After our groomer retired I struggled to find someone to groom our Bernese Mountain dog, especially as she is 113 pounds and ADHD (yes, dogs can have it). The last 3 groomers I tried barely washed her and her mats got worse and worse and nails were overgrown. I reached out to our retired groomer and she talked to the grooming staff at Pet Supplies Plus in Norton then let me know they could handle a Bernese. Immediately they identified that our dog has dry skin and 2 significant mats. They took great care of my dog and she looks like a new creature. I definitely recommend Pet Supplies Plus for your grooming needs. The staff is great and prices are very reasonable. 10/10

The only thing that gives them 3 stars are the people that work there!!! They are always super nice and helpful. As far as the store, wayyyyyy over priced and they really shouldn't be allowed to sell animals....

INEXPERIENCED, RUDE GROOMERSListen to the other customers. Any new reviews by current staff in GROOMING have gave nothing but bad reviews. I should have saw this red flag and think I will also be going to PETSMART as well after spending lots of hard earned cash here. These people cuss at animals and are rude, sketchy, mean and inexperienced. Im not saying it was right or good (and it isn't) but the dark skinned GROOMER woman got bit in the face by a dog maybe because some dogs don't like being treated mean and they can feel negative energy. The first time I saw her pushing my dog's face kinda hard using a mean tone. I had a feeling another dog wasn't going to be dealing with that one day. She didn't know I was watching. This place is terrible. The male GROOMER is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, CONDESCENDING, and RUDE to customers and he's the main reason they get 0 stars if I could give it. He seriously needs to learn to be more professional. They agree and tell you they'll cut the dog the way you asked and they don't do it. When voicing a concern all the male groomer had in return is "Well we won't be GROOMING your dog anymore". I can care less because I rather be treated with respect and not be working with sketchy, obnoxious people who yell at you as soon as you arrive (which is what the male GROOMER did soon as he saw me). . I called to speak to them regarding my concern but had to call the front store back after the RUDE MALE GROOMER hung up in my face saying he was busy with a customer and that I Was hindering it by calling to ask questions. So again after deciding to call the front store associate politely asking for a supervisor, I could hear them hanging up and slamming the phone in my face instead just saying something such as a supervisor not being available. I called back a third time asking the front store associate for the supervisor and the male GROOMER had made his way up there answering the phone even though he's not the supervisor. If he was so busy with customers like he just said then he still had time to grab the phone and say I can call for a supervisor another time and hang up again in my face.I felt If there's an issue between a customer and a specific employee then there was no reason for that employee to keep confronting me when I was going to higher authority. I'm glad all my calls are automatically recorded. I may just YouTube it like they do other businesses with rude, obnoxious employees.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The dog washes are very reasonably priced at $10 and the stations were clean and sanitized. Soap is provided and it was so much easier than baths at home. Took half the time, and my pups seemed less stressed out, will definitely be returning for our next baths! They have a dog wash card for 5 washes for $25 dollars, so every wash would be $5 instead of $10. If you have messy pups like mine who love to get filthy, its definitely a money saver!

Tonight while picking up our two dogs from getting groomed, we witnessed groomer kaiylah being mean and rough with the little dog she was grooming. Both my husband and I were in shock knowing that our dogs had just spent 3 hours with her prior. I could have only wished I knew that poor dog owners. The fact that she was doing it right in front of us was shocking. We will never go back there. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Had my dog's rabies shot here six months ago. Came up here to get my dog's nails trimmed and they wouldn't do it because even though I had my dog's rabies vaccination tags they wouldn't trim his nails because I didn't have the paperwork with me. I spend a lot here every month on my pets but fter this I have decided to just to buy my pet supplies online.

I’ve given this place a few chances. I notice the “groomer” turnover is pretty high. However, it’s been twice now that I stand outside the doors and listen to the girls cutting my dogs nails YELL at him. Like actually raise their voices and use a mean tone. To a DOG for Gods sake. He is an anxious guy anyway, and wow does that just make it worse. Mind you, he’s not growling or barking or biting, just moving around. I don’t think that’s uncommon. It is just so incredibly unprofessional and they don’t do a great job. We will be making the drive to PetSmart from now on before I get arrested.

One of our favorite places to shop for our fur babies. Helpful and friendly staff. Our great dane Olive loves coming in and saying Hi and picking out the same toy every time. Lol.

Updating 10/22/23: placed an order today. Apparently some of the items were out of stock and the store did not have the decency to call me this time to try and sub the item out. Was super upset to come home to the delivery without a heads up. Went to call the store and was on hold for 10 minutes until I gave up and hung up. Super disappointed. Typically the store has the decency to call and/or retrieve the items from the manchester store.2 years ago: This is the best Pet Supplies Plus location in the area. I normally visit once a week and 90% of the time I am able to leave with the food that my kitties like! The employees are super friendly and eager to help. I've also had deliveries to my place and the items always arrive well wrapped and in a timely fashion.

Reem has been grooming our Newfies for a few years now. They always come out looking beautiful. If Reem grooms your fur baby, you won’t be disappointed.Everyone at the Arlington Ridge location is very helpful and friendly.

No other groomer has ever had a problem grooming my dog except here.I dropped my dog off to have her groomed. They make you fill out a piece of paper before they take your animal for grooming. On that piece of paper, it asks if there's anything that they can do to make your animal more comfortable during groomi wrote. Yes, do not touch her feet. Later groomed her Reddit and asked me about that particular question. I said everything's good. She loves to be groomed as long as her feet aren't touched. She will let you wash them, but that's it. When I picked my dog up, the lady explained to me that she bites very badly when you try to trim her nails. I asked why she tried trimming the nails when I told her specifically not to touch her feet. Another word don't try to trim the nails, it will turn out bad. Refer back to the paper where I wrote down. Do not touch her feet...

My daughter bought the gerbal bowl that clearly says its for small gerbals. She had a dwarf hamster and it drowned in said bowl. You should not be selling a bowl that states it is for small gerbals if it clearly could kill them. My daughter has never screamed so loud in her life becuase of the sight of a lifeless hamster in the water dish. Again. Do not state that it is for small gerbals when it is not.

I just had the best customer service experience that I've had in a long time! Alexis was GREAT! If she wasn't the manager she should be! She was kind and friendly. I went their to use the self service pet wash, which is awesome. I bathe my dog weekly, because she's a big dog and she's a house dog. I love that they give you 30 minutes (you can take your time), they supply the towels and its very affordable! I'd definitely recommend this store and make sure you get the dirty dog discount card!

Well stocked, nicely set up, clean store. The staff is always friendly and generally well informed. The animals appear comfortable and their enclosures look clean.I go to this particular store several times a year because they have the largest selection of quality pet food and if they are out of stock of the thing that you need, they will compensate for your trouble.I absolutely recommend going to this store.

Set up pet care package. I think it will save me money in the long run. Package included free exam, free microchip, free stool exam, free skin exam. I paid 113 for antibiotics that were priced at 80 on chewy. Next time ask to send script to them. So much include in package makes it worth it. Walk ins only, I had to wait about an hour but my dogs love it in the pet store so not a big deal to wait. Staff were really great. They used muzzles when they did pokes which I felt safer that way even though they are big babies. Other people may not appreciate it. Overall good experience!

Went in today to drop off my dog for a grooming appointment and when I walked in the grooming service area, I witnessed one of the workers there cussing and threatening one of the dogs there. Extremely unprofessional, and I was very nervous leaving my dog there.
