Actually I completely agree with you. It's one thing to have mostly all self checkout at most of the grocery and retail stores these days, stuff like that is always easy to quickly scan and bag, but at a place like home Depot, most of the people that go there usually need help from one of the main workers even before they're ready to check out. At that place, they pretty much need assistance the entire time they are in the store.

If I could give zero stars to the customer service department I certainly would. I've called 5 times to inquire about a simple hand rail only to be put on hold and then hung up on or disconnected. Not even to mention the level of rudeness I was met with each time! Get it together customer associates and at least act like you enjoy your job!

I've been spending a lot of money at Home Depot since going back in business for myself a year ago. The customer service has been excellent! The only problem I have found is in some of their pricing. For instance I paid three times the price to buy perforated piping from there in comparison to buying it a quarter mile down the street. Most of their pricing is in line with the other stores but not on every item. I made note of it and will no longer buy my perforated piping from them. Their asociates are very helpful and answer any question you ask. If they can't they'll find someone to contact who can.

I like Home Depot as a store, that's usually where I go for hardware, but this particular store has consistently disappointed me. I came in the entrance and walked up to the return counter because no one acknowledged me. I wanted to make a return back on a gift card but the person on the return line didn't really say anything the whole time. I said I needed to make a return and then he just did it, and said it was back on the card, but I wanted it back on a gift card. This was some of the worst customer experiences I've had at any store.

Laura at what was self checkout is the nastiest employee I have ever dealt with at a Home Depot. I spend thousands of dollars at their franchise annually, she has been rude in the past, but nothing to warrant a negative review until today.

8 self checkout stations, one open, and 3 people including the one employee standing around it looking at phones. I asked if any others could be opened, she just said no, just this one. After 5 minutes, I went to customer service and waited there for five minutes to have someone there check me out with my ONE ITEM. The three were STILL standing at the one self checkout with a huge line. Mind you there were other employees probably 10 walking around and completely ignoring the problem. Absolutely ridiculous!

I dealt with "Art" in flooring. He went out of his way to try and find a product for us that was on clearance. He called us and searched like crazy. Great experience and he wwas very helpful

This visit was to purchase supplies for a DIY wall unit project my husband wanted to build. We loved the selection of grey shelving and the staff were very helpful. An associate by the name of Connor, cut all the sections according to our specs and was very accurate. We also purchased paint and fasteners and were in and out within 2 hours. Great selection, great service!

The customer service at this Home Depot is absolutely horrible! The black gentleman at customer service and returns as soon as I walk up not knowing what they're talking about makes the comment " here's one right here!" And im the only person walking up to return something . Mind you, it's 4 black people both men and women not at their registers but standing in front of the entrance to that side of the store staring out the Windows gossiping about them until he notices me come over and stand in line before saying that to them.......? Then he goes about telling me how I couldn't get $52 back in cash because I paid debit and it has to go back to my debit card?! I don't understand why your store is any different than any other Home Depot? I'm in there every day buying things because I'm a contractor. I don't know why your professionalism is so inadequate that you treat somebody else that way but it's a projection of oneself gossiping like that.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The store has a fairly large selection of hardware, tools, grills, heaters, key fobs, paints, plumbing, wood, gardening equipment, pesticides, etc.

What a joke. I had my mother return some things and they wouldn't return to my card so they did store credit. I go to use said store credit and they won't let me use it because it has to be the person it was issued to. It's my mother and they don't care. Why can't you refund my card? Laziness? Its always a hassle here. Employees are ignorant and don't know what's in their own store. I'm part of multimillion dollar company and this is how they treat paying customers. Lowes it is.

I was kind of last minute to store hours, but knew what I needed and where it is,but an employee at the " pros checkout" was inappropriately rude and singled myself and my colleague and yelled at me and said that it was almost closing time, was rude crude and I will be contacting the stores GM..

The average Home Depot. It's what you expect. Service is good. There is a side entrance off of Killian Rd in case you need the rental store. We had a bad experience with the rental of a pickup truck. The tailgate would not open and the item we were picking up was too heavy to lift out. We spent over an hour back at the store with our item in the truck bed with them trying to help open the tailgate. Eventually they broke it to get it to open and charged us the additional time it took them to mess around with it. We had to fight about the bill with their corporate office in order to get that extra time removed. They did not offer us any $ off for the time we had to waste. Not impressed by the tool rental department, but the store is good.

Look at all these qūèér bîťchès complaining about self checkout, takes a fraction of the time than waiting for someone to cash you out, have never had a problem with any of the self checkout, only bìťçh boys try to cancel self checkout cause they're too rètàrdèd to figure out how they work, I think they are pedos just wanting to come in contact with the highschoolers they hire for cashier positions, self checkout is the best and the rest of the store is superior to Lowes
