Literally sat outside at this spot for over a hour waiting for my pickup order. Might as well just went inside and got it myself! They won't even answer the phone when you call in. What a joke.

People are always complaining about Walmart. At this particular Walmart I really have never run into any serious problems. The pickup area is normally pretty busy but they handle it well. I am so happy they put self-service checkouts in.

Still not a fan of Walmart. Never organized, stuff not in the right place. BUT the only reason I ever go there is because they have food that other stores have ran out of and for a pretty good price. Most Walmarts now only have self checkouts. I don’t care either way. But there are still many who do. So that would be a reason for some not to go.

Dave in Sporting Goods gave me outstanding customer service. He found exactly the size Allen key I needed without paying for the entire kit. Super friendly, fantastic job!

This specific walmart is terrible. Drive an additional 15 minutes for less hassle. They are so slow and downright lazy, customers are getting out of cars too assist in putting their orders in their cars. I only ordered for pickup because pushing a wheelchair and cart at the same time doesn't work. After an hour I had to call in store. They then brought out my order and tried to deliver it to another car( I put my parking spot in app). I got out to say something and the guy said oh this is your order). Then he went intentionally super slow trying to take forever. I also watched four separate customers get out of their cars to put order in vehicles because they move that slow. Drive to Brimfield store and see how it is supposed to work. I have never had such a terrible experience.

They let pets in all the time. Very rarely is there a legit service dog team. Walmart as a corporation is horrendous about following ADA law. Tonight I had someone’s little ankle biter come up to me in an aisle. I asked them why their dog was in there. They responded with it’s a service dog. Um no… if that was a legitimate service dog you wouldn’t have had to pull it back to you. Come on do better!!

Went through self checkout paying for my items. Lady is like Is that frame on a different receipt cause I don’t see it on your receipt. I finished paying showed her receipt showing it on receipt so not trying to steal it. She was like wasn’t accusing you of stealing. I was like lady as soon as I came to self checkout you was watching me like a hawk. She walked off. I even used to work at this Walmart and never been accused of stealing anything.

Waited over an hour to pick up an order that they said was ready. After sitting for an hour I finally got someone in the store to answer the phone and they made up some excuse of it being the computers fault. Called customer service got some woman who barley spoke English who said oh I will file a complaint to the manager for you. Do not use the order pick up from this walmart the staff are a joke.

I came in to exchange something for a larger size and the customer service center was closed. Dark. Lights out. I was told to wait 20 minutes for someone to come back. I drove 20 minutes to get there for a simple exchange in size and couldn't get any help.

Pickup at this Walmart sucks! I Uber and hate having to pick up orders from this location. We are always made to wait 30-60 minutes for pickups. It’s B.S. that they don’t have better organization when it comes to the pick up service. It should be first checked in, first served. It’s like they pick and choose which orders to take off of their screens and bring out. Seems like the managers of this service aren’t doing there jobs properly.

Wal Mart on Arlington is okay to shop at during the day. Have shopped here since opening a long time ago. Its the employees who make or brake your experience there. Every time I go to check out I look for blonde haired Debbie. She's been working there awhile and knows alot and is always nice! There a couple other cashiers there that are consistently friendly too. Can't think of the names. Today Karen, a seasoned greeter helped me navigate the self check out. Was extremely patient and kind. Wal Mart, your employees are EVERYTHING!!.Treat them well!!

I really didn't do much shopping this store but when I did the self checkout attendant was very, very helpful. She was very sweet and I appreciate it her help. Later that day I was looking all over my house and my car for my wallet. I could not find it anywhere and I was panicked. My last resort was to try and call Walmart but I figured I probably would never see it again. The minute I called she checked, verified my information and they had it there in the store. I was so relieved and so thankful that they were so attentive to things of this nature. It meant the world to me and I truly appreciate them.

I mean if you don't just love Walmart then your just flat out not American period. More specifically this particular Walmart is very convenient because it's literally 5 mins from where I live. But besides that the people are great, stores always stocked and clean and faced, the prices are on point. Now they have all these new self checkout registers so that's also convenient if your trying to just go in for a couple things, you don't really feel like standing in line with a cart full of stuff waiting to get rung out so you just do it yourself.it tends to go a little quicker I think as long as there is no issue with the actual register your at you should be gravy. In,out, and on your way. I recommend not just this Walmart but all Walmarts cause welllll again if you don't dig Walmart;.....then "F" you!!.....#WALLY-WORLD #BAL-MART #Wal-Mart #MERICA

the walmart itself is fine, but there’s these guys from an electric company completely UNRELATED to walmart that solicit inside and they will follow and harass you. it’s gotten to the point where i no longer feel comfortable shopping here.

