I got my birthday coupon for my cat Sen's birthday and I picked out a cute catnip skunk toy for her then got a call right after so I called back and they told me they didn't actually have it so I asked if they could pick me out something similar and I would be by later once I was off work. When I go to the drive up pick up later they hand me my bag and when I get home there is the cutest little lovebirds catnip toy and there and some little treats for her. I cried because it was just so thoughtful and I am really struggling right now with finances because of a job change situation and waiting on a paycheck and I was just so happy my little Sen can have a great birthday. Thank you for the cute items and the thoughtful note, I appreciate you so much 💖💖💖💖

Took my dog into get groomed. Rachel did a great job and really took good care of my dog. My dog was abused so she's leary of being left behind and with strangers unless I'm there. Rachel was very loving and gentle with Whiskey, making her feel safe & secure.

A nice pet supply store to take your pets for grooming, food supplies, toys, accessories, bedding, and they even have a vet that comes in for shots and exams on certain Saturdays. I love that if my Jazmine- Cavachon is picky. I can exchange the food for a different brand. Pet Supplies Plus also donates the food that is returned to shelters. The employees are always helpful. The store also has treats for your pet on the way out.❤

It was clean and looked good easy parking and no wait at register however the variety of fish was non-existent and the staff was completely inaccurate with the care instructions for the ones I did get I lost half of the bunch because I followed her guidance later I looked it up (which I should've done from the beginning) and learned that they starved I was gi en the wrong food and they wudnt eat it! Hope next customers do proper due diligence

Will NEVER come here again we bought small crickets here a few days ago and my green tree frog and long tailed grass lizard died over the night after eating them. My green anole and other green tree frog also ate the small crickets, they are currently being closely watched.

I've been getting my dogs groomed at pet supply for 15 years. Yesterday I had to sign a no fault waiver. First time ever. The groomer calls me said they will not groom my dog anymore because of age and condition. When I picked him up from the new groomer she looked about ten years old and my dog was limping. When she took him off the table she said your not jumping this time. They let my dog hurt himself. I was five hours late to work because he wouldn't let me near him he hurt to bad to get out of my car.
