Always some complication where Action Needed is posted to a prescription refill online that you need to call the pharmacy. So I called waited on hold for 20 minutes to find out there is no problem and the prescription went through fine. However online it shows that action is still needed. I attempted to refill this prescription two days ago. I need it tomorrow and there’s no guarantee that it’ll be filled. This is the last chance if I have to call in again it will be to transfer all my scripts somewhere else.

With the exception of the wonderful staff at the front of the store, this was my WORST experience at Walgreens and I will never come back.Despite testing negative for Covid yesterday with no symptoms, my job required me to get tested just as a precaution. I signed up for an appointment which I was told I qualify for - for free. Apparently this isn't true anymore.I accidentally went inside the store and the head pharmacist berated me. She was incredibly unkind and rude.I'll never use this pharmacy or store again.

I switched all of my prescriptions to Walgreens from Rite Aid because of years of substandard service and many wasted trips to the drive thru. Now I’m questioning that decision because of the terrible service I get every single time I go to Walgreens pharmacy. Rude, cracking their gum and blowing bubbles the entire time they’re waiting on you, no hello’s or goodbye’s. The last time I was there at the drive thru I was told I had to come into the store because they put my prescriptions in a box and it wouldn’t fit through the window. I reluctantly went inside, where 3 women were standing around doing nothing. One was just sitting there eating a bunch of snacks. They were very unfriendly and didn’t offer an explanation as to why one of them couldn’t walk the 15 ft out the front door to hand me my medications. They also didn’t realize those medicine bottles would have very easily fit in the drive thru drawer one at a time.I’m hoping the negative reviews will garner the attention of corporate so that something can be done, otherwise I’ll be switching pharmacies again.Zero stars.

The pharmacist was very rude, she let me know that I had already called yesterday & spoke to her.. I told her yes I did, but I need more answers. She was very short & rude and quick to hang up on me.

My normal pharmacy did not have the medication I needed, so being in extreme pain, needing this medicine as soon as possible, I went to Waterloo Rd pharmacy. It was 3:42 and all the sudden they are closing at 4. I told them my issue, and explained I was in pain. THEY REFUSED TO HELP IN ANY WAY!!!! No compassion. The rude older lady smirked as though she was happy she was leaving at 4 and did not have to deal with me. -0 stars but it makes you at least select 1. No wonder the world is so crazy. No one wants to go an extra mile to help another.

I had to wait an Hour for a vaccine to be thawed. Guess what? After the entire hour of sitting they told me it had expired yesterday and offered me no explanation. The pharmacist( looks like he's off of Bob's Burgers)walked away from the girl at the window helping me and she just looked at me like WHAT, say something. Just Awful 😞 Rite Aid across the street. Within an HR I had two shots and my second vaccine scheduled. Rite Aid did me justice. Ty Rite Aid. Rite Aid Rite Aid Rite Aid.

I've used this location for many photo projects and have usually been very pleased. There have been some minor errors through the years, but nothing too bad. However. I'm currently so angry I could chew nails. CUT THE FREAKIN' ITEM THE RIGHT SIZE. I just had to cut BY HAND OVER AND OVER AGAIN to get my item in my frame. Why was there so much extra border on all four sides??!! I can't believe I didn't ruin this whole thing. CUT STUFF THE RIGHT SIZE. Good grief.

Went in today to get some cold medicine for my baby. Picked up zarbees medicine with immune support. Price on shelf said 8.99. Plus that has a buy one get one 50 percent off. So I grabbed that and another products. Went to counter to pay, the lady rang up my items but came to $28 total. Which wasnt correct with the $8.99 item and the $ 5.99 item I bought. So I told her that's not what it was priced on the shelf. And she replied well that's what its saying and again i was like no I wouldn't have picked it up and she didnt say anything, she didnt even offer to go check the price on the shelf (I was only costumer). So i paid and went back & sure enough it was priced at $8.99. I told her and she still didnt want to give me the price on the shelf. If my son didnt need it I would have gotten a refund. Will go to different store next time.

It is clean and I get what I need. Except for the redhead who hit on me for the better part of two years. I am sure she was half my age and not clean and nothing what I needed. So super uncomfortable that she even hit on me on front of my wife. That prompted a call to the manager which still didn't get her fired.

Walgreens on Waterloo Rd is closed! I just left there at 6:34pm. The sign at the drive thru pharmacy says they are open Monday thru Sunday 9a to 5p.But it says online that they're open If you need meds you should get there before 5pm

I always buy my daughters formula here. I always have. Since I've switched to enfamil toddler transitions, stage two, Walgreens never has it in stock. Plus I always get coupons for 4 dollars off the purchase of two, but they never have two in stock. I've even called, and they seemed to not know what to do.

The Pharmacists have zero common sense. They ALL go to lunch at one time, which closes down the WHOLE Pharmacy?!?? You'd think some would go to lunch ... then come back ... then another couple go to lunch.But not the E.Waterloo Walgreens Pharmacy.Stupid!

The pharmacy here will end up killing someone. Been getting my prescription here for about 8 months and every single month they have messed my prescription up. This month was the last straw. Taking my business elsewhere. To top it off the people follow you around like your going to steal. Very uncomfortable.

I hated going to Waterloo Walgreen pharmacy They have very bad coustomer service specially the older lady that she worked there she treated the customers like a trash. i wish i can give them zero Star.

Had something made for Christmas talked to someone from there staff today they told me they were open till 10 I got there at 8 to pick my Christmas gift up and all the lights are on and the doors are locked what a joke I waited for 2 weeks for the Christmas gift to be made and shipped here

Been getting medicine here for 5 years with the same medicine and same insurence. And all of a sudden I can't get it? Employees were very harsh and not helpful what so ever . Very rude. Will not be coming back.