They appeared to be well stocked, however I am unhappy with their selection of girls clothing. There's just not a lot of choices and what they had was themed for Christmas. I need clothes that she can wear for more than one month a year, especially since next year it probably won't fit. LolOtherwise, selections were good. I was happy with the selection of toys.The beauty/personal hygiene isles are in an area that gets way too crowded. Compared to Fairlawn and Kent, the atmosphere isn't as friendly.Overall the store is convenient, with a decent selection, except girls' clothes as I mentioned above.

I am urging anyone who wants to order online with delivery to NEVER EVER TRY IT. I put a simple order in at 8am on Tuesday for delivery at 6pm and got a text at 7pm it would be delayed 2 hours. Ghetto. Security guard at the food center inside. Security guard running around the parking lot with lights in at night.As we came in from NY, where we let criminals out of bail for shoplifting. We did see some shady riff Raff after 9pm. Kudos to Walmart for having security here. Also kudos to Ohio for selling liquor in a Walmart!!! I'd come back to this one if I had to.

Nothing I hate more than having to run to Walmart rq for something. It's never where it's supposed to be and online stock never matches the store. I ordered online for curbside and they said they didn't have it when I got there so I had to cancel, go inside and get it right off the shelf my damn self. Walmart sucks.

This place is a joke. The manager is busy stocking shelves while 7 to 13 cashiers stand around not working and the 1 person in the whole store that can help me starts an hour after I arrive. Not at any other walmart if money center is closed you go to customer service but not here the lady been at Walmart since Saint Nicholas was a real person bringing coal to people but she doesn't know what to do. It's horrible management to not have multiple people cross trained but I gues when you're busy being a stock boy instead or acting like a Manager then it's understandable. Here's the kicker though they are also super judgemental and it shows in how he dealt with me as apposed to another customer who asked almost the queation

3.8 rating is actually mind blowing to me. That's way above what this vile and disgusting branch should get. Never in my life have I seen such lazy, unhelpful, and just plain waste of paychecks ever. To the big guy working today in electronics. Your a waste of money. Went in too but a TV. Tried asking this guy for help. Felt like I asked for his life story. He waved his hands in disgust by the mere question. How dare I ask him to do his job. Instead he stood there with a lost expression. So my dad in a mobility y scooter due to handicapped issues had to basically lug a TV by ourselves to tbe front. Never again will I shop here. I will make it my life's mission to tell everyone I know avoid this branch. Utterly disgusting.

Don't expect to park here in a semi truck, I just pulled in the driveway to turn around cause I made a wrong turn and usually walmart had sufficient room to do ao.. and as I turned into the parking lot there was another semi already there , but as soon as I spun around and was headed to the exit and past the other truck the security guy stopped me and was telling the other truck that we weren't allowed there .. but I told him I was just turning around anyways

This is a great store! I do most all of my grocery-shopping here, such a great Walmart! It’s always clean, stocked, quick, safe, etc. — I never have any issues here, awesome spot! I’ve been shopping here consistently for 7 + years. The sink water in the main Men’s bathroom is always so hot too — great for washing my hands after shopping. Mainstays, Hyper-Tough, and Great Value are such great Walmart brands too — top-quality products at very reasonable prices. I really like Walmart and this is my favorite Walmart store! ALL of the employees there are awesome too, great jobs to ALL there. 100%.

This Wal-Mart is okay to visit. I have to say that this store does not have a lot of the same items other Wal-Mart's do, so if you have an item from a different Wal-Mart chances are this one will NOT. The lines aren't that long most of the times and the managers are really good at opening lines up when they see a line is crazy long. The department people are very helpful every time I asked for help.

Me and my girlfriend went to Walmart tonight and we couldn’t see the brown spot on the steak because it was covered and when we got home we saw it the all 4 steaks in the package had it and it’s not even expired according to the date stamp
