My dog was in bad shape in his behind area yesterday after some severe diarrhea. It was absolutely tragic. We called around to a half dozen different groomers to see if could get a same day appt, with no success. Then we called Pet Supplies Plus who had an opening at 7 pm. We took him in for a wash and sanitary trim. Decided to go with the spa treatment package (shampoo to help with shedding, nails cut and filed). Picked up our boy 90 minutes later, and he looked fantastic. The whole thing cost only $75. Will definitely be using this place in the future. Highly recommended.

I took my 10 year old shorty cowboy pit and my 2 year old Cane Corso to be groomed. They got a flee bath, brush and nails clipped. I was a little nervous about my 10-year-old because she's never had that done before and gets nervous when you try to clip her nails. The girls that worked on both of my dogs did an incredible job and I was very pleased. I highly recommend having your dogs groomed there. The employees are very polite and comforting to the animals.

The female manager there is a straight up liar! All to protect her horrible #s. They order sick/inbred fish, sell them to people, then don't honor their return policy. Everyone knows the only reason to buy fish at psp is because of the 14 day return policy. It makes buying a fish that only has a 30% chance to live longterm a little more tolerable. She wouldn't give me her name, was horrible with customer service, she's a horrible representation of the company. I guess there's a reason she's making dirt working there. She's obviously not capable of being a decent human being. Do not buy live animals from this place! They will not honor their return policy.

Always helpful. Huge selection and great coupons. My dogs love to go pick out things. So, I used the do it yourself dog wash for the first time. I bought the 5 washes pack. My big guys are too hard to wash in the tub with no shower at home. Getting them into the wash station was a snap, no lifting. I didn't feel like the dogs were going to fall or slip out. While I washed one dog the other was able to stay in the area with us. Lots of towels and shampoo/conditioners provided. I didn't use the blow dryer because my guys do not have an undercoat and dry superfast. Then we loaded up and went home. No mess no fuss. And my back doesn't hurt from bending over the tub or washing outside on the ground! 😀

I've always found what I'm looking for. All customer service is on point, very courteous and helpful. My draw back is the cramped space , I feel rude trying to navigate by other customers. The customer service and stock availability are above par, so I will get what I need at less busy times. Thank you Pet Supplies , you are my top choice.

My experience here was horrible the last time my pup was groomed! She wasn’t really that clean and hair was kinda too short,not exactly how I told them to do it! I see they didn’t let my last review go through. So I decided to write another one! All I did was ask could I get another young lady to do my dog next time I come. So shen it was time to make another appointment,These people banned me from all of these stores,as I tried to make another appointment online for the next visit. So when I called, they said I was rude to the young lady! Which we never even spoke! I spoke to someone else,and that was all I asked and now I can’t make an appointment at none of these locations. I liked bringing her here, so why would I get smart with anyone who’s going to be handling my baby. Makes no sense. But. Thanks!

Very nice store. Very nice employees. Had several ask me if I found what I was looking for or if they could help me find anything. Very attentive employees.Edit: I recently found out that they offer curbside pickup. I have done 2 orders so far. When you shop online, you can see what's in stock and what's not. So no confusion in ordering. My orders were ready fast and they brought everything out to me. This is an amazing service because I'm in a wheelchair and I can't shop by myself. I'm telling you, they have the nicest employees. I really just want them to be recognized for all they do and their pleasant attitudes. Thank you for providing curbside pick up. I spend a lot of money on my dog and 3 cats. Pet Supplies Plus is my go to from now on for all my pet needs.

I really only ever come here when I have to and it's only because it's conveniently located near my house. I have never had a bad experience here but i still generally do not like shopping here if I don't have to. Like other pet places, the prices they charge for certain things are crazy, but I digress. They are pretty small so don't have the same selection you'll find at a store like PetSmart.The one thing I can't stand is their "rewards program" or whatever it is. Every time you're at the register they ask for your number but you NEVER get any type of discounts or rewards directly at the register like you do at PetSmart. Apparently you have to download an app or log into their website and get a coupon or something as a reward for spending a certain amount of money there every month. That's hokey AF. If I spend a certain amount a month, give the cashier my number at the register, I should be able to use "rewards" right then and there, not have to jump through a bunch of hoops. It's 2023 and we live in the US.... we're all about convienance.At PetSmart, they also ask for your number but after typing it in they know how many points or whatever you have and can give you a discount right there at the register on that transaction. I am not some loyal PetSmart customer either. I also think they're very expensive but at least they make things convienant and make you feel like you're actually earning some type of reward for spending a good amount of money there on a monthly basis.

I give them a very high rating on doing my dog's nails, especially because he hates to have them done. They done them in under 5 minutes ,without a problem. A total surprise to me. I went to Pet Supply Plus on Manchester road in Coventry. Outstanding grooming department and all other employees. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Thanks
