Staff was friendly but way overpriced and they don't explain everything to you like they should. I had my dog have an c section and fixed same time but they didn't say she wouldn't be able to nurse them or bond with them. It should have been brought to our attention then we would have waited. So now we up bottle feeding these puppies. Over 2000$ later.

First visit, everyone pleasant, efficient and gentle with my dog, Kira. Corey (vet tech) and Dr. K were so good with her, she felt comfy with them both right away. Next visit surgery, again we were treated so good from moment we walked in until the moment we walked out. Everything was explained in details easy to understand. I would recommend this facility and staff to anyone looking for a facility for your pet that is gentle and caring.

The best veterinary office I've taken my pets to! The reception staff is always friendly and provides everything I need for the pet insurance claims. The techs go over what to expect during the visit, costs, and why it's necessary. Dr. Hyde did such a a great job with my dog's dental care that he was excited to be back in the office for his checkup after the procedure. I've seen this clinic participating in community events, like bark in the park, and I was referred by Dr. Horst. Best decision ever! The most comprehensive care for your pet. Thank you all!

EXCEPTIONAL Vet Dr. Bradley and very caring staff!Vet accepted us as an emergency walk-in for a neck wound/bite after we had been turned away at 2 other vet clinics (including our regular vet) because the other clinics were not accepting walk-ins.Our small, injured dog received first-rate care at a very reasonable price, despite it being an urgent matter.Very grateful!Highly recommend!

Daisy our pet was very sick with diarrhea and throw up. We took her to Med Vets in Copley at 1:00 am. They treated her symptoms. Since she is a very loved and vital member of our family we decide to follow up with our vet (Turkeyfoot veterinary). We were able to get her appointment with Dr. K the same day. He put our minds to rest that Med Vets had given her the correct treatment.

My brothers dog went to the vet they treated him an upper respiratory infection, and did blood work! That was $389 dollars! We did everything the vet said to do! Called several times. The vet would tell us to feed him rice and chicken and cooked hamburger not greasy. Then the vet was called a week later he was throwing up green bile, they got him in the next day. Now the dog was sick! The doctor gave shots and Liguid and blood work! This was almost $900 dollars! Now the vet that seen the dog was a female! They called the next day and said the was in kidney failure it was in stage 4! I called the vet and she called me back and I asked her why she did what she did with the shots and all , they were 2 antibiotics shots and was given Liguid! I asked her several questions and the one question I asked she answered she knew there was more serious things going on the the dog! Now she is telling me there are treatments they can get the give the dog! But the one thing we have to do is try and get the dog to eat! The dog would not eat or drink the last 2 days for us! Every time he did eat or drink nothing stayed down! Now the vet knew he was throwing up green bile! The day before he went in the next day! We followed everything the vet said! Now the dog had to be put to sleep yesterday. The dog suffered alot in the week ! Calls were made almost everyday and they didn’t seem concerned, my brother trusted the vet this vet gave him hope! Now the dog is gone it’s hard. We all loved him! This place cares more about money them the animal! When she seen the dog in the second appt, and when I spoke to her she said there was more serious issues with the dog! But yet treated him with antibiotics and gave him more meds not knowing what was wrong with the dog. If your a vet, I would think she should know more! To treat the dog not knowing what was wrong with him! My other brother had a dog with the same symptoms and the vet took blood work before treating him! Telling me my brother it could be kidney failure. Now if the vet had any since a s knew what she was doing she would of waited for the bloodwork to come back before giving any treatments. The fluid was fine to give him everything else she did was wrong! Find a vet that cares about the dog and you! Not greedy for money! That’s what happened in this case ! I put this in there Facebook and they deleted the comment! On Facebook it give them a 4.6 rating . They only leave the positive comments so people think they areGood! Don’t take you dog to this place they care more about the money then the pet or the owner ! I talked to two other vets and they would if waited to treat the dog!

I took my almost 13 yrs old Sheltie, Rafiki (Rafi) to Turkey Family Pet Center Friday Feb 3 2024. I thought I would not bring him home. The assistant Corey was so sweet to my dog. Carried him to and from the car into and out of the office. He loved on him and was so helpful. We think he has cancer from the blood work but his issue that day was mobility and he is old and has arthritis. Corey did see him get up and walk some so Dr Horst decided to try Carprofen and Antibiotics to see if we got lucky and had more good time with him! Well it's Wednesday now and he has been doing real good. He can get up and down himself, go up and down stairs and walk the fenced in yard. I will take what time I can with my lovable companion as long as he's not suffering. Thank you so much Dr Horst and Corey. And thank you to the whole staff. Everyone was pleasant and compassionate! The waiting room is beautiful and very relaxing.

Everyone there is caring and concerned when my pets come in feeling horrible. I would entrust my pets care to all of the drs there. They dont stop investigating the cause of their sickness. In no time they feel better and continue to live their best lives at home.

