Don’t sign up for Spot Pet Insurance (run by this company.) It is a poorly run scam veiled in marketing. Spot has awful, inconsistent customer service and will run you around in circles for them to get documentation. Then they will lose this documentation, and ignore your emails for weeks. I have to imagine this poor management of Spot is reflected in PTZ’s general services as well. AVOID!

Got fired after 6 months due to something on my background check that i told them about when i got hired. They called me to fire me & gave no notice of this. They fire a lot of people for a company who needs more employees. They try to make it seem like they are a “family” and preach about their company culture. Theyll send you lots of gifts and butter you up & then they will fire you out of nowhere. They also dont pay out vacation time when they fire you. Poor communication and very unprofessional
