I had such a positive experience shopping at Rose's Express on Arlington St. Akron OH. The cashier, Vanessa, and her store manager, helped us in our transaction and went out of their way to assist other customers. They were especially concerned for a disabled customer, in that they receive any help necessary. I just felt uplifted by the compassion these employees had for their shoppers. AND their store is so clean and organized! 5 star store!!

I bought an iPhone charger at the store. It cost like $11.00. I had it less than a week. I misplaced the receipt. Anyways I was talking on my phone and the charger caught on fire right near the plug in. I called the store explained the situation to the manager and asked them to replace it. Talk about rudeness. They cashier told me that it wasn’t her fault and she didn’t care that the charger had caught fire. But they did not offer returns with it without the receipt. Shame on you guys knowingly selling items that are defective and catch fire.

I've gone in there about 5 times during the year and they NEVER restock the men's Hanes underwear. They have 3 sizesSmall (28 -32 waist)XXL/XXXL (42-52 waists)So really skinny or really fat. The other 85% of people are normal sizes. Not at Rose's. They never have Hanes underwear M, L or XL.But they have probably 150 packs of Hanes tube socksYour ordering choices and or restocking is terrible.Common Sense. Hmm maybe mix in ordering a Medium and Large.

Roses is right by my house so I go here lots , I love this store... Have been there during this Christmas. 2018 holiday season and have had nothing but good experiences even when lines are extremely long but they are everywhere at this time of year, employees have been nothing but helpful & nice.. Keep up good work , Merry Christmas !!!

Bad shopping experience... Cashier put me on the men side to try on my clothes and then the manager came in pretending to be maintenance.. Basically he told me i shouldn't be in here and i tried to explain that the cashier put ne on this sideand he just shut the door while i was talking... Rude...

The prices on the toys are all restaged 5 dollars higher than the original price so watch the prices on everything
