Very clean store. All three staff members were customer oriented. Ramona answered my questions over the phone with kindness, enthusiasm and professionalism. Once I arrived, Kimberly took care of me. She was a delight and willing to go above and beyond in finding everything for my project. If you could duplicate these ladies for all stores people would rave over the service and atmosphere. Thank you for the great shopping experience!

Went to Tractor supply Lakemore plaza. Dude almost ran us over in the store pushing his lift. Saw my kids and just trucked on down the isle. Asked another guy for gravel, he said they had none. Asked someone else, was told "I don't know."Person 3 pointed and I Don't know maybe over there.What the heck happened to customer service?BTW, the DO have gravel, under the white rents in the parking lot.It's pitiful that a store I used to go to all the time is just another place I will try to avoid

I was helped. Given that I am disabled I had direction and help throughout my entire shopping experience down to loading my car. The young gentleman did that helped me was so polite and so nice. I wish I could remember his name because he deserves a Raise.

1st time. I loved it. I dont know why I haven't been there before. Went to purchase puppy 5-1 vaccine shots the staff was very helpful and friendly. (A nice change) I forgot what that was like. I had no idea you had such a wide selection of product, inventory . Thank you, and I will be back. Keep up with the good work guys and gals

One lady there is hilarious, she is a front end cashier and is always friendly and helpful. She cracks me up listening in line with other customers. She is a nice "friendly" old fashioned gal that makes going there pleasant.

Always a great place to shop for different things you need. Would have given 5 stars, but some of the things they have are just way overpriced. We always go back tho.

Saw things online that were not in stock when I arrived. They didn't have much gardening stuff out, and most of what they did have seemed pretty random. I guess it's good if you get lucky and they have what you want, but I did not experience that and will not be returning.

I showed up Xmas eve 5mins before they were closing and the staff was so polite in letting patrons know that they were closing! They're also always so helpful and courteous when asking if my doggo can be pet or if he's allowed to have a particular treat they want to offer him!🙏🏻

Went to purchase vaccines for my 8 week old puppies and the staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable. They answered all if my questions and was very patient . I'll definitely be returning for all of my pups needs and other supplies

Purchase some bb guns for my grandson. Text Said They were both in. When I got there only one was there the other 1 was gonna be delivered tomorrow. Good prices the reason for the 4 stars is that I have to make another trip.

They have alot of interesting merchandise. Very helpful if you have a problem, they try to accommodate your needs. They accept credit debit checks and cash.

The amount of items to purchase has drastically been dwindling to absurdity. I had a list of ten items and 1 product, the least desired, was available. Two stars because even though this is a trend of sorts the employees were no help and had to search to find them.... even for the cashier..

They are good people. Always take my German Shepherd puppy in even when she was barking and they insisted she was always welcome. My dog has learned to be more social because they were so cool. The store itself is awesome for what I do.

I had no idea this place had such a variety of goods! Great deals on pet supplies and the best Staff ever! They all remember everyone's Dog's Name! I dont know how they do it! They're always there when I need help and this store always smells really good!

The lady who helped me find the things I needed in the store was very polite and was making my visit pleasant but when I got to check out there was a older lady who was very snooty in a sense. Like I questioned where the bedding was and she said over there and pointed to the door and I didn't notice it. So I said where was it again ma'am and she was like I said it was over there. Like seriously lady.

In general I like this store. I've been to a number of them. However today I purchased a drill press and I was appalled to find the drill stand to be severely covered in rust. I haven't had an opportunity to deal with trying to return it so with me luck! I will follow-up this post with what happens. Maybe even change the number of stars. 🤞
