This pharmacy is almost always a headache to deal with. Waited on the phone for nearly 30 minutes just to get on the phone with a pharmacist and was then put on hold for longer. Whoever I talked to was short, did not answer my question, and essentially hung up on me without answering my question. All I wanted to know was if they could fill my prescription or if I needed to reach out to my doctor to send in a new one. It is obvious that they want to do anything but answer phone calls. I still don't know if my meds are going to be there when I show up. Unfortunately, it is Friday so I was really needing an answer to this issue today. I get they are short handed, but medication is not something I can afford to mess around with. I will be getting my prescription sent in elsewhere from now on. Today was the last straw.

Pretty much the same as the other reviews they are rude and unprofessional. They don’t ever answer the phone and when you go in they have an attitude especially the male pharmacist rolling his eyes every time someone pulls up to the window or the phone rings. My dad’s doctor tried calling numerous times last week and no answer. I tried and no answer. The only reason my dad goes there it’s right by his house and he don’t drive. What makes it bad and y I’m doing this is because my dad is on hospice and needs his meds.

I’ve been forced to use this pharmacy because the Rite Aid on Cleveland Ave NW was closed, and I’ve had a consistently horrible experience. Slow service, and the pharmacy won’t even answer their phone. This is obviously fostered by Rite Aid corporate, so no wonder stores are closing. I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere in the future.

Hard to get them on the phone, though I know they are busy. The last male who answered I do not know if he understood me. I don t think he looked up any thing. I' ;; just have to wait and hope the meds are right and my allergies are noted.

I'm so mad, upset and fedup! This pharmacy has given my nerves a testing! I tried to order my refills on-line several times and it just hour glasses, I tried 3 different computers and get the same result. So i called in my prescription and requested to pick up in 24 hrs in the late afternoon. I go to pick it up and the guy behind the counter says "its not ready we're behind" I was so ticked i just walked out before i said something i would regret. 10 mins later i get a flipping text that says my prescriptions are ready, after i was no where near the store anymore. Today i need more refills go on line and once again the site is not letting me refill it just hour glasses, So i call the pharmacy to find out why it's not working and no one picks up the phone, go figure. I'm transferring to CVS, why keep putting my self through this.

Pharmacist at the drive through was rude, have been calling the pharmacy for 10 minutes with no answer and have been repeatedly hung up on. Once I finally did get an answer the pharmacist was rude and placed me on hold for 30+ minutes.

This pharmacy make me feel like an inconvenience any time I go to pick up a prescription. There are a couple that are pleasant and welcoming there but most are very unpleasant and it makes me feel so anxious before going to pick up prescriptions. I use this pharmacy because of the convenient location.I try to pull up also and not ring the button but lately I'm unsure of how long to wait before pressing it. The one lady got so mad that I pressed it and I didn't know that they get notified once I pulled up so the next time I went, I just sat there for 7 minutes before the pharmacist happened to walk past and saw me there waiting and called for one of the assistants. I'm not picking up prescriptions to ruin their day.

Seriously the pharmacy is a joke anymore! I have been filling meds here forever! There's MAYBE two pharmacists that are pleasant and respectful. The others possess a level of incompetence and disrespect I don't even have an explanation for as to why they are in customer service let alone a pharmacist. For instance today I called to check on my husband's meds which were called in LAST NIGHT well for one I had to spell his name THREE DIFFERENT TIMES and give his birthday four times for them to ask if it was something else. Then they finally get it and the second one still won't be ready for another hour??? Seriously this is ridiculous. Please get friend competent people back in this pharmacy.

I tried calling no one every answer the phone. So one day I went in the store as I called and the phone wasn't even ringing. As if they turned the phones off. This is getting so bad corporate needs to step in and help this store. I have been going her for 30 years. Since it was a store in the plaza.

I have been going to this rite aid for a good 16 years. Over the last 6 months I have disrespected and they do not have it together anymore. I used to give them high praise but as of today when they got my prescription at 12:48 and I just called at 4:15 to be told won't be ready till maybe 7:30. This is unacceptable and I am looking for another pharmacy.

Due to the national medication shortage I had to call around looking for my medication. Spoke to a woman named Brittany who was rude and unwilling to help. She said she can’t fill my medicine because “her customers” are going to need it eventually. Worst customer service ever and no compassion. Wouldn’t even tell me if any other locations had anything in stock. Every other pharmacy I spoke to at least told me what they had in stock so I could talk to my doc and work out a prescription that would work. :(

Went to get my meds today. I waited at drive up window for 15 minutes. Every day they text with different meds I need to pick up, instead of grouping them together. To tip it off you go to go inside and an employee is smoking right at the door. I'm disabled and waiting for a lung transplant. I'm about to switch pharmacies. This company does everything, but be a professionally ran pharmacy. Sad very sad.

Every time you go up there, they are working on your prescription. 45 min to an hour they say, every time. I had prescription ready and the pharmacist asked me what are you looking for? Duh my medicines. They always only have one pr two people working. It really must be hard to count pills. So unorganized and unprofessional. BIG PHARM WINS AGAIN. a pharmacy that can't even get your prescriptions on time or in stock.

Pharmacy is so slow. Not the first month this happens. I take off work for my doctors apt and go to this Pharmacy cause by my doctor and I used this Pharmacy as a child when I lived near it. Now a refill they tell me is 2 hours for a refill. So I either have to miss 2 more hours of work or drive to work then 30 min back to pick up. Not to mention the way they make me feel less of a person needing meds. I will no longer be a customer. And they still treat my family and friends like they did me. Marcs Pharmacy down the street was about 55 percent cheaper on the same meds and they great u by name and longest wait I had 15 min tops. They know u have a life and don't hold u hostage.

This has to be the slowest pharmacy ever! Went through the drive thru for drive up Covid test which we had appointment for literally waited 15 minutes for someone to wait on me! Then they made us pull away and wait for call when ready. Well then they called us back they had the insurance entered incorrectly so we had to give them the card pull away and wait again. I had to miss work due to this slowness!

I looked at multiple stores for little swimmer diapers for babies. I went to Dollar General, Giant Eagle & Marc's looking for those swimmers. No luck at any of those stores. Rite Aid was my last stop. I was so relieved to see them in Rite Aid on the shelf by the diapers. The employee at the check out informed me they always carry these swim diapers here. Great to know!

The pharmacists have always been great to me, this location has had the fastest average time to fill my prescriptions of any place I've been; in fact I think the longest wait I have had there was still quicker than the average time at many other places.

I was looking for an emergency tube of orajel but didn't have enough for the name brand stuff the nice lady at the checkout gave a good recommendation that the one I was buying was just as good even though it was mostly a third lesson price so knowing that I would definitely say this place is a great place to shop thank you
