We take all of our pets to Valley Hospital. We have two cats and two dogs.The front desk staff s very courteous and always smiling and helpful. They are a pleasure to have take care of our appointments. They have went above and beyond several times for me.The vet techs are also very kind and patient. They listen with empathy and make the visit stress free for our pets.Vet wise...I usually see Dr. Fox mostly but have had Dr Manz too.I love them both and they are very respectful of our choices of care while also educating us on processes.Highly recommend.

This office is perfect, they welcome you. They make you feel calm. They're very helpful. They listen to you. They'll answer whatever question you have without rushing you. They're a great, great place to go to for your dogs or cats. And I love how they have a whiteboard in the waiting area with your pet's name on it for the day of your appointment.

I have been taking my cat (s) to Valley Animal Hosptial for over 20 years. They are excellent in caring for my cat. From Dr. Joanna Manz to now, Dr. Makiko Mizutani. I can not say enough good things about the staff at the front desk ( like, Kia and others) and the Vet Techs ( like Andy, Maggie and others). It is always an excellent experience from beginning of my appointment until the end. They are caring, professional, friendly, efficient, very thorough in their examinations and diagnosis of my cat's health and well being, compassion and loving towards my pet. Overall- EXCELLENT. Our previous vet stopped taking dogs and I ended up giving it a shot here and have to say the entire staff went above and beyond. I was a little abrasive and untrusting given the circumstances. However, the Dr and staff remained kind and compassionate throughout the process. During her dental exam the dr noticed what looked like cancer and upon further investigation that’s exactly what it was. I’ve had these skin spots checked through my girls life and have always been told they are not a concern. I am eternally grateful for everything your staff did for me even when I wasn’t being kind. Crystal made sure both Aria and I were comfortable throughout the process. Thank you all so much!

Took my dog to get a biopsy and the staff is so nice and experienced. I like all the days they are open and how many vets they have on staff and that they can do a lot of procedures in the office instead the animal hospital. Highly would recommend. I give them a 100%

If you truly care about your pet don’t bring them here. They genuinely do not care about your pet whatsoever and will be extremely rude to you, they will tell you this word for word… “We are not the cheapest vet”, and “We are not the best vet” So if you’re not the best vet why do you charge like you are? If you even question the prices they will tell you “You’re difficult to work with” and tell you to go to go to another vet and refuse treatment. After asking legitimate questions about the differences of levels of blood tests regarding prices after being told it was $100 it was $177.50. Then they call oh he needs another blood test to “ensure accuracy” that’s gonna be another $132. Did they send me either of those results NO. and your expected to just believe them! They will not tell you and then just repeat the steps over again with their key phrases.DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS

I am so happy I chose valley animal hospital! I moved up here for school and I have taken my pets to the same veterinarian for years so leaving that vet was hard. I have taken my cat to 2 other veterinarian offices prior to valley the past 4 years and it was more of establishing care in case of an emergency. Once I found valley animal hospital, this changed. I had adopted a new kitten and my resident cat was NOT a fan and she shut down. I was able to make an appointment and bring in my resident cat and they took great care of her and gave me very helpful tips and tricks. The office reminds me a lot of the one I loved back in Columbus. The staff is amazing and the facility is very clean. I look forward to going back! I established care for my new kitten a few days after I brought in my distraught cat and every staff member I saw, asked how the resident cat was doing even though I did not have her with me. Knowing they went out of their way to remember their furry patients is what stands out the most to me.

Truthfully, I never leave reviews but I am so incredibly impressed by Valley Animal Hospital. My pet got sick on Sunday, and I had an appointment the following Monday. The staff have all always been incredible. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and make all the effort to make you and your pets comfort level a priority. They stayed late on a Monday night to answer all my questions and make sure I felt better about my sick pet. My dog has a Japanese based name and everyone in the office made an effort to pronounce it correctly. The veterinarians are all awesome. They get on the floor with your pet and get to know them. They always give my dogs a lot of attention. Valley Animal Hospital is the best out there!

My dog Maandu's eye had to be removed because of Dr. Fox's misdiagnose. Maandu had a serious eye problem yet Dr. Fox examined and diagnosed as superficial and OK. THE VERY NEXT DAY of Dr. Fox's last checkup of his eye (She said that it'd heal rapidly), his eye got ruptured!!! THE VERY NEXT DAY!! She didnt even show any sympathy or apologize for her horrible mistake. DONT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL TO PROTECT YOUR PETS FROM ANY HARMS.

The folks at Valley Animal are terrific. Had an experience with my dog being allergic and they went out of their way to make sure he was taken care of and did not charge for all the precautions they took to make sure he was out of danger! Trust them implictly with my fur babies!

Has been great with me and my cat since 2019 . Staff andd vets always kind, receptive understanding and take care to deal with his health issues and needs and my concerns. Dr fox has been wonderful with him and me. My only issues now are the appointment app and the wait for an appt. I realize they have a thriving practice and they ARE wonderful but the app is a bit cranky. I also had thought when we started that we could build a relationship with one vet since they had several I thought were full time. . Covid and vet shortages altered that as did a growing practice. But they ARE the best for human and animal alike!ey are the best for ani

This is the best vet ever! My baby pictured below got hit by a car yesterday when he got off his leash. I called them in tears and begged them to let me bring him in even though I only had fifteen dollars....They let me bring my baby in! My Tyler was fine but I would of felt so bad if they would not of seen him. They took us in the back the moment we got there and had no issues with checking him over fully for damage. It may be a little more expensive here but the prices are still reasonable and I love the staff. They do a great job taking care of my dogs and they have the highest technology to make sure they can find if anything is wrong with your pet. I will always take my pets here.

I cannot give high enough praise to this clinic. Dr. Robert’s fit my dog in for an urgent surgery same day, and it’s clear to see that she is a highly talented surgeon. The staff was friendly and caring, facility is clean, and the price for the surgery was unbeatable. I live about 45 min away, but will never take my animals anywhere else. Vet tech was very unfriendly and dismissive. We’ve spent thousands with this place with our various animals. We’ve gone for over five years- super disappointing. Service has gone downhill.
