and the girl could care less. The girls had the motivation of a sloth. No customer service skills. I would never allow a customer to leave with a wet dog. It was 30 degrees outside and the wind blowing. It took six hours to warm my dog up. I have been coming here for 20 years to get my dogs groomed and was always satisfied. Will not be returning.

Always very professional, and well maintained. There's self service stations if you like, or you can have the employees do it, the choice is up to you. The manager was injured and walking with a cane, but still putting the animals ahead of herself. If you are going to take you pet anywhere, it should be here.

This place is amazing! The staff really cares about their clients' pups. I did the self-serve option for my dog, Scout, but Holly was excellent at trimming Scout's nails and hair. Scout is an anxious puppy, especially at the groomer's, but Holly was able to calm her down easily. Scout needed her hair around her behind and ears trimmed, and the razor scared her at first. Holly was patient and allowed Scout to adjust to the sound of the razor. She also allowed me to stand there to calm Scout down for both the nail and hair trimmings. Scout was a lot less anxious at this groomer than any other place I have taken her. I will definitely be going back, and I will be asking for Holly!

I've been taking Cheeto to Wash and Wag for shampoo and nails for a number of years. Now with the addition of Lily our new pup to the family as always we are more than pleased with the help they provide in adjusting to 2 dogs. Cheeto always wags his tail after washing and Lily would wag if she had a tail! Highly recomended!!!

I've been taking my dog here for years now and I absolutely love this place! Everyone that works here are very nice, good with the animals. They have really good prices too! I will say since covid they are EXTREMELY busy so if you call and have to leave a message "do it" they will get back to you and you won't be disappointed 😉

I've had my dog groomed at Wash Wag several times now, and I'm consistently satisfied with their service every time. My dog is a little skittish at any groomer, and they are very good about taking the time to make him comfortable before starting. Quick response time and relatively speedy grooming as well. The price isn't unreasonable either. All around, I'm very pleased and will continue to bring my dog here in the future!

I brought my husky in today for the first time. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I did the self wash which was easy to use and a good value. I felt bad for making such a fluffy mess 😆 but they cleaned everything up right away. I decided to have her nails trimmed when we were done. The girl who did it was super quick and gentile.I will 100% be back!

Best dog washing experience you'll ever find! Customer service is on point and everyone is so kind! If your dog barks, no one seems to mind. They even have the fur-minator if you are inclined. So if your dog needs a wash or unwind, try Wash Wag to give you peace of mind.

This was my first time going somewhere for my dog to get his nails cut that wasn't at his vet and loved the experience. They were so nice with my pup. I know he was scared and barked at first but took him in and it took maybe 3 minutes. As I finished paying he was out and nails all trimmed. People were so friendly and not stuck up like the first place I tried going to that rudely asked me for his shot records. Then the groomer acted stuck up with her dog and gave mine dirty looks as he tried to friendly say hi

My ex fiancee works here and I can tell you that her, along with the rest of the staff they have a heart of gold and a pure passion and tender loving care for your fur babies.Self serve or professionally done you can't go wrong here. The place is even scrubbed down, mopped, dried and vacuumed clean every night.Well managed. Great staff. Healthy clean environment.
