I have been using this pharmacy for 5+ years and have never been disappointed with them until recently. The woman who works at the drive through pharmacy window is extremely rude and makes me anxious to even pick my prescriptions up as I know it’s going to be a rough transaction. The past few times I’ve gone they haven’t had my prescriptions ready and the short hours make it hard to stop in the morning before work (before 8am) or even after on my way home (After 6pm). I understand that with short staffing it can be tough but being kind goes a long way. Please do better.

This is the worst pharmacy. My daughter has type 1 diabetes. They are out of insulin 60% of the time and it takes multiple days for them to restock. They seem to be completely unaware that people with diabetes need insulin to live. We are switching to Sand Run Pharmacy.

My doctor told me to test my blood sugar and called in scrips for testing materials. I picked up the test strips and when I was opening the box, I realized that they had expired on April 30, 2023. The second box expired on March 31, 2023. When I called the pharmacy to ask if they were ok, I was told they were fine. I asked why I had to pay $45 after insurance for expired meds. After realizing I was getting frustrated she put me on hold to ask the pharmacist. I was on hold for 15 minutes. I think they were hoping I would hang up and go away. The pharmacist told me they would probably be okay. I asked how far after the expiration date was okay and she said 3-4 months. I let her know one box was March and the other was April. She said she would give me new boxes but they closed in 6 minutes and if I could get there in time she would give me new test strips. When I got there in 2 minutes, she said she appreciated "my understanding" and she was " cleaning house". Her "cleaning house" was getting rid of old meds to whomever they could pawn them off on. I googled if test strips could be used after expiration while waiting for her to come to the phone and test strips could be inaccurate after expiration. What if I had believed her and reported false information to my doc? Would I be on diabetes meds unnecessarily? I'll be calling my doc office to find out where to report this on Monday. This is scary!

I waited at this pharmacy 10 minutes listening to the pharmacist and team members joke about yellow "party plates" (DUI plates), only to not even get the most important Rx I needed - my INSULIN. It was accidentally filled at another location so I either had to drive there or wait for a couple days for them to get the Rx in stock at this location.I ended up driving to the other location where it was supposedly filled and they said they didn't have it either. Everyone was pointing fingers and nobody was helping. Just a horrible way to do business... I'm cancelling all my prescriptions here and moving to MAIL ORDER through my insurance company.

I love Walgreens they have great prices on the medicine that I need to get ASAP when I'm sick and they have been providing me with my prescription medications now for over 10+ years and they have not once ever made a mistake and they are always very fast and accommodating when it comes to my medications.

The pharmacy is never opened anymore. They are closed on the weekends...seriously, who closes their pharmacy on weekends?? They are only open 10-6 M-F! What are people supposed to do when they work? They can't blame it on not being able to find help, there is literally a CVS across the parking lot and they are open 7 days a week. We've been LONG time customers and we are now switching to CVS because of this.

I selected this store on the app and found construction paper for instore pickup delivery and shipping for $2.99. At the register it rang up for $4.99. I showed the cashier the app and he said oh it's not an ad it's the price. He had to ask the manager how to discount it and then the manager copped an attitude and said it can vary by store. I said well right here I have your store selected and it says pick up, delivery shipping and he tried to argue with me. Said I'm sorry you're mad, then said I don't have to give you the discount. I said I'm not mad about the price I'm mad you are trying to argue with me about your price on the website. I said you know what I'll buy somewhere else. And he had a nasty tone like oh ma'am bye have a nice day. So he didn't care to have my business and I won't be back. Because all of that was uncalled for.

Never had an issue in 5 years of using this pharmacy until last Tuesday evening 11/22. I waited in line at the drive thru window starting at 5:40. It was a long line, but I didn't mind waiting. Once 6:00 came around, I was the second car in line. At exactly 6:00, the pharmacy tech put up the closed sign and she literally ran as fast as she could from the window so that the other cars couldn't see that she was in there. I've never seen anything so unprofessional. Turns out, my prescription wasn't even filled anyway despite the pharmacy technician assuring me earlier in the day over the phone that the medication would be filled before closing time. Terrible experience all around and will be switching pharmacies.

Whoever the older lady is sitting in the chair at the front counter needs a flipping attitude check. It's notMarla, she's always amazing with me. This old lady is rude, gets in my face, never polite. I am always extremely polite asking how their day is etc, and she's always catching an attitude with me for no reason. She acts like a real child and is extremely stuck up. I am a regular here and this lady drives me nuts. She's slow, she's rude, and holds up the line constantly. It took her 10 minutes to check me out for two items at one point. Replace this woman!!

I understand that short staffing makes it necessary to close the pharmacy unexpectedly. But it is unacceptable for this location’s system to keep receiving prescriptions while closed. Especially when other locations are unable to see the prescriptions to fill in this location’s behalf. This has happened repeatedly.

I mostly do pick up orders and the worker/cashier Marla is so rude. She never greets you, always huffin/puffin when she has to ring me out or just hand me my items, and/or rolling her eyes. The other staff I’ve dealt with is super nice, but Marla needs a new attitude or a new job. I normally ignore her, but it’s becoming ridiculous & frustrating! Store is clean & well stocked!

This is the best Walgreens in the area. They have several long term employees here that are amazing. Their pharmacy is great and we had all our vacs here with no problem. We moved and I tried another Walgreens - not the same at all. I will drive the extra mile from now on.

Very disappointed with the pharmacy and I do understand the staff shortage, but I have made 2 attempts to pick up my pain medication, which is ready, for I had a hip replacement 2 days ago and can't even retrieve my medication. Very disappointed. Will never use this Walgreens again.

I placed a same delivery on 2/26/23 for over $200. The delivery service Doordash sent my items to the wrong address. There was medication in there and the pharmacy was closed over the weekend. It's Wednesday and I still don't have a refund

Beware the food. Today, 11/20, I bought something from the cooler. A few bites in, I noticed it didn't taste right. I checked the wrapper, it expired October 5th. This is not the first time I've noticed food I just purchased from Walgreens 1925 W. Market was very expired. The manager (You know who you are) might want to start managing and stop selling spoiled food. Check and rotate your stock. 16 year old grocery store employees can do it, you certainly should be able to.

***(MUST READ BEFORE YOU SHOP @ ANY WBA INC.)*** Pharmacy is great at this location and the store is clean but, some the cashier do not have good costume service at all ( I wrote review a few months back on this location and I guess the store associates read the first post now when I go in the store I'm been followed like I stealing I guess as a retaliation for my first post yap, the truth hurts. "Walgreen's (WBA) is vindictive so, be ware when posting comments online I'm seriously thinking about changing my pharmacy to (CVS) if this continues".... Walgreen's the (store) is straggling financially their profits are way down for this year (2019) and the only thing keeping Walgreen's in business is the pharmacy period. There has been no annual growth in revenues at (WBA) INC. "Much thanks to Walgreens (WBA) INC. CEO/Owner Stefano Pessina the largest shareholder lost 1.2 billion all in one day at the stock market and is unfit to even be *(CEO)*. Walgreens Boosts Alliance INC. is projected in 2020 to close 750 stores nationwide if not more locations and there has not been an offical anouncement to the public. Walgreens has been very deceptive in their business practices. I made the move to *(CVS)* pharmacy /store they have a more professional crew and I am much happier now. I encourage all Walgreens customers to do the same before Walgreens Boost Alliance INC. tanks in 2020 and go out business nationwide for good. Due to sloppy over site and management). This krusty the clown (Stefano Pessina) who is a rich careless multi billionaire needs to step down immediately as CEO of WBA INC. # WBA INC. regroup 100%!
