I have to give it to this place. The staff went above and beyond helping me. I purchased a dog kennel for the first time. The manager was absolutely wonderful with helping me figure out the measurements. Not only did the manager help me but you can tell when a team has a good leader. They all went above and beyond. I asked alot of questions and even had a bit of anxiety because I was purchasing something expensive and important. I paid the night before and picked up the next morning. They loaded up for me and were even concerned on how it laid in the U-Haul making sure I wouldn't ruin the product I was purchasing. It's a wonderful team here. I don't shop here that often. But I tell you what I will find reasons to shop here now because of how I was treated the past two days. Such kindness and willingness to help with urgency. Amazing team you have here!

Not sure why a store selling horse and cattle feed is in suburban Akron, but they do have a decent variety of bird seeds and dog necessities. The gardening area is pretty good too. And the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Where do I even begin? Tractor Supply in Cuyahoga Falls is more than just a store; it's a beacon of exceptional customer service, thanks to the amazing team led by Manager Joe and the outstanding service from Mae.Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for Joe and Mae's exceptional service. We needed a large riding tractor & had already rented a large trailer from a hauling place so we could purchase one from your store. We called ahead to make sure the mower we had selected was in-stock. Sweet Mae answered all of my questions and said she would set it aside to be ready for us to pick up. From the moment we stepped foot into the store, their warmth and kindness enveloped us. Their knowledge and willingness to assist were unparalleled, making us feel welcome & valued.Our recent visit to purchase the riding mower turned into a bit of a predicament when it wouldn't fit onto our rented Uhaul trailer. Cue the stress! But Joe came to our rescue with a solution that not only saved the day but also our sanity. He suggested leaving the Uhaul trailer behind, renting one of their own trailers, and even offered to extend their closing time to accommodate us. All of this was done with a smile and genuine concern for our well-being.Mae's glowing personality and quick action in running the register and getting us checked out didn't go unnoticed. Her warmth and conversation helped ease our nerves during a stressful situation.In the end, it wasn't just about the purchase; it was about the invaluable support and care we received from Joe and Mae. We feel incredibly blessed to have crossed paths with them, a true sign of God's grace and provision.Tractor Supply in Cuyahoga Falls, you've won us over. During a Saturday visit, I entered the first doorway and got blasted in the face by the smell of rotting potatoes and chicken waste. The chick's were all feathered out and jumping from tank to tank. I asked if it was time to discount the birds, so they went to the back of the store to ask the manager but she said, "No." I wanted to use the restroom then to wash my hands after touching the chicken dust covered signs mislabeling the breeds and they were closed due to a lack of water. I counted five employees present, without the manager, which is more than most stores have, yet none offered assistance and I had to stand at the checkout desk for customer service. This is not typical stand of any other TSC to keep such low standards. This is definitely an outlier among the others. I can't imagine how many will enjoy shopping at this location.

The store manager was really helpful, kind and had a warm presence. She was eager to help me and even load heavy bags in my car. People aren’t normal as pleasant! She’s one of a kind!

This is a fairly new store and it is very well stocked! I appreciate that the staff were friendly and that the aisles and displays were neat and clean. I will definitely be coming back!

New nice and clean! I love that they are pet friendly, and they have an awesome pet wash with professional grooming tools. I haven't used them yet but I have only been to this store once!

Very happy to have a tractor supply in my area. Good store good staff very helpful. My only complaint is on the website. They said they don’t refill propane tanks because some locations actually don’t when I went to the store I seen in fact they do offer propane refills, so I brought it to a staff member attention to see if they can change that

Went to TSC for humane trap for catching the feral cats that are coming around our house. Doing TNR 😊😺 Had a good deal for 43.99 and you get two sizes.Very nice workers and clean. Just opened up in April.

Well went to the new one up at the old chapel hill mall.being a intercity farm store they lack a few things the actual country stores carry.i deal with Cambridge tractor supply and akron,and lakemore.youll have my business in Akron that is until they build a rural king.

Started buying stuff from Tractor Supply back when it was just a catalog company. I love it now that we have several in the area. Setting up the app can be a bit wonky at first, but afterwards, it works great.
