I used to like coming here for the WiFi, but the store employees don't like it. I can't tell if they are joking or not. Do I have to buy something to use the Internet? Even if I brought something in, I have to share with them? At least that's how I'm treated every time I stop in. How do I deal with these employees seeking gratifications from me? What did I do? I never get this at any other Sheetz.

I am just totally loving that Ohio has Sheetz now!! This location is newer, super easy to get in and out of. The inside was clean but definitely understaffed! The ladies I saw were KILLING IT though.. even though you could tell the one checkout girl was having a rough go (chin up, you got this!). Love the selection of drinks and prepackaged foods. They have a pretty extensive menu, a little bit for everyone. I would visit again, hands down! Remember to be nice to these workers they are doing everything that they possibly can!

when i say this place has declined BIG TIME the last year or so, i mean it. i’ve been frequenting this sheetz ever since i moved to ohio and it used to be amazing..the last few times i’ve gone in have been especially horrid though. there’s a newer girl who works overnights and she’s the WORST. she goes out of her way to mess things up it seems, as she never can scan my order correctly at the register, or if i’ve needed help at self checkout she just has no idea how to work anything. she couldn’t even use my coupons correctly and it’s not difficult to do. on top of her incompetence, she’s got the most obnoxious attitude i’ve ever seen here, and she’s always rude. i’m done going to sheetz now because of this, learn to train your employees better!!

I really enjoy this Sheetz location. It's nicely located on my commute to work. It's one of the larger that I've been to and even has a nice little dining room.The pumps are all NFC and barcode scanner equipped so I'm able to use my phone for the entire transaction from sheetz card to my credit card. Keeps my wallet lighter and the transaction is quicker!Their fountain soda selection is huge compared to other locations as well which is really cool. I typically just get a black cold brew coffee from the made to order menu. Honestly, there's very little I wouldn't order or eat here. All the food is fresh and delicious. The mozzarella sticks are probably the best food item on the menu. If you use the mobile app and order ahead it'll be waiting on the pick up shelf by the time you walk in!Lastly and personally what I find most awesome is the ATM. It's surcharge free AND it offers 1s and 10s! I use it constantly and it doesn't cost me a dime!Overall great Sheetz location, very clean and very friendly staff.

Waited 15 minutes to get something in the store behind the counter. No sight of a single employee and then when I finally saw an employee he made eye contact and then walked right back to the back of the kitchen. Mind you I was the ONLY person in the store. Absolutly absurd maybe you should have employees stay at the cash register where they belong.When I finally received help 3 employees walked in from outside with trays of food. Priorities are all messed up in this store. Customers should be first.

My father and I stopped in to grab a bite to eat. We ordered and I went up and paid. They gave our food to someone else and then offered us free food coupons. Then after remaking the food they tried to tell us we never paid. The gentleman at the counter stated he rang us out and we paid but that did not make the short heavyset lady happy. So instead of giving us our food she went through the system trying to find a receipt. Finally after 30+ min they found out that he didn’t ring up the food. So they made 2 mistakes and it cost us time. Instead of saying sorry and just giving us our food they made a huge hassle. Had a line out the door had a register tied up for 15+ min and had us pay for our food with our free coupons from there first mess up. The whole situation was handled poorly and the attitude of the heavyset white woman was not professional nor respectful.

Do you like nice gas stations? Do you like gas station food that's actually decent? This is the place for you.I've had some orders that's weren't great before so it's a little hit or miss, but for the most part you'll get something tasty if you get a made-to-order junk food meal.

I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and 4 mini hashbrowns. Normally you order go through the list of toppings and at the bottom it asked do you want to add for example hashbrowns, fries or whatever it is to your order. Hashbrowns was not a option in the topping list. I get my order and see there's not bags of hashbrowns. That they were put on my sandwich. Instead of correcting my order she made me purchase new and told me "You don't know how to just pull them off". Super rude and just all around bad customer service. I do customer service/Tech for living and I know I definitely wouldn't speak to a customer that way.

I love Sheetz, but this location highly disappointed me. I ordered a spicy sausage with pepper jack cheese, and the cheese wasn't even melted and the sausage only a little warm. Did not taste good. Ended up throwing half of it away.....waste of $3.

This is my favorite gas station. I go out of my way to get gas here. Never have issues with the pumps and they have tap to pay on the pumps which is nice. Inside is always somewhat clean, but staff is always nice.

Very good selection of road trip food plenty of fuel pumps no waiting just pull up to one of the many and gas up. Easy access even during the huge road construction job there was always a obvious entry and exit while the roundabout was being put in.

Its hit or miss here so I gave it an average of 3 stars. Except for last evening I'd only give 1. Several times I have ordered the "special" coffee off the screen with a flavor shot only to have it lukewarm and undrinkable. They can't even get a simple, black coffee right. But last evening, I got the Reese's milkshake only to find halfway through, ice cubes galore! They can't even make a shake right. No more drinks of any kind from the MTO kitchen for me!

Good food and service. Coffee creamer machine has to go. I want my half and half right away not over the course of five minutes. Bathrooms are like walking into a freezer. Because of these two factors i am thinking of finding a new place to go. Its a pitty because i spend 30 to 60 dollars a day there on average.

Something about the food here just tastes different than other Sheetz locations. It's not bad, but something is different.The poor reading comes from not having any hot tea!

Love this place! It consistently has relatively cheaper gas prices compared to stations along my Akron-Canton commute, the people inside are always so nice and do their best to have a smile on their faces, and above all else, their food is prepared quickly and correctly.

This location stinks. I paid $2.17 for gas thinking the prices had gone up overnight only to find the next closest sheetz at $1.77. The air pump is ancient vacuum/air pump combo. I left this location to go to another Sheetz for air and food.

I got carded when buying a lighter. I wasn’t even the one paying for it, my fiancé was and he didn’t get carded. I hate going to the sheetz regardless, because they’re always disorganized and rude.

Always a good experience at Sheetz. I often think of Sheetz more for food than fuel.