My previous vet had closed last year, and I was so worried about going somewhere that was not only affordable but that was comfortable for my animals, and I have to say we are so happy with choosing Turkeyfoot Family Pet Center. The staff was amazing, the vet tech went thru the whole process with me and my cat, explaining what they were looking for and how much each step would cost. The vet was super chill which put my cat at ease, and was very thorough. This was my first visit, will update more after future trips.

Wonderful, full service practice. Great doctors, caring nurses, and interested in your input. They are capable of doing expansive testing, and they will work with you if you cannot afford everything your pet needs by whittling down to what you can get on that day.NO good veterinarian can work for free. Animal health care is expensive. With new technology you need to expect higher costs. It costs them, so it's going to have to cost you if they want to stay in business.The insurance companies are not ideal, but if you are going to invest in an animal, you should get insurance for it because you will need it eventually. The less healthcare an animal gets when it is healthy, the more it will cost later once it becomes ill.I think that the pricing here is fair, but it isn't cheap. I pay it because I need to, and I want my money to support a place that cares about the animals they treat. I fully recommend this business.

In the past I took my dog to Banfield but have had bad experiences with dog and wallet as they are extremely pricey for their services. We acquired a female retriever and due to age and having a male Sharpei she needed shots and spayed. Not only were their prices affordable but the staff was very friendly and they were able to fit us in immediately. I highly recommend this Vet Clinic and I will definitely be using them in the future.

After years of taking my dogs elsewhere it was time for a change. I love coming here. The staff is super friendly, and always very helpful. I appreciate all they do!! The doctor's actually listen to any concerns and address them accordingly, which is hard to find now a days!!

After having a horrible experience at one of the areas "top pet hospitals," we were referred to Turkeyfoot by a different vet office. This clinic was heaven-sent. Our elderly dog had fallen ill, and we were at the end of our rope. We couldn't find any local veterinarians who were accepting new patients, and our baby needed immediate medical attention. Turkeyfoot was able to get our boy in quickly. Even though we were early for our appointment, they took us early and provided top notch care in a very timely manner. We were most impressed with the professionalism of the staff, and the cleanliness of the office. Our baby is 13. We know we don't have many more years left with him. But after our experience today, we know he will be in good hands with this amazing staff. Thank you so much! ❤️

They saved my little Cinnamon!!! She had a open pyometra and needed surgery right away..they got in there and found a huge tumor on her ovary and did an AMAZING job getting everything out and taking care on my pup pup!!! Thank you so much everyone!!! Amazingly caring, kind and talented staff. 💚🐕💚

This is by far the best vet office we have ever taken any of our dogs to. The people are extremely friendly and helpful. There is a pet Inn right in the same building and they were nice enough to give us a tour. The Inn was perfectly clean and well taken care of as were the dogs in their care at the time. My pomeranian may not like the vets office but I will be glad to take her back there again and again.

My fur buddy loves this place as much as we do! The care, love and attention starts with the front desk staff and continues through out the visit. You know it’s the right place to be when your pet is excited about their visit and shows no stress or hesitation even meeting new Doctors or Staff!! They have become family. Have been going here for 11 years now and am happy with the care my pugs receive. We have now seen all vets on staff who are caring and answer all my questions regarding our "new normal" which one pug being diagnosed with diabetes on April 1st. As they have gotten older with medical issues, we boarded them for a week as well and besides the fact they wanted to come home, they seemed to be well taken care of. Only thing that did not get done was my request for a bath the Friday before I picked them up on Saturday.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Primarily, we have been using the doggie daycare services, and our dog has a great time. The staff has been amazing, and they treat my dog as if he were theirs. Highly recommend!

Was looking for a new vet due to moving from Akron, closer to north canton. Employees were nice. However, the prices are a bit higher than I’m used to. They did try to work with me on that for my dogs medication. Upon trying to call in his refill I was told until he had more blood work done, they wouldn’t be able to. I was not made aware of this initially, and would have budgeted my month differently if I was. They also called me back to check up on how he was doing about 3 times during my work hours, when I had already left a voicemail update after the first call.

We sadly had to put our pet hampster to sleep due to some complications of his bowels. I called around all morning to find a vet that was affordable and willing to euthanize our sweet fur ball on a Saturday at that, so my hope was running out as we were turned away from several hospitals. Turkeyfoot fit us in last minute, and helped our little fur ball pass over the rainbow bridge peacefully. We cannot thank the awesome caring staff enough for this, I have two sweet little girls who were very thankful to put their hampster in caring hands.

Our family was very impressed with our experience at Turkeyfoot. We had to put our beloved dog, Chance, to sleep om March 10th. Everyone was so compassionate and patient. They gave us as much time as we needed. We asked for a paw print and they did that for us and then a nose print. The company they use for cremation services went above and beyond what we expected. Highly recommend.

The staff and vets are amazing! The only complaint that I have is price. 750.00 for yearly shots and check up is highway robbery. I will do anything for my old boxer but when your vet bill causes you to skip a car payment and go without other things, that’s just crazy. I can understand if it’s an emergency with X-rays and lots of testing and all. But for basic yearly shots? I will continue to take my baby to them because they are wonderful with her and know her conditions. Just don’t understand why such basic things are so very expensive.
