Usually well stocked. Meat seems nice compared to most save a lots . Seems clean . Produce can be a little on the yuck side at times . cashiers are fast and friendly .

I have a complaint. When checking out today, there were two cashiers with their lights on. Register 3 was bringing out a customer. Register 2 had their light on with two employees were at the register talking. I came up and put my items on the belt. Both employees walked away. The white female employee must have worked on the floor as stock because that's the direction she walked to. The black female employee walk away into the office and disappeared. The main thing is, if your light is on you should ringing customers.

I this store is trying so hard to accommodate the guests at 9.45pm the produce and display looked good snd the employees could still manage a smile and crack some funnies and that is why I gave extra star for effort because they can’t hide this location and the less than stellar customers such as myself we are low income and sometimes just low life’s I hate to admit but it’s true and I place myself at bottom just to be fair so keep up the good work!

This is a typical Save A Lot... But it's in good location.... I seem to spend a lot of time at this location. I'm so glad that they are here and I hope that they stay a while

The employees are great, they treat you like family. Most of them live close to the store and they understand the struggle of living in SW... They are the reason that the store is succeeding. Good selection and they are open until ten.

I rarely shop at.save a lot. I prefer aldi's but on new years Eve I went in to buy some pork and sourkraut and I could not figure out which bank card I was supposed to be using. So I got decline and the sweet girl working the register was going to pay for my food I was touched but I found the correct card. I wish I would've got her name bless her. So glad to know there are still good hearted people out there.

I don't shop at Save-a-Lot often, but this location was near me and I decided to drop in. I'm so glad I did. I was able to find a couple of seasonings I've been on the hunt for. I also found some great looking smoked turkey necks and smoked turkey wings. I love to add smoked turkey to my beans. It adds great flavor. I'm so glad I didn't have to compromise on flavor with tiny wings. These wings were a great size and best price I've found so far.

I like this particular save a lot store because they are clean and the service is good. They have everything stocked nice and neatly and easy to find. They also have a security guard on duty and that makes me feel safe in a not so great area.

I wish it was open 24/7 I miss the store on tallmadge ave where I used to live it was great being able to go at any time when I needed some munchies.....yes we need a 24 7 store close to me now by Firestone park c'mon it sucks they close so early

Staff was helpful prices are ok. They usually have what I need. Caters to neighborhood just like all stores should. I just wish they would have radishes when I went there the last 3 times.

Pandemic timing has me shopping for groceries at 1130pm sometimes. They're open 24/7 and the employees keep it well stocked and clean for savalot they are more decent than others I've been in. There's never alot of people at night. Do keep in mind the registers close from 11:45pm-12am each evening for banking reasons. I've never been here in the daytime... Savalots not really my go to store.

Giving this place a star because I have no choice... worst customer service ever. The guy cashing me out was rude af! Had issue with my credit card because he didn’t know what he was doing (I’ve use my card here before and no issues and there are funds) and I went to get a different card in my car and he made me wait for him to ring 4 more people and then told me “you gonna have to wait a while” in a really disrespectful way so I just went and did the line again, and after that he kept looking at me in an ugly way when he was ringing me again and when I went to get my stuff he took the cart away from my hands and sent me to get a cart outside so I just grabbed everything and left. I don’t know what’s wrong with him, but people like him are why companies don’t do well. Never coming back here.

Went there last night and employee was standing by carts outside smoking pot. And when we went through her line she reeked of it. Do what you want on own time but the kids coming in dont need to see or smell that.

Good store with great people working the registers, It's close to where I live and they make me feel like I matter as a customer instead of some place that just wants my money and get out of their faces like I'm in their way like most stores here in Akron, thanks Save a Lot we appreciate you and your workers very much!!!

Terrible. As I walked in 2 people were brawling in the doorway. When asked, cashier said it wasn’t his problem. Tried to charge me 10 cents for 1 plastic grocery bag. Greasy. I can’t honestly say a place like this deserves to be in business.

Whoever the meat cutter is should b fired. Beef stew chuck meat was not cut in chunks. Jus shredded and stuck together. Seem lik old meat was put at the bottom and fresher meat was added on top. $26 for spoiled meat

I practically live here..... Hands down best save a lot in Akron the one on Copley sells old spoiled discolored food... Prices are some what high here tho for save a lot

The staff was very rude and cussed at me and my wife. The gentleman who was working closed the location over an hour early. When it closes at 10 p.m. he closed the location around 8:30-8:45 p.m. He then proceeded to cuss and yell at my wife. What he said almost made me lose my composure. Luckily my wife had stopped me. I'm almost done going to that location.
