This is our 1st time here. I must say the shop was clean and the ladies were friendly and fast. I dropped my baby off and was called within a hr. I love his trim and the shape of his paws. He is nice and soft perfect nail trim as well. I definitely recommend and now have a new groomer. Thanks ladies!

DO NOT GO TO THIS GROOMER!!!! The owner is rude and abrupt - when I inquired about their scheduling she told me she didn’t feel the need to explain herself to me. SERIOUSLY?!? They were also charging me $50 for the same services they gave my friend $35 for.

I took my dogs there for the first time on August 26th, within an hour of arriving home all three of my dogs were sneezing and one had a very runny eye and another had a red eye with some watery discharge. I took my worst of the 3 dogs to the Vet to find out they damaged the cornea of his eye and now he may go blind 😭 When I called they said I signed a consent form that they are not responsible for anything thathappens to your pet. They were not even concerned when I called back to tell the the Vet report. I HIGHLY recommend you don't take your pets there.. I am appalled by there non caring response to my dog possibly going blind..DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR PETS!!!!!

Let me say first, that I have been a customer of this groomer for a couple years until my dog passed away. A year and half later, I now have a new dog. Naturally, for his first puppy cut I took my dog to the same groomer . I wasn't pleased after the first cut, but i figured i would give them another chance and i called to set up his next cut. A young sounding women answered my call. I wanted to get some instructions and asked how we can make sure the next groomiing session was done right. She continued to talk over me. This a form of disrespect that I do not tolerate. however, i realize that we can all be nicer in this crazy world so I asked the young lady politely, not to talk over me. However, to my surprise at that time she suggested to me that I DO NOT BRING MY dog to their place. My exact reply was “ you are right “and I thanked her for her suggestion and wished her a good day.I am so sorry for individuals, with no self respect, as well as respect for others .I just needed to say all this and I hope some of you will find this helpful.As suggested I am taking my puppy elsewhere and very happy to do it. We need better and more kind respectful individuals to take care of our furry friends!

These ladies do a great job we’ve been using them on and off for years. They are always polite. Do a great job Of working with our schedule. Our last appointment was late in the afternoon so we could get off work and still get our dog groomed.

I absolutely love bringing my dog to Posh Pooch.The girls are SO friendly and kind.My dog is older and I always worry about taking him to get bathed and clipped.When I bring him home hes always so happy and smelling fresh!I highly recommend Posh Pooch to anyone looking for passionate employees and great prices!

I am appalled at your response to damaging my dogs eye...first off I never ask you for any money...secondly what Vet did you call because we have never seen a female vet and as far as us not having our dogs to a Vet since 2020 again you are so wrong,we have had all 3 to the Vet in the last month,we are very protective of our dogs and they see the Vet regularly. And when i offered my Vet records to you,you did not want them..I never ask for 500 for a vet bill...my bill was 72...as far as my dog being groomed recently again you are wrong,he was groomed over a month ago. Yes I did hang up on you for your lack of compassion about my dogs eye. You also stated that it was over a week that I called you...well today is a week since he was groomed and I had him to the Vet on Tuesday,1st available I could get in. You can tell any groomer you want about me,I only tried you as a recommendation that I totally regret. I see many reviews about dogs that you have damaged and of course it's NEVER your fault...not a good way to run a business

Went there for my 1st time for nail trims for my dogs. When you enter it is clean and smells pleasant! Not like a dirty dog. They were efficient and quick. Nails were done great! Was also pleased to learn of all the other services offered here. Will be coming back for sure!

I brought my king charles cavalier spaniel here for a trim and a bath. I am really picky about who grooms my dog. They did a wonderful job and did just what I wanted. She looked great, smelled wonderful and her coat was so silky to the touch. They put pink bows on her and she looked adorable. I would recommend this business to everyone that has a pet. We will definitely be back.The staff were so nice and professional.

I had already been through two horrible experiences with groomers when we were recommended Carrie at Posh Pooch. All the staff were wonderful and friendly. They took their time with our Goldie and cut her hair for the fraction of what it had cost at the other places.

Had been there in the past with no issues but never again. First off, I dropped our dog off at 11:15, by 1pm they hadn't even started on him yet. I'm not sure why they bother taking appointments. After we got home he was standoffish, aggressive to us and our other dog. When we tried to pick him up he would cower then growl and snap. Looking him over (when he let us get close) he had an open wound in an area where the hair is too closely cut on his shoulder that when touched he would growl and snarl at us. He is obviously in pain/discomfort. I would like to think if they accidentally cut him, they would let us know. I don't know what happened to him there but we won't be going back.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THE POSH POOCH.I am furious beyond belief right now. I just picked my collie up from the Posh Pooch groomers in Springfield and she looks horrible! We've been going there for well over a year and in the past, they always did a good job on her. She can't be shaved down because as a collie it would ruin her coat. For some reason unknown to me, the Posh Pooch has decided that it is no longer convenient for them to cut my collie's hair the way they used to. In short, they scalped her! The groomer made some excuse that trimming her would cost $25.00. My question is, if that's how you did it in the past, why ruin my dog's coat without warning me first?She has absolutely no mane and the coat on her body is lumpy, uneven. Once you shave a collie's hair, you run the risk of changing the texture of her coat. Now we have to wait one to two months with fingers crossed, praying her coat will come back in correctly. I cannot begin to tell you what a terrible job they did. I wish they would have told me up front if they no longer wanted to groom my dog and/or thought the work involved should cost more than the standard fee. I would have gladly paid to have her done right. We are looking for another groomer.The only reason this review received one star is because I couldn't have published it otherwise. In truth, half a star would be too much.

NEVER AGAIN!I took my dog to this place today to get his nails trimmed, he was maybe in there for 5- 8 minutes. When we left we noticed blood in the car, when we got home, it was really bad! There was BIG spots of blood on the carpet. We had to but"stop blood" medication on it. We called down there and they did say that they put "stop blood" on it them selves, I don't think so. They didn't even tell me that they cut is nail too short! All they did was hand me the leash and said "that will be six dollars" I was no impressed at all, I'm furious my self!I would never in a million years recommend this place. NEVER EVER would! My dog won't even come out from under the table he feels so scared! He won't even eat! SMH!! never again!

Dont Listen to the 2 bad Reviews the posh pooch is a great place to take your dog or cat my animals love to go there they have been grooming my pets for years!!! They are friendly and treat the animals like there own any time i have a Question Or concern about my animal i know i can call them or ask them while im there and they are happy to talk about it or Answer any questions great group of girls..... keep up the great work!
